Golden Pack Alphas #1-5

The Golden Pack Alphas: A Paranormal Romance

Rate this book
Were hybrid, Georgia Walker, has spent months avoiding Marcus, the wolf shifter otherwise known as the pain-in-her-butt. The brooding and stalkerish enforcer makes her lips curl in a snarl, but her skin tighten with need—a combination of reactions that has Georgia tense and less than her usual, affable self. She’s spent her entire life struggling to fit in with her pack. She doesn’t need Marcus around tempting her to flex her control and limits.
Marcus Legrand loves a good chase, and Georgia stirs more than his love of a good hunt. Despite how well Georgia tries to hide behind her snarky sarcasm, he sees more than he knows she’s comfortable with. Her scowls can’t hide the flare of heat that sparks between them each time they meet. He’s tired of Georgia running from him at every turn, but the too-smart-for-her-own-good she-wolf excels at pushing his buttons.

When Georgia's father, current alpha to the Golden Pack announces his successor, it tilts Georgia's world on its axis. With unknown forces endangering the pack, Marcus and Georgia are forced to put aside their differences and work together, even as fate and attraction pulls them closer together.

Laurel is a romance author, who like most writers loves to read. She has no one favorite genre to read because she believes "a good story is a good story" regardless of what genre it's published under. However, her first love (pun intended) is romance. From the sappy romantic chick flick, the sappy YA romance novel to the more risque erotica novels, Laurel is a sucker for a good love story.

Laurel writes paranormal and contemporary romance. She is a self proclaimed, out of the closet nerd, and admits that she can't seem to avoid adding a bit of "nerdology" or "geek-dom" to all of her stories. Living in Miami, she also admits that she can't seem to avoid giving her heroines gorgeous shoes, "In Miami, we worship everything strappy, open toed and just plain hot!"

Georgia Walker has always felt she has had to hide her true self. Being the daughter and only child of the Alpha of the Golden Pack and a powerful witch/seer, she has always had a hard time fitting in. Now as an adult she knows that if she could just keep her powerful secrets to herself, her pack will accept her and all will be as it should.
From the moment he meets her, Marcus Legrand knows the Georgia is special, and he can't understand why she won't let her true light shine. He admires her beauty and is attracted to the strength he feels radiating all around her. Marcus is determined to have Georgia, he just needs to convince her that she's fine just the way she is and together, they are both better than they are apart.
Paranormal reads are one of my fave romance genres and I'm so glad that I found The Golden Pack Alphas. I know that this book was available individually, but I have to say this book was so much better as one complete read. I loved the pace of the story as Georgia and Marcus go to know each other. It was a hard road for Marcus with convincing Georgia to give them a chance, but I think he would say it was well worth it. Two Alpha personalities fighting for dominance makes for some really hot love scenes. It was also nice to read about a heroine who didn't need a man, but realized it was nice to have a strong one around to lean on. I hope this isn't the end for this couple, and would love to see what happens next as they come together as the Co-Alpha's of The Golden Pack. I give this one 4.5 stars!

My Thoughts - 4 out of 5 Unicorns - I really liked it!!!
***Received a copy of the ebook for an honest review

The cover is definitely a steamy work of art. It definitely portrays the characters with his tats and her necklace.

This is my first time reading anything by Laurel Cremant, and I truly enjoyed it. I think this was possibly a serial at one time that is now bundled together. It is for adults only due to the violence and steamy scenes.

I hope there is more to this story as there are some things left to be done and I’m sure Georgia agrees with me. This is a story of both Marcus and Georgia growing individually as well as together. There was plenty of intrigue with the mystery as well as the drama of Georgia and Marcus’ situations and then relationship.

I think anyone who loves the paranormal genre will find something to like in this book because there are shifters, witches, vampires, and hybrids and of course mad computer skills!

I like this book but I will say if the relationship between the leads was explored a little more the HEA would have been more gratifying.

