He’s all I’ve got. I know him as well as I know myself. I love him and want to be with him but I shouldn’t. Not in that way. He’s my twin brother, only minutes younger, but ever since our parents died when we were young, we have only had each other and over time he has become my world.
I would love to see a story of how these twins became more and how their relationship developed without them being found out by anyone. They live their lives without anyone knowing their true relationship and enjoy being together without apology.
Thanks, Simone H.

Always an avid reader and colorful dreamer, it was only a matter of time before taking pen to paper, oftentimes literally. A firm believer in every song tells a story and every story has a song, I sing under my breath, tap my toes and swing my hips, much to the delight of my co-workers and friends. I freely admit that becoming a romance author is the best mid-life crisis a girl could ever have.
I’m such a huge fan of anything “family related” .. *cough cough* 😂 kinky huh? 😉 And yes, no wonder I loved this book. This book is free and you can request for a copy from the author via email. This was such an adorable and low angst read. 😌
Will and Tuck are identical twins. They were just ten years old when their parents passed away and they have no one but each other. 😢 And it brings them closer than ever. When they became 13, they found out that they are more into men and started exploring sexually with each other. However, this is not a dirty and erotic twincest book. This is more about coming out, relationship between brothers/lovers and friendship. 😊 This feels more like a YA book plus some steamy smut. 😉 The love between Will and Tuck is just adorable and swoon-worthy. 😍 I love how Will is protective of Tuck and how Tuck is jealous and possessive of Will. Everything was going so well and sweet but there’s a “but”. 😁 Up until last 2 pages of this novel, this was a solid 5 stars for me but those last two pages cost a deduction of a star. I’m a firm believer of “3 is crowded” when it comes to true love. 😐 So I’m not very thrilled about how the story ended although they got a HFN/HEA. I know it’s quite a reasonable and logical ending but still I wanted to see them not needing to hide their relationship and living happily ever after without a third wheel. 😒 By all means, if you are into incest/twincest and love between family members, you have to try this one. This was just adorable. 😘
Favorite excerpts from the novel: 💚💙💚
“You’re the most important person in my life, Tucker Francis Levi. Don’t ever forget it… or that I love you.” And I did. In that moment I realized my love for him went beyond brotherly affection; he had my whole heart.
“I can’t promise I’ll always be there for you, but I can promise that as long as I’m here, I’ll stick by you.”
Knocking on our door, our uncle called out, “Boys, time to get up!” “Did that,” Tuck mumbled, and I started to giggle. “Come on now.” “Did that, too.”
This is a great quick taboo, twincest read. I love that this story discussed bullying and how oothers responded in a positive way. I was so happy with the prom. Very sweet read!
Read for The Quarterly Book Club’s 2017 2nd Quarter: Contemporary Fiction CONTENT WARNING: Contains explicit scenes between consenting minors
I randomly found this book through the M/M Romance Group’s website and it’s a part of their 2014 event Love’s Landscapes. A copy was provided by the author. You can find instructions on how you can get your copy here.
Alexis Woods’s Starlight and Constellation: Gemini is a taboo romance between Tucker and Will, twins who’ve been raised by their aunt and uncle since their parents died. Behind closed doors the brothers started slowly learning how to love each other in ways that surpassed the feelings siblings should have towards each other.
I love reading books that focus on themes that go beyond the boundaries of what we define as normal. I was expecting too much from this, maybe some agony and frustration to go with it, that I was very disappointed on how easy and flat this story turned out to be.
I’m giving this a minimum rating of two stars because of how fantastic the characters were. I genuinely felt how much they cared for each other, their friends, and their family. They were supportive to one another. Not one of the protagonists or supporting characters ever annoyed me.
This read was okay even though it had many opportunities for improvement. I believe some readers would be eager or curious about it.
I liked this love story of 2 twin brothers! Sometimes I had a feeling that important events were left out or skipped.... and sometimes things were -imo- too extensively discussed. I was anxious for tonight, wondering what Tuck would ask me for this year. At thirteen it was kisses, at fourteen, touches. Fifteen was hand-jobs, which meant this year was probably going to be… The story moves from 13th to 16th birthday; I would have liked to read about their 14th and 15th birthday as well. ;-) Okay, sexual active since the age of... 13, constantly being together, sleeping together and waiting with real fucking until they are 18?? Naah... sooo unbelievable... even for a book! ;-) Nevertheless Will and Tuck were deliciously swieeet together and I enjoyed this short read! The incest part absolutely didn't bother me; I'd even go so far as to say I understood... and even felt {plaatsvervangende} jealousy of such a strong bond. And I loved their friendship with the 2 lesbian girls. {Soms ging het verhaal erg snel en had ik het gevoel dat er 'belangrijke' gebeurtenissen overgeslagen werden.... en soms werd veel te uitgebreid op dingen ingegaan. En er werden veel (ik denk) Joodse termen gebruikt die ik niet kende en het nut niet van inzag.}
“You’ll always have each other, I just know it. Protect each other, be each other’s best friend, love each other.”
