Rate this book
"The Tyndale Psalms  includes all of the cherished features from the original  Inspire Bible  displayed beautifully in a Bible coloring book. This charming, square-trimmed, oversized edition of the ancient prayers and praises of Israel contains God’s inspired word shown in a new way to inspire Scripture meditation and response.

Readers will enjoy coloring and art journaling though Psalms , a single-column edition of the full book of Psalms. Combined with key verses that are displayed beautifully, you’ll find words to color directly within the creative Bible text. There are over 50 Scripture line-art illustrations in the wide margins to color and plenty of extra space for creative Bible journaling. Psalms features thicker, uncoated art paper, befitting of popular coloring books, which limits bleed-through and allows for the use of even more markers, supplies, and techniques for coloring and creative journaling.

Psalms is great for people wanting to connect to the Psalms through art and extends a beautiful invitation to slow down and soak in God’s Word while coloring or creative art journaling directly on the coloring Bible pages. If you are looking for great religious gifts for women or men, this is what you need. It’s a great spiritual gift idea for all ages!

I am amazed the Inspire: Psalms. The cover is absolutely gorgeous. If you’re looking for a creative way to study the Bible, you’ll definitely want to check out this one. You’ll read through the Psalms while decorating the pages as you read. I’m not very creative so I LOVE all of the ready-made designs.

It’s a fantastic way to dig into the Bible because it encourages you to ask yourself what the author is saying, what you think the passage is about, and how you can apply it to your life. I found myself meditating on a particular scripture as I colored my way through. There is also tons of space to create your designs.

Some pages I used regular Crayola markers and colored pencils. Pages are thick so no worries about markers bleeding through. I’ve also seen others use water colors and other fun crafty materials. It’s perfect for anyone who is new and those who are experienced.

I also found myself using Tyndale’s Faith That Sticks colorable scripture stickers throughout the book as well. It’s perfect for the imagination. Anything goes and you’ll be inspired.

Highly recommended and would make a wonderful gift for anyone who enjoys coloring.

If you love coloring, painting and using other crafts, you’ll love digging into this book. Anyone who loves to meditate on the Word of God while adding your own drawings and other embellishments will love this. This would also make a great devotional since it has every chapter of Psalms. You can take one chapter per day and meditate on that chapter while adding your own special touch to the page. I think it would be a great buy as it will help you dig into God’s Word.

Please note: I received a copy of the Inspire Psalms from Tyndale House Publishers in exchange for my review. All thoughts in this review are my own and I was not swayed in my review.
