Decent book by a solid Australian entrepreneur and founder of Entourage. I find the book had some good moments, definitely in the vain of the inspirational books of this genre, but laid out in a nice fashion. Appreciated many of the points raised but feel that there were many sections that were either no substantive enough in terms of evidence, or relied too much on recycled reasoning. As such the book could have been both longer in some sections and shorter in others.
Also suffers from selection bias in terms of people chosen for examples, but will give this a partial pass as I see what he was going for. I think my enjoyment of the book would have been higher if this was the first of its kind I read, so definitely recommend it to beginners of this genre or style. It was otherwise a good and fast book in reminding me to reflect on some core aspects such as vision, missions, values, legacy, and periods of rest, recovery, and working through adversity (particularly in the current pandemic we are living through). 3/5