Short story about a sexual relationship between twin brothers. Loosing their parents at the age of 10, while consoling each other they grow very close and gradually start exploring their sexuality.
Kissing from age 13 to full on sex at age 18, their relationship develops in secrecy.
I loved reading about these two and their family and close friends. From all the family related taboo relationships the one between brothers would bother me the least. I know you can not choose who you fall in love with, it just happens and of course any sexual relationship within a family is considered forbidden, but still.......
This was a sweet twincest novella. The boys start their explorations young (13), but things progress gradually, and there’s no penetrative sex until they turn eighteen.
Their bond with each other was deep and believable, and they were hot together! I have a hard time imagining them keeping their secret all those years from almost everyone, especially since they weren’t always discreet.
The problem with a secret relationship that remains secret is that it’s hard to have a HEA - we’re left to imagine how their future will work out, though it certainly seems to indicate they’re in it for the long haul, and we’re given a tantalizing glimpse of a possible third.

Ok so this book was read as part of a challenge. I liked the book but I don’t usually read YA books. The actual story was touching. It’s a story of suffering, coming of age and love. It dealt with bullying over someone’s lifestyle which I totally don’t approve of. The twin part didn’t bother as I thought it would. Overall good book
Wow, what a fantastic taboo treat this book was! Anyone can write porn or create an illicit storyline but Alexis Woods has created characters and a relationship that was beautiful despite its taboo nature. The passion and emotion the twins share was palpable and the writing was absolutely exquisite. This book was so good that I read it all in one day, unable to put it down! Even more shocking is that this book is available for free from the author who shares it through the Goodreads m/m group. Thank you SOOOO much for sharing this spectacular book with me Alexis!!!
That was absolutely spectacular, what a beautiful story!
The characters were wonderful, I could really see the twins growing into their unique personalities over the course of the story. The author did such a great job showing that all written only from Will's point-of-view. It gave such an intimate quality to the whole thing, she really pulled it off.
I'm glad the story went the way it did, I was a little nervous for awhile there.
So thank you Alexis Woods for one of the most enjoyable stories I've read in ages.
Loved this little gem Many thanks to Alexis Woods for making available for download a copy of this twincest story (obviously not allowed on Amazon) Will and Tuck are the twins in question, and this story starts with them at the age of 10 when they lose their parents and move in with their maternal aunt and her new husband. They are wonderful parents so there is no angst because of tragic family circumstances or anything like that. Everything is sunshine and rainbows and a very slow build up to their sexual awakening. These boys fall in love with each other before they start experimenting with each other. The story follows them until age 25 so you know they are gonna make it. The one and only thing I didn't like happened on the very last page where they agree to a threesome with a guy they meet at a club. I do not like my guys to mix with anyone else, ever, because I figure if they love each other enough then they shouldn't require a third to spice things up. That is my own prejudice but imma unapologetic about that. The reason I kept it at 5 stars instead of deducting a point for this, was that the boys stated that they'd discussed it previously (off page) so I'm telling myself that the threesome was just going to happen one and done and never to happen again. Anyway go read this saucy story, maybe just skip the last page like I wish I had done.
A quick, hot and Sweet tale of twin brothers that Love each other (like no brothers should).
I would like to point out that there's not much of Taboo, Forbidden or Drama here. Though there's clearly Incest, it flows naturally between the twins.
Will and Tuck have always been more than brothers...they start off as really close Friends, and their bond continues to develop into Love.
It feels natural to them...there's never the thought of it being wrong or the option of stopping and looking for someone else. They love each other! And being together is a given, 'cause no one else and no way else will do!
“...Gemini, you mean the world to me, (...) My other half, my love complete.”
Though this is a quick read and a short book, it is very well written and developed. We, as readers, come to like the characters and we follow them along, as the years pass and their relationship evolves.
There's even kind of a Playlist of songs for some moments in the book.