3.25 stars. I think, the author overshadowed the love story of Georgia Walker and Marcus LaGrand with the politics and intrigue of the Wolf Council and other paranormal groups. The storyline does not allow the reader to witness the development of a loving relationship between the protagonists via the interactions of the characters; rather, their love and early attraction to each other is stated in the narrative and inferred via sex scenes and the mythology of non-verbal communication that mated wolves and members of wolf packs are said to have. As the enforcer, Marcus has had the task of making sure that Georgia be available to her parents at the Golden Wolf Pack Compound. Georgia is the rebellious insecure child of Genevieve,a witch/seer and Darius, alpha leader of the Golden Wolf Pack. She inherited powers of vision and the control of the element of fire from her mother's powerful African Coven and her wolf shifting abilities from her father, Darius. She feared these powers and avoided her wolf. Her parents are retiring from their leadership of the pack and turning it over to Georgia and Marcus. The mate. Councils attempt to take her blood and murder Marcus and the fight for control is forged. In the end, she and Marcus and the Pack get their "HEA".

I received this book from net galley for an honest review. Thank you!!

This was a quick read. This follows the story of half witch, half wolf Georgia, and Marcus, an enforcer wolf. There is much sexual tension between the two, and it starts from the beginning. They met a year ago and both of them felt extreme lust for each other. Georgia was afraid of letting Marcus in due to her abilities. She was afraid they would be reported and she would be taken away from her pack. She is a seer, but also has another ability. Marcus felt his own pack and became an enforcer for the Council. He has many secrets, and major one is revealed towards the end of the novel. I felt the sexual tension between lasted a little too long, even though some of their "fights" were entertaining. The villain of the story does not make an appearance until much later in the novel, so there were not many hints as to whom or why they wanted the wolf family geneology. I would like to see what happens beyond this, especially what is so special about Georgia's DNA. If you enjoy paranormal romance, a woman who kicks butt, and an alpha wolf who is more than he appears, you will enjoy this book.

This series is best read as one book as apposed to 5 short stories. They all follow on with the story and must be read in the correct order.
Georgia Walker is the daughter of the alpha of the pack and her mother is a witch making her a hybrid. She knows others are cautious of her status and it makes her reluctant to explore to depth of her power.
Marcus knows Georgia is attracted to him but for some reason she is insistent on staying away from him. He is confident she will be his in time. Her father sends him to retrieve her from her vacation as he has an important announcement. This news may just be the start of her loosing some of that control.

I really enjoyed this book it was a different take on a shifter romance and it worked well. I would class all five books as one complete story and wouldn't recommend reading it any other way.

4.5 stars out of 5. I would recommend it to fantasy romance readers who are looking for something a little more than a Were love story.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I liked this book. I liked that not everything was told in the beginning and that their was surprises in store for the couple and the pack. The suspense was well times and didn't make the book feel rushed.

As for the characters, Gigi was a strong female who had issues with accepting herself. I liked that she was Alpha herself and that she had tricks up her sleeve. In that she was a perfect match for Marcus. However I did feel that she was stubborn in holding to the belief that her family and pack would turn their backs on her for her strengths.

I really liked Marcus. I liked that although he was one strong wolf he was gentle with Georgia and determined. at no time did he make light of her struggle and was always accepting of the true person she was.

Overall it had what I was looking for and kept me enthralled until the end. I like the secondary characters and I'm hoping the story continues through them!

An exciting new shifter romance. The Alphas in this title is Georgia and Marcus. Georgia a witch/wolf hybrid has always remained in control around her pack but thats about to change-when her Dad announces the new pack alphas as Georgia and Marcus. Marcus is a Council fixer and came to the pack to helped and stayed after meeting Georgia he new he meet his mate. But the two will find its not easy road in both mating and saving the pack. I love that Georgia is a strong women both as a human and wolf. And Marcus accepts her and is just as strong. The story is exciting and has plenty of action. Looking forward to more books from this author.

Wolf/witch hybrid Georgia will do anything to avoid Marcus, the enforcer that came to help the pack. Georgia made a mistake though; she ran and once she ran the hunter in Marcus will catch her. But what happens when the two are thrown together for the good of the pack, will they finally admit what their wolves have already known?

I found this to be an ok shifter book, a bit boring at times. I was left wanting a bit more from Marcus and Georgia. Even the threat was... ok . Better than some but not as good as others, I give this 3.5 stars.

