This one was OK. Rex has been hexed by his ex and now he thinks he'll the never find true love. The premise was really cute but there could have been way more laughs and shenanigans. It was a little slow through the middle.

cute cosy romance. light fun easy read with some amusing situations with all the various ways Rex tried to reverse the hex. however Rex's obtuseness was a little annoying and Aggie's decision to go to the meet without back up and then deliberately not taking her phone was both annoying and dumb. i cant believe an experienced investigative journo would be so stupid.

What a great book!! It had everything, mystery, suspense, romance and lots of laughter. As I read this book I found the characters so likable I often thought I'd really like to hang out with Aggie and Rex. The adventures this pair go through as Rex tries to rid himself of the hex he believes his ex placed upon him when they broke-up are just hilarious. As Rex tries to shake his hex, Aggie finds herself not only reporting on a murder trial but doing some investigation of her own. Which brings the mystery and suspense to the story. Add this book to your must read list.
