Cory Sheldon grew up between the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Akron, Ohio (an industrial curiosity, formerly the nation's fastest growing city). After graduating with an industrial design degree, he spent several years designing tires, directing films, and creating a movie theater. While teaching film and design at a local college, he decided to write his first novel, which turned into his first series: Valley of Progress.

He gathered a hundred artists and engineers in order to help him to make his dream a reality. They embarked on their journey with high ambitions. They want success, but success requires sacrifices. Characters are well developed besides that the story is so captivating and intriguing. Easy to read, definitely a page-turning one. Great book for those who love reading about adventures.