I found this book to be very dangerous as well as full of adventures. Marcus Le Grande is the enforcer for The Council of the Otherworlders in Golden Valley he came to help get rid of the rogues that were causing trouble and disrupting the Golden Valley Pack, once that was done the Alpha Darius Walker ask him to stay and then he became captivated with Georgia Walker daughter to the alpha she was a hybrid her father wolf, her mother a powerful witch who came to work with the alpha after meeting him decided to stay and they married now their daughter is grown and seems to hates Marcus Le Grand but secretly desires him she runs off every chance she gets and ended up this last time in the Caribbean for the holiday and Marcus is sent to bring her back even though she tries to may sure that he knows that she is hooking up with one of the guys who is vacationing on the island also but is interrupted by Marcus and given a real hot lesson on how she should be turned on and she couldn't sleep at all that night but was up and ready to go at 6am for their flight home the plane ride was very hot and erotic Gigi was so hot that she couldn't wait to get home even though he heat was almost over even though Marcus offered to take care of her needs. After they return home the Christmas ball is that night and she and Marcus get more than expected and certainly not the gift they may have hoped for. The Alpha decided that he was going to step down soon and named his successors Marcus and his daughter Georgia they were both shocked but Marcus was a bit more calm than Georgia but she was hiding something he didn't know what and she was to terrified to tell him. This is their adventures Georgia realizes that Marcus is everything she wants and doesn't want in her life but he believes in her and will allow her to decided when she will let him in and break down her walls as well as learn that Marcus will not hurt her. I received a ARC for an honest review. Very different look at the Wolf Pack.

This book was given to me for an honest review.

3.5 stars

If you like hybrid paranormal romances, this is a book you must read. It has a little of everything in it and it makes for a very thrilling story. With witches, vampire, werewolves, and anything else you will be in awe with the story. The author does a good job of mixing these mystical creatures together and making them a family of sorts. It has a very intense story and there is a lot of twists and turns in the story. I was more into the mystery than I was into the romance in this book. The mystery and the secrets kept me going to the very end, because you can't figure out who did what and why. About 60 percent of the way in, it got more intense and the story started to unfold to give you some idea what was going on, but not everything. I liked that a lot, I liked being driven to find out what was going to happen and why. Marcus was a great lead in the story. I actually liked that you didn't know his whole story till later because he was more of an in depth character. More than meets the eye kinda guy. And how the author plays everything into the story made it perfect. As a strong lead, Marcus played the role perfectly, he did what he had to to protect Georgia and did it with no hesitation. In these types of books that is what you need. Georgia was great too, there is more to her also and I like once again you don't know everything until you get to the end of the book. It made the story line just flow so much easier. Being an alpha just seems to get harder and harder in books because you have to find an interesting story line, but this author did.

I enjoyed reading this book. The author did a great job of showing different sides of hybrids and how they all could coexist. The only thing that frustrated me was that it was a cliff hanger and I hate waiting. I like to have a complete story in my hands, but I will tell you that I can't wait to read the next part of this series to see what happens.

* I received a e-copy of this book for review from NetGallery, but this has not affected my review in any way and all views are my own.*

This book is a bind up of four episode's but you can barely tell as they flow seamlessly from one to the next. As I began to read this book I got the feeling that I was going in mid story, especially with the romance side of the book. In many ways this was refreshing as far too often in my opinion a story begins before or just as the people in the potential romance meet, and although I do like that then we do get to read all of their encounters, it is was nice to have some variety.

The main plot diver of the book has to be the steamy attraction between Marcus and Georgia, and the Georgia determination not to give in to her primal instincts and Marcus's stalking. Although there is also this theme of acceptance both in the characters accepting who they are, and also being accepted as part of the pack and the community.

However, although this book was an enjoyable there are two things which brought down my rating for this book.

1) I felt as though quite a few of the secondary characters were flat, I didn't get to know that much about them and didn't grow attached to any of them. Similarly, I felt as though the world itself wasn't overly detailed, I don't know how the systems for the Were-wolves or Vampire etc. I would have like to seen a bit more of the political side of the supernatural's.

2) It wasn't a particularly original story and I have read many with a similar plotline before. Although, having said that there were moments when I questioned how our main characters were going to get out of the situation they had got into, so it wasn't 100% predictable.

