The Ravage MC is a family. Always has been, always will be. But life took them all on a different path, a path where they suffered loss, betrayal, and heartache.
Now it all comes down to this moment: a day of reckoning. After all, now they know the cause of all the turmoil their lives have become. And only one thing is on their minds: vengeance.
As with everything else, revenge comes at a price. And sometimes, the cost is far greater than one can bear.
Can they live with their choices and the consequences?
Or will the entire club feel more pain and loss?
** Please note, this is the final, full-length novel in the Ravage Motorcycle Club series. It is told from several different points of view, including but not limited to Buzz, Bella, Breaker, Pops, and Ma. Of course, in true Ryan Michele fashion, there are twists, turns, suspense, and action to keep you on your toes and the pages flying. Add in a feisty romance with alpha male hotness, and like all the Ravage novels, it is intended for mature audiences only. **
Ryan Michele is the Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling author of over 40 romantic suspense novels and is best known for her Ravage MC series.
She found her passion bringing fictional characters to life, being in an imaginative world where anything is possible.
Her knack for the unexpected twists and turns will have you on the edge of your seat with each page.
She is best known for her alpha, bad boy bikers and strong, independent heroines who refuse to back down.
When she’s not writing, you can find her on her swing, watching the water ripple in the pond and plotting her next book.
Buzz and Bella cannot control their feelings for one another and when the Club comes under fire - Buzz calls Bella first to get her safe. Pops is none too happy with that development and goes a bit crazy when he finds out who is responsible for all of the chaos lately. It hits really close to home for Ma and Pops. Secrets are then revealed that have consequences. Bella knows that Buzz lives in a different world and is shocked when he starts wanting more. Breaker finds his own slice of peace with Shaina and they both set about healing each other. Both of them have tragic pasts and find solace with one another. Their relationship was slow building and nicely done. Buzz and Bella finally declare their true feelings for each other and have to ride out the latest drama with the Club. Bella is scared when things come to a head and there are lots of injuries in the final showdown. Buzz, Bella and everyone learns to count their blessings and move forward. The book moved at a good pace and brought several POV's along for the ride. It did wrap up their series pretty well and the extended epilogue that I received via e-mail was quite the icing on the cake.
A great end to this series. I think if you are a fan of the Ravage MC series you will enjoy this. It is definitely the most emotional and heartbreaking book in the series. I have to admit I enjoyed Buzz and Bella’s story more than Breaker’s and Shania’s. I thought they had a better connection. I am also glad I pre-ordered and got the bonus epilogue. It was great to see what the gang was up to 15 years later.
Standalone: No part of series. Some of the other books you could read as a standalone but this one I think you need to read the previous books. HEA Cheating/OW/OM Any couple separation: Any push/pull Angst Level: Low Heat Level: High Safety Triggers Triggers
I was fortunate enough to receive and ARC of Captivate Me. This is my first ever (Gasps*) written review so apologies in advance for any messiness lol. I also couldn’t think of a better book to be my first (*smirks*).
I’ve been on the Ravage MC roller-coaster from the very beginning. To say Ryan Michele finished the series with a bang is a huge understatement! I’m going to try my best to explain all the awesomeness that Captivate Me is without giving any spoilers or details
It’s actually been 3 days since I finished Captivate Me and I am still on the high that is the final of the Ravage MC. The book picks right up from where Inflame me left us and let me tell you I was hooked straight away. I was hooked so much I finished the book in a few hours (which isn’t unusual for any of Ryan’s Books). Captivate me will take you on an incredible ride and the name of the book it suitably named because it truly does Captivate you. I went through a range of emotions that went from anticipation, intrigue, love, happiness, shock, anger, surprise, disbelief, horror, worry, calm and giddiness……. You get the idea lol.
