As I love to use rubs and marinades, this book is awesome. After you make them you can adjust the taste to your likes and dislikes. These are easy to make and the author tells you how much meat each rub or marinade will cover. "Disclosure: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review"

The secrets are in this book-you make it yourself. There are listings for all kinds of food seasonings, along with nutritional information.
Taco seasoning would be our favorite as we'd use it even on chicken.