Golden pack alpha is the first book of Laurel’s that I have read, and she didn’t disappoint! I was instantly gripped and didn’t put this book down once. For me personally, Golden pack alpha took me on a journey. I instantly fell in love with Georgia, but at the same time, I felt sorry for her. I felt that way because Georgia was lonely, lost and kind of isolated in her own world. She loved her family, her pack, but she didn’t feel fully accepted. People were scared of her and she felt like she had to stick to herself and keep her strength hidden. And then Marcus enters the picture. He wants Georgia but she keeps running from him, but that’s ok because he loves the chase.

Georgia Walker is a hybrid. Her father is the pack alpha and her mother is a witch. Because of her status of being a hybrid, Georgia has never felt fully accepted. Her pack are scared of her, they are very cautious. Having people scared of her makes Georgia draw herself into a shell like safe place. She keeps her powers and strength hidden, as she doesn’t want to lose the only family she has ever known.

After meeting Marcus Legrand, Georgia is instantly on the defensive, she refuses to accept her attraction to the alpha. Marcus loves the chase, and chasing Georgia makes him want her more. After tracking her down on her vacation, both Georgia and Marcus are called back home. After learning that her father has pack changing news, Georgia’s steel like control starts to slip. Her reluctance to accept Marcus is starting to dissolve. But what will happen when they both return home to the pack?

I really enjoyed this book, as a fan of paranormal romance; I have to say that Golden pack alpha is unlike any other shifter romance I have read so far. I can’t to check out some more of Laurel’s gripping stories.

A free copy of this book was provided in exchange for an honest review - thank you Laurel Cremant and Be My Book Boyfriend.

This book is a very enjoyable read and a fresh perspective on your typical shifter story - a few new ideas mixed in with the old always makes a new series more interesting.
Marcus sounded intelligent and luscious, with just the right amount of arrogance, just the way I like my bad boys however, I did find his 'sophistication' to be a little jarring with the image portrayed of him. He's a feared rogue enforcer, muscle bound and tattooed with his marks to remind him of his humanity and he wears slacks on the beach. Who does that? While it's stereotypical, I would have preferred him in tight jeans and leather, not suits and business shirts, but maybe that's just me.
Georgia is great. Beautiful, sassy and intelligent and certainly the right woman for Marcus - they fit well and aside from her taking way too long to fall in with the grand plan, I enjoyed their witty and often humourous interactions.
The writing style is easy to read and draws you in to the world being built around you quite nicely, I only had a few nitpicks, one being Marcus and Georgia's ability to complete a full cooked breakfast during what amounted to a twenty second conversation, another being the repeated use of the word weary where wary was correct. Although the image of Georgia's packmates being constantly tired around her was an amusing one, I don't think it was the image the author intended to provide.
This book has the feel of the start of a series to me and there are certainly plenty of intriguing characters who the author could carry on with, I for one would certainly be on board with reading more when they're written.

I received a free ARC in exchange for an honest opinion.

Georgia has spent a year trying to ignore Marcus. Even though she gives him attitude he knows she is just covering up her feelings. He knows she is attracted to him.

Georgia is a wolf shifter/witch and Marcus is a wolf shifter. Georgia was raised with her parents in a loving home. He father is also the pack alpha. Although she loves her pack, they all haven't made her feel comfortable. Many don't trust her because she is half witch. She holds herself back because of this. She has some special powers but hides them.

Marcus is an enforcer. He is well respected in his job. He is kind of a loner but is really starting to like living with this pack. He finds himself getting more comfortable everyday. He knows Georgia is his mate, as she does and ignores. He isn't willing to let her ignore it anymore....

Danger is coming to the pack and Marcus and Georgia are key players in it's survival. Will they survive the evil? Each other?

I really enjoyed this book. As much as Georgia pushes Marcus away it made me laugh. Since wolves have a strong sense of smell, he can certainly smell her hormones flying around! Although arrogant, he is a good man and he really does care about Georgia.

Georgia has spent so much time holding back her powers that it could mean the end of the pack if she doesn't become true to herself. She needs all her power and her confidence to get through this.

If you are into shifters you will enjoy this book. The characters are developed enough that I felt like I knew enough about them throughout the story. The flow of the book is very good, no confusion there. I do recommend it.