This final book was everything I imagined it would be and more! It was an amazing series final and for those who are lucky enough or even contemplating pre-ordering I would highly suggest to do it, for not just the final book but also for those special bonus epilogues ( *lovingly sighs*). All though I was somewhat saddened that the Ravage MC is completed I know it will always be a re-read series I could visit again and again. Captivate Me left me feeling good with how the series ended (which isn’t an often occurrence with most book series I read). The book is told from multiple POV’s which I also really enjoyed because we got to be inside each POV’s head. Although it’s the final in the series I also look forward to Ryan Michele’s other series/new releases she has coming out since I have a feeling I will have a big book hangover until the crossover of Ryan Michele’s Viper’s Creed MC series crossover with Chelsea Cameron’s Hellion’s Ride Series is released.
We are Ravage. We protect our own. We defend our own. We are family.
Ravage is a brilliant series filled with lovable characters, yes it mc and it's badass and filled with action, danger and there's never a dull moment but as each Ravage MC members story is told you fall deeper in love with the Ravage MC and with those who are apart of this family.
Captivate me is told in multiple pov's and it's twintastic joy as you watch the twins Breaker and Buzz fall in love and you get the thoughts and feelings of all characters involved and their own personal journey.
Buzz is a domineering alpha and his relationship with Bella so hot.
Breaker is damaged has issues and his connection with Shiana is heartwarming.
I love how these hard men of the MC fall at the knees for the right woman and that's why I love this series.
Threats against the club continues and your taken on a journey of tension and fear as the men go off to serve and protect the club.
It's a nail biting rollercoaster of a read and I loved every minute of it even if I did have a tear in my eye at one point.
Captivate me is a brilliant balance of action, humor, love, lust, emotion and passion told brilliantly by Ryan Michele.
The Ravage series is highly recommended for any MC lover I would suggest starting from the beginning and enjoy the ride.
This is the book that we have all been waiting for and sadly it's the last book in the series. Everything has been leading up to this final battle. No one will be left unharmed and the Ravage MC clubhouse will never be the same again.
I decided to do a re-read of the entire series before starting this book because I wanted to see if I could pick up on any clues as to who or what the “big bad” would be. I had a guess but let me tell you it was nothing compared to what this amazingly talented author throws at us. I mean there will be twists, turns, long kept secrets, mind-fucks, and darkness. But there is also love, forgiveness, acceptance, a few surprises, and a desire to fight for what is most important.
Buzz, Bella, and Breaker are the focus of this story, but the clubhouse as a whole and all of its members play a huge part in what is happening. Buzz has identified the biggest threat of them all and now it’s time to plan the ultimate take down. We all knew that these 3 shared a special relationship but now we get to actually learn more. I have always liked Bella and wanted her to became a part of the Ravage MC family but with a big threat knocking on the clubhouse door is it more than she can handle. Now that Buzz has identified the threat, he has to work day & night to figure out the next move of said threat. And Breaker, my poor Breaker. He is a man of very few words and once you get to know him you are going to want to be the one who makes him comfortable and feel free. This story is an emotional rollercoaster but it will leave you happy and emotionally unable to say goodbye to this MC family but hopefully it won't be goodbye for long. I have started to pray to the book Gods for a spin-off featuring the next generation of the Ravage MC. I mean we need more Cooper Right…..
All I am going to say is I hope you pre-ordered your copy or purchased this book on its release day because the final epilogue is epic!!!
What I wanted to be the Bella/Buzz/Breaker love story + conclusion, was instead the Ravage conclusion with a drop of BBB added in. Neither Buzz nor Breaker got the dedication they deserved.
Bella (BFF to Casey/Angel, student) had the hots for Buzz (biker, computer whiz, twin to Breaker) since back in book 2. Apparently, they've been hooking up occasionally during all of this time. There really isn't much that happens with them other than a threat against the club forces them to take their relationship to the next level. They get a few sex scenes, that's it.
Breaker (biker, twin to Buzz), apparently, has never been with a woman sexually without his brother there for moral support. It's implied that he mostly goes without sex. Well, this is certainly a surprise! This is all a contradiction to what we've been told about the BB Boys since book 1. Why can't Breaker have sex??? You guessed it!!!! It's because of this author's most favorite plot point - RAPE. I'm not even considering this as a spoiler because it's also a trigger and you need to know about it before reading. Breaker does get a love interest though and I do like her. I will keep her identity a secret though.