The only thing I didn't quite like here was that the book didn't feel realistic in a sense (I don't think anyone would easily accept incest, even if it's clear that these boys are the world to each other). Also, in a realistic point of view, I think they would have tried, at some point, to move on from each other...'cause their love would never be legally or morally allowed.
Now, about the ending...it clearly was not what I was expecting! I didn't like the way it ended. It didn't aswer or gave closure to my questions about the characters...and it left me wondering (oh well, I guess there's just so much you can do with a short number of pages in a book).
Overall, this feels more like a Childhood-friends-into lovers Gay Romance book, than a Taboo one (though there is incest here). There's real feelings, there's development of their relationship and there's lots of Hot scenes. If you can get past the incest thing, give this book a chance. It's Free to read and Pretty Good!
Now this is what I’m talking about. My favorite kind of read. A long standing non romantic relationship that turns to more. With all the feels and angst this reader craves. I like how they weren’t isolated because of their desires. They had their core and that is the most powerful family a person can have. I loved seeing the progression as they got older and them having the kinds of issues couples have, showing their relationship was just like everyone else’s. Sometimes when reading books of taboo or kink nature the author focuses on that and little else. Not so here. Even in the constraints of the writing challenge, the author gave us a story full of depth, respect, and most of all love. www.reviewsforthosewholoveagoodbook.w...
I'm not sure if this counts as a book so much as a really lengthy fanfic with OCs (guess that doesn't make it fanfic by definition, but the smut was fanfic in style) who happen to be related and really, really into banging each other. It was interesting in a "light reading while busy doing other things" way. I wish maybe there was more conflict/angst then just what happens to their parents and the blink-and-you-miss-it worry about people finding out about them. It's like the author could've gone for a big punch and decided to aim for additional smut instead. It's decently written, for sure, but a quick read that could use a little more.
Great read!! Twincest is one of my favorite of the taboo MMs. Tuck and Will lose their parents when they are 10 years old. The book begins and then focuses on their lives from then to their mid-20s. I really liked that this focused on their lives, school, family and extracurricular activities vs focusing solely on the taboo nature of their relationship. Their relationship develops organically without the whole WE ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG that plagues many twincest. Tuck and Will are distinct people and their story is hopeful, sexy, sweet and so beautifully written. I think this is my first by this author. Will definitely search out others. Loved her writing. Strong with an undercurrent of wit and reality.
really enjoyed this sweet twincest...I loved the connection they had and the build up to their 18th birthday. I think this could be a realistic view of what sometimes happens with twins :) Loved their friendship with the girls! I think it went off the rails a bit at the end...it felt rushed and confused and left me a little like "huh?" I felt like there was a tiny bit of conflict just because the author felt like there needed to be some? It didn't feel resolved, at any rate. I really did enjoy the book and would like to see more in their story :)
I loved this book. Will and Tuck are adorable together. This is a free read and you can request a copy from the author via email.
This is a short story that deals from when they were 10 years old to their mid-twenties. This is not an erotica. It's more about their relationship and coming out. From kissing at 13 to penetrative sex at 18, we get to see their relationship develop. It also deals with bullying. Their bond is so pure and beautiful. Loved it so much.
I requested this story from the author via email and was provided it for free. It was part of an anthology. I liked the story up until the ending. The last chapter felt unnecessary and out of character. Otherwise, the story was sweet and reminded me of a 2009 Brazillian movie called From Beginning to End. I would love to read a sequel some day.
This was a quick fun read. I like how the author shows how the relationship between the twins develops. There weren't a lot of descriptive sex scenes , but enough to tease. I liked the way the bullying was handled. It ended too quickly for me. I wanted to see what was happening next. Hopefully there will be a follow up book.
a great read! the writing is amazing, and the love between them both is so strong. the way their problems are solved is just, really good, with Will becoming more confident and stronger. the support and comfort from each other and their family and friends is wonderful.
but that ending........ unexpected, and i didn't like it....... i am a little bit unsatisfied, at the same time i wished i didn't read that part.
This was such a sweet story of two brothers taking comfort in each other after the death of their parents when they are ten years old. It starts off innocently enough - sharing a bed to stave of bad dreams and loneliness. Each year on their birthday, they take their relationship one baby step further yet that sweet feeling of comfort and love remains throughout the whole story. They supported each other in every thing they did.
I also appreciated Mr. Hanson the owner of Read Another, who let them know that they were okay. He was the much needed someone that they didn’t have to hide the extent of their relationship from. In high school, they found Lilly and Steph.
The ending was a satisfying HEA. I would love nothing better than to read more of these Will and Tuck.