Laurel Cremant is a new author for me. And I have to say
I cannot wait to read more by her. And thank the stars I got
this book as a set I think I would have gone crazy waiting
for the next book to come out. These stories are well written
and have a flow that keeps you entranced in the story.
Paranormal romance is my favorite books to read.

Georgia Walker out hereon has a problem. She has always
felt she has had to keep her real self from everyone. She
was an only child of the Alpha of the Golden Pack. As well
as a powerful witch and seer, she never really fit in. Now as
an adult she knows has to keep her secrets to herself, then
just maybe her pack will accept her and all will be fine.

Marcus Legrand knows from the moment he meets her the
Georgia is special, and he just does not understand why she
see it. He admires her beauty but that is not why he admires
her the most. He is attracted to her strength that he feels in
the air all around her. Marcus is determined to make Georgia
his mate, he just needs to convince her that not only is she
the one for him be he is what she needs. And that no matter
what she is fine just the way she is. But they are better off
together then they would be apart.

Now before I ruin this for you I will leave off here. I hope you
enjoy this book as much as I did. If you do like this book,
please consider leaving a review. The Authors really like it
when you do; they value your opinions too

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book was a collection of “parts” that could have been read as individual short stories or a nice compilation. I obviously chose the whole set and it reads as a nice story arc.

Georgia is a witch-were hybrid who is trying desperately not to open herself up to anyone. She’s been hiding herself for years, so it should come naturally at this point. Marcus, however, seems to be the only person who throws her into a tailspin. He seems to have eyes only for Georgia and is not turned off at all by her constant refusal. He started his time with the pack simply filling in as beta to Georgia’s alpha father. That has slowly grown into a more permanent situation when it became clear that Georgia was his.

This simple reluctant paranormal romance gets a twist in the form of encroaching rogue forces. The pack must make some drastic changes and Georgia must accept what she’s meant to be in order to survive. There is also the little problem of someone in the pack turning traitor. All of these things combine to make for an overprotective Marcus, a determined Georgia, and a whole pack at risk. This group of characters had a great intro that left me interested in their individual stories. Will we get more? What other enforcers get mates? When do I get to read about them?

Georgia Walker is a wolf/seer hybrid. She has spend her life trying to fit in with her pack as her father is the Alpha. Marcus Legrand is an enforcer that has come to the Golden Pack to help Georgia's father when his beta was killed. Georgia avoids Marcus because she doesn't want to admit to the attraction that could explode like a match hitting gasoline.

Georgia's father announces his successor and rocks her world. Danger is stalking the Golden Pack and only Georgia and Marcus can stop it.

I received the full book not the serials to review.

I really liked this book and enjoyed the authors twist on shifters. I liked the bantering between Marcus and Georgia. She is a strong Alpha wolf with more power than even she knows and top that with her seer abilities. There are many layers to Marcus. They made an awesome couple. There are pages that should smolder due to their attractions. I liked that there was a conflict as part of the sub plot.

However, there were things that just weren't flushed out. The sub plot was one thing. Who is Seraphin and why is she after Georgia. Before the book starts there is something with the rogues. What is The Alliance. It felt like I was missing chapters or perhaps a whole book before this one.

Action packed paranormal

*I received a free copy of this title from Netgalley in exchange for posting my review*

This is my first time reading a work by Laurel Cremant, and I quite enjoyed the storyline, writing, and characters. The action happens quickly, as does the romance (I guess this was initially released as a serial). However, there is backstory to the characters and a relationship/attraction that has been slowly building. The way the author presents that worked well, and I was pleased it wasn't the instalove that tends to be common in paranormal romance/erotica. The plot captured my interest immediately. The characters were intriguing, and I liked how the author revealed their histories and powers steadily. I appreciated how the plot moved quickly without feeling like it was misting over details. My only negative was the ending. I'm not sure if this is the start of a larger series, but it ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, the romance and immediate plot is resolved, but the bigger story isn't complete. This doesn't bother me, but I like to know that there's more to the story going in. I thought it wrapped a little quickly considering all the action and revelations in the final chapters. That said, it certainly captured my full attention and I would read more from the series/author.

On paper this book has so much to offer including hot Wolf shifters, alpha males and strong female characters. Marcus, the lead male Wolf, is tall, dark and single minded(as all good wolves should be). Georgia is sassy, sarcastic and strong minded (or stubborn). She has a love/hate relationship with Marcus. She loves to hate him but she can't fight the growing attraction.