Mostly this book is about the person that was after the club since book 1. It's been something that's briefly mentioned in each book, so you never really give it much thought. Now here we are and the person that's the "Bad Guy" is no surprise at all. Then the reason this person doesn't like them is revealed and I'm like WTF are you talking about?! It was so lame. I just thought the author rolled the dice and picked an ending. She didn't put much effort into it.
There's POVs from Bella, Breaker, Buzz, Shy, Pop, Ma, and some other people. It was too much, especially in audio. There was also an extra side of cheese. Especially with all the talk about angels and heaven. So dumb. I just wasn't happy with that ending. I will say the drama portion was dramatic.
I have been waiting on this book and have been so excited...until I read it. Seriously, I feel so let down. We are told this is Bella and Buzz's book but they aren't in the majority of the book. Then there is this HUGE build up about how Buzz is "gonna get it" because he called Bella before he told his brothers, it was mentioned several times throughout the whole book, then...nothing. I am not saying he should actually have gotten in trouble but to bring it up so much and have it be a big point, then not complete that, kinda annoyed the hell out of me. THEN, Breaker and Shania love each other, after 2 days of being together. Seriously. There was absolutely no character development, the heaven scene was hokey and I hated how Ransom died. Seriously so much build up for nothing.
I'll start off by saying, I love Ryan Michele books!! But this one...... (Some spoilers ahead)
I felt Very cheated by this book. I had been anxiously waiting for Buzz and Bella's book, to read their story. To get their story told this way was so un satisfying. No emotional connection and very rushed! I'm sorry but when I invest my time in a story and a couple, I need their stories told for a longer period of a few days spent together in a few chapters! Just a big fat NO for me!
To top it off by adding other storylines, character history and a whole buch of explosions... not the conclusion to the series I was waiting for.
This last ride was the focus of the B Boys...Buzz & Breaker, and the women they claim. Um yeah...the claiming is so hot at one point I just about had a heart attack!
But the last ride gives us so much more. Answers upon answers of back story holes and full updates on the entire club.
But I have to say...WTF did I just read??? This was a crazy whirl wind and so fast paced at times...I'm not sure how I feel about packing so much into the last ride. It was bad ass for sure, but so much was going on all at the same time, it just got too busy here and there. I feel like one more book could have worked yet she made it fit nicely. My anxiety level is through the roof at that ending.
You will need the following: Tissues Tequila Warm fuzzy blankie Change of panties Lots of hugs
This will steal your breath in a few places....you'll say out loud "No fucking way she's doing this...no way....STOP STOP STOP....
Then it'll be over.
And that makes me sad. The men & women of Ravage have a piece of my heart forever.
This review may contain spoilers, so fair warning, upon reading the review.
Introduction Captivate Me is the fifth book in the "Ravage MC" series and this installment was a bit different than the previous books as this contains two story plot lines of two main couples and then the backstory for "Pop and Ma" and their story. But its not confusing, because the first half of the story is one couple being focused on, and then the second half is the other couple. I was able to get this both in ebook and audiobook so I do recommend reading this either way, but the narrator is very well done. I found this one to deliver on all the feels and boy the spice is a powerhouse, so maybe not listen to this one in public haha
Summary Pop and Ma fell in love but in order to be together they had to make some painful sacrifices which meant keeping secrets from their club and their children. But now the past has come back and their enemy, has come back in full force and may threaten everything that they hold dear and more. We first have Buzz and Bella who have been having a sexual affair for months, but when Buzz finds out something about their enemy, he brings Bella in without alerting the club of the danger ahead. But Buzz is determined to atone for the betrayal to his club, but also to fight for the woman he loves and make her his ole lady. Then we have his brother, Breaker, who falls hard for a woman that one would least expect to see again. Shania, once hurt the club but in the process also suffered a fate worse than death and she is still haunted and suffers from depression and anxiety because of it. But Breaker sees a vulnerability in this woman, the like of which he has never known, and wants to bring peace to her soul and give her space for redemption. But they have an enemy on the horizon, that may destroy them all...
