Useful information about how the narcissist thinks, but the typos and need for more commas for clarification are rampant.

While the vocabulary is evocative and creative, the repeated use of "I" (instead of the objective form "me") in compound direct objects and compound objects of prepositions suggests only an elementary understanding of basic grammar. A proofreader would have helped tremendously.

The author is spot on about diseased hearts-which includes narcissists and others such as sociopaths- and the silver bullet needed to destroy them. However, in my opinion, it is best to disengage early on, and go no contact with them. Every minute spent with them, or against them is a waste of your energies, which are better spent on a healthy pursuit.

Essential

You have nothing to gain by toppling the narcissist as he or she toppled you - perhaps this is the point.

This is spot on.
Forget about „you-must-forgive-to-heal“ BS. Nope.
Revenge is possible.
Time? Doesn‘t matter.
Everyone who has ever been abused by a narc (without knowing what the heck is happening????) should read HG Tudor.
It is hard at times. Triggering. I felt foolish for being a kind, feeling and empathic person. The optimal target for narcs. Our humane qualities are like blood to a shark.
They sniff us out. And then want to destroy us.
Revenge - sweet possibility.

Enlightening if you've ever encountered or have been blindsided by someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. This book categorizes different schools and cadres of narcissists, The Core Principle, Fuel, and how to apply a revenge campaign against the narcissist while remaining completely devoid of emotion.

If you want to take revenge, this will be how to do it, from the one who knows. It doesn't mean you should, though...