My Outlook I have to say that this author really threw me for a loop on this one here. It definitely had me in my emotions in a way that I didn't expect. I have only read a handful of her stories, but sometimes, when she puts the full array of emotions she really makes it be felt so deep by the reader and everytime she does it, I do NOT see it coming and that is what happened with "Captivate Me". This is a story that starts out with lots of sexual banging haha We also see some poignant emotion that begins to surface between these two. We also see the rules of the MC and how the brotherhood is the top priority even over the families. But the fact that Buzz was willing to break his loyalty for his woman, really melted my heart. You just don't see that often in MC. I really got a kick out of Buzz and Bella being together, although it came together a bit too rushed for me. I would have liked more buildup of them being together longterm than what we see. But what I did enjoy was how Bella really accepts Buzz for who he is and supports him and his club.
Then we have our second pairing, Breaker and Shania. Now Breaker is Buzz's brother. And just fair warning that there is a MMF scene in this one, so if that isn't your cup of tea you can easily skip over it, its very short and doesn't get expounded on. To be honest, I am not sure why it was placed in the story. I am still baffled since this isn't a menage of two brothers. But continue on, we now have the romance that builds between Breaker and Shania. Shania is one I had a feeling would get a redemption story. Because even though she wrongs the club, we also see what happens to her in "Seduce Me" and the darkness that she deals with was so heart wrenching to witness. We see the after effects of what sexual assault can do to a person and how your psyche treats it. She is literally on the verge of being suicidal, but meeting Breaker, gives her hope because she sees something more than her abuse with him around. He is able to center her back to living life and seeing the way he is able to ground her was truly endearing. I loved the way that when it matters, the club does stand behind her despite what she did when she wronged them (although what she does I don't think was unforgivable, she was just on a wrong path of self destruction)
Then we have the overall plot of the story and I really enjoyed this especially in that we get to see such a solid back story with "Pops and Ma". They are such a foundation for the club and this found family and I adored seeing their backstory and how they meet and fall in love. We also see the sacrifices they make and how much they will fight and die for their family and their club. I truly admired their love that has been building so much over the years. I really couldn't seem to get enough of these two. But this is where the plot comes to a crescendo, as their enemy surfaces and it won't be what they expect and man my heart hurts for what this club goes through, but they persevere through it and come out stronger for it. We do get a nice epilogue that really brings everything to a nice sweet close, until the next book anyway.
Overall View I found Captivate Me to be a stunning installment that delivered on all the gritty heart and feels and I am very curious to see where this author takes this series in the second generation that is up next....
This is the end of the series which I hate :(. We didn't get to see a lot of Buzz and Bella in fact through most of the other books I thought they must have had just more of a love'em while she's here. As for Breaker's story I didn't even realize he cared for someone. It was like Bam this was so rushed we didn't get a fair shake with Breaker and Buzz. Like the Auther was just tired of the story and was wanting it done.
It was fair. I think the time line was a little off, I thought that GT and Angel had their baby and he wasn't mentioned. It was a little rushed in my opinion. I wasn't real impressed with Buzz being a dom. Breaker's story wasn't very indepth.

This book had a load of different couples in it but it worked. I did think we were going to loose someone of the main characters. But it also made me think at the end just to have a conversation with my dad again what I would say what he would say? Great book
WOW!! This book was an amazing way to end the series!
I loved how so many questions were finally answered and how we got to experience the story of two romances within one.
This book picked off where the last one finished, we find out everything which was on the computer and also find out who was behind all the attacks and why - I was definitely shocked.
I loved how the twins were with their females and my god does Ryan know how to write a hot sex scene! This book gave me a whirlwind of emotions which I would love to experience again.
I would definitely recommend this book to someone.
This has become one of my favourite series! Ryan has made me fall in love with a new MC book series and I cannot wait to read about the next generation within Ravage MC.
A friend shared it with me, I did not read the blurb before so I am wondering : does it show trigger warnings (had I known I am not sure I would have picked it up)?
If not, here they are : threesome with twin brother & the h,rape, ptsd, child abuse.
I liked the story between Bella and Buzz, one between Breaker and Shaina also, but did not care about the "big vilain reveal" part of the story(maybe that's because I did not read the whole serie)
I received this book free as an ARC reader and for an honest review of Captivate Me. Captivate is a well written book. It has excitement, HOT SEX, friendship, loyalty and LOVE. I honestly can say I was pleasantly surprised to see how Ryan Michele was going to end the series. This book is very amazing as are the other RAVAGE MC BOOKS. Anyone who loves MC books then you will enjoy every moment of this book a long with the other books in the series. Ryan Michele is very talented in her writing.
OMG!!!! This book is everything! This story far surpassed what I had hoped it would be! The Ravage MC family has kept me firmly entrenched in their lives through each story that has been told. I love these characters like they are part of my family and I couldn’t be happier with the way this series will end. This series definitely went out with a BANG!!! This story will take you on an epic journey with all the characters you have come to know and love. The storyline was full of the drama we all come to expect from an MC series, but also full of all the component that make a phenomenal romance. These men are hot, tattooed, protective alpha men, and their women are fierce and a force to be reckoned with. They are not little flowers in need of a gentle hand. The twists and turns in the plot lines kept me on the edge of my seat. I was kept guessing till the very end, and I love when a book can do that to me. I did not have it in me to read this book as soon as it hit my kindle. I knew that this series needed to read in its entirety all together. So I sat down with Ravage Me and began the journey all over again. I went through every page of every book and fell in love all over again. Captivate Me culminates my love affair with the Ravage MC and will forever be engraved on my soul. I want to thank Ryan for writing a series that reminds me why I love what I do as a blogger and a reviewer, but also reminds me why I love to read in the first place. To fall in love a thousand times and live a thousand lives. I am very excited to see what comes next!
AMY E'S REVIEW 4 STARS
As an avid reader of all things Ryan Michele and especial the Ravage MC I had a preconceived notion of how this story was going to go. Boy was I wrong! This book had twists, turns, and surprises galore! It was nothing like I thought it would be, it was so,so much more.
The storyline was exceptional and we got so much from all of our favorite Ravage members. I loved the MC history we got, the strength that the women showed, and the extra Rhys because I love him the most!
Thank you Ryan for such a perfect ending to a series I love!
I cannot believe this is the last Ravage book. This is where my journey began reading Ryan Michele's books.
I loved the way this book was told, through the different POV's. Well done, and kept me turning page for page. Buzz and Breaker, twins, smart and hot as sin. Buzz is so dominate....and he's good with his computer too. Breaker is very quiet, not a an of many words.
Bella is in ways confused where she stands with Buzz....she's not gonna put her heart out there, nope, not her.....til she does.
The threat to the MC is at an all time high, and noone saw it coming for who is behind it. I sure didn't, and was shocked.
this book made me laugh, made me melt, and made me cry. The action is intense, and told perfectly.
I wish I could tell my favorite part of the book, but I don't want to give anything away.
I'm sad to see this go...all of the books in this series is simply amazing....but I can't wait for the "markers"
There's nothing like ending a series with a bang. I'm sad it's over but what a thrill ride it was. Ryan Michele did an wonderful job of ending one of my favorite MC series. The reader gets to see many different POV in this story. There's plenty of hot steam, thrills, twists, turns, joy, suspense, and a little heartache. I loved being able to see the different characters POV as the action unfolded. There are do many different characters that I love and seeing the events unfold from thier POV made for a excellent story. So many different emotions came out while reading this epic conclusion. I cried, laughed, got angry, scared, turned on, and was extremely happy. While I'm sad this series is over Ryan Michele did a fantastic job wrapping it up. Here's to hoping there will be a next generation so readers can still visit thier favorites from the Ravage MC
What is there to say about the final book in the Ravage MC series? Simply saying it was amazing, and that I loved it, am obsessed over it, and want these stories to never end….still doesn’t express how much I adored this story!
I’m definitely sad to see this come to an end. I was lucky enough to buy this when the bonus epilogue was available, which made it even better, though I don’t know if or when it’ll be available again. Captivate Me was a great ending to the series in general though. It wrapped up the loose ends, and made you fall in love with newer characters, as well as fall deeper in love with old characters. Just perfect.
Would I recommend this book? Heck yeah I would, and the whole series! This is officially one of my favorites, and I kick myself for waiting so long to read her work! Can’t wait to check out any of her other work, which I’m sure I’ll love too!
I'm not good with words or writing reviews, I just hope that I'm able to do it justice! this is definitely one of the best books I've read this year 5 stars all the way! I loved how Ryan Michele wrote the story, Buzz and Bella are the main characters , however you get to read what's going on with the rest of the Ravage crew, Pops and Ma wow talk about a love story! all the hot sexy boys are back and they're women too! I would highly recommend reading this . There were times when I laugh, time I got nerves down right scared! a few times my heart was beating so fast it was crazy! CRAZY great! think I'm going to be doing a reread just so it doesn't have to end! please give a try you won't regret it!
Book #5 Captivate me begins just were Inflame me left off & HOLY WOW'S!!!!!!! Once yet again Ryan Michele blows me away and sets a bar for this conclusion in the Ravage MC Series. I could read these story's forever! I never saw this coming, it has all the twists and turns, hotness, love, danger, drama, action that you just can't get enough of, it made me fall even harder & deeper in love with the Ravage MC and its members and all their stories. It will send you on a roller coaster of emotions and an amazing & thrilling journey to the conclusion of Ravages MC stories. You will not be able to put it down, I know I couldn't and I still want more!!! :) Ryan Michele sure Captivated, Rattled, Inflamed me and much much more with every word and page and have loved and appreciated the ride!
Received a copy. Ryan Michele takes being ravaged to a whole new level with Captivate Me. She gives you all the characters that we have grown to love and I know we all have our favorites. Captivate Me is completely outstanding and I have to say the best book of the series. If you want everything possible in a read, this is the one. The questions are answered, there is shock value, heat in the sexy times and laughter. I am not going to spoil anything for anyone. Just know that it is a journey that you have to take if you want to be completely ravaged by the words and the characters of written by Ryan Michele.
This book made me happy and sad at the same time. If you have been following the Ravage MC from the beginning, you will know about the trouble that has followed them from the start. In this final book in the series, we get one last look at the MC family that we have gotten to know and grown to love. As the brothers get closer to the person behind all their troubles, the danger grows as well. Who will be left standing and will it finally be over?If you haven't read the rest of the series, you need to catch up and get ready for Captivate Me! Fabulous book and incredible series:)
Recieved this book as an ARC... This book was amazing, the title says it all. I was captivated by the book from the beginning. I believe this was the best book of the whole Ravage series, which was a very difficult thing to do. Captivate Me starts right where Inflame Me ends. We get to see how everything that has happened in previous books gets wrapped up and taken care of. Buzz and Breaker finally get their chances at love and happiness. Ryan Michele did a superb job in ending the series, even though I am sad that it is over.
Delicious, Raw tatazling, Intrguing, exciting, thrilling, this book is that and more!!!
This book is simply amazing Ryan, had done it yet again with the final installment of the Ravage MC, prepare to have your mind blown just wow the connection and chemistry between Bella, Buzz and Breaker is incredible this story will suck you in and take you on this ride!!!
Are you Team Buzz, are you Team Breaker?? Ryan did an incredible job with all the characters and developments!!
Are you Ready?? This is A must Read ARC recieved on behalf of BookaliciousBabesblog!!
Captivate Me by Ryan Michele is the final book in the Ravage MC series and let me just say she has out done herself with this book. Captivate Me will have you on the edge of your seat wandering what is going to happen next. She has a few different characters POV through the whole book so you get a look at all the characters and not just 2 like most of her books which she did an awesome job with. I hate to see this series end it was a tearful good bye but she did it right. Thanks for an amazing story. Definitely one click this book if you have read the other books in the series.
I couldn't wait to read this book! I thought Bella, Buzz and Breaker would be a great story to read! However it wasn't about them hardly at all! I felt all over the place, and that the story was rushed! Though I did love reading all the different POV's I feel like some could have been left out!
Also Shaina's name was misspelled A LOT through out the book which annoyed the crap out of me! most of her chapters were spelt Shania!
And one of Bella's last chapters was labeled Buzz, which was very confusing at first!