Georgia's father, Darius, decides to make both of them alpha of the Golden Valley pack. With this comes danger, Georgia has to reveal her true self and put her soul on the line and that she has to work with Marcus to protect the pack. Her love and attraction for him grows and develops as a result.

For the majority of the book, I really enjoyed it. It flows nicely and the writing style is honest and easy to read. I had a slight sense of deja vu(like I've read some of this before) that i couldnt quite put my finger, on but that didn't detract from my enjoyment. If you like wolf stories with a dash of vampire, dash of sear and more than a little alpha male then this is for you. I will read more to find out about the Golden Valley Pack as this is the first book in a series.

I give this 4 stars purely because as I mentioned, I feel like I've read some of this story before, it didn't feel new to me.

The Golden Pack Alphas is a fun book that takes you into the paranormal realm. It is about Georgia a were shifter who is also a witch hybrid. She is a tough cookie and is very independent. Being a hybrid, she is very powerful and feels that she must hide her true nature. Marcus is an Enforcer for the counsel of the Alliance (otherworld collective) and he came to her pack to help with a rogue wolf problem. There was an instant attraction between Marcus and Georgia, but Georgia is fighting the attraction because she is afraid of anyone finding out her true nature. When her pack is threatened, Marcus and Georgia have to make a decision that will change their lives forever.

The Golden Alpha Pack is a good paranormal read. The story line was interesting and the author gave us some great characters with Marcus and Georgia. The descriptions of the characters were easy to visualize. The supporting characters were great as well. Sergei and Dante were a great added bonus to the overall story. I am looking forward to see what happens in the next chapter with the Golden Alphas Pack.

DISCLAIMER : I received an ARC of this book in exchange of a review. So here it is !
I thorougly enjoyed this story. I loved the two lead characters, their banter and their hot chemistry. Gigi was fun in her own stubborn and string and smart way, and i liked how cool and calm and quite laid back Marcus was, despite the situation they were in and his very role as the enforcer : he never acted as the way too usual over controlling and overbearing uber asshole "alpha" male. I liked how they were portrayed as truly equal partners and they respected each other as such. I also liked Gigi's parents and Dante, Kara was fun and Serguei interesting. I would have liked to read a bit more about the pack's life and see Gigi interact more with other pack members (I liked te friendly vibe she ahd with justus who I would hae liked to learn more about). I found the villain and the ending a bit anti-climatic, obviously setting up for the next installment for the series....But if the latter is as good as this one, it will be worth the wait.

I am looking forward to see what happens in the next chapter with the Golden Alphas Pack

*I received this ARC for an honest review*

This is a new author for me, but came across Laurel Cramet from Tracy Smith Comerford.

As the daughter of the Alpha, Georgia Walker knows she is stronger than those around her more so she feels she can't show her true self. She also has feelings for the Enforcer of the pack Marcus Legrand but is fighting there attraction.

I loved the attraction between the main characters Georgia and Marcus, there scenes where so steamy and hot. Georgia is very feisty, and Marcus well he was broody and Hot.

I also fell I love with Georgia's mother Genevieve, the scenes with the both of them was funny and sweet.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to read a great Shifter series. and I am looking forward to the next book.

Georgia Walker is a wolf /witch hybrid and is a lot stronger than anyone realises. She has never allowed her power full reign, it scares her. When her father declares two alpha heirs for the pack she feels her life spiraling out of her control.
Marcus Legrand has been an enforcer who works to police "Others" who break the rules. He has also been the beta in the Golden pack for the last year. His attraction to the alpha's daughter keeps him permanently on edge.
This was written as a serial but luckily I received it complete. It is a sexy story of two very powerful shifters who both have secrets, but can't resist the call of their wolves. There is a clever and dangerous enemy that could be a bit too close to home. The pack will need our heroes to use every advantage at their disposal to survive.
A book that will keep you reading well past bedtime. I loved it.

It's been a while since I read a paranormal book and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed them. I love to imagine that there really are shifters and vampires out there somewhere.
Georgia is a wof shifter who has always struggled to fit in with her pack even though her after is the alpha, this is because of her powers which she tries desperately to keep hidden, she has this extra powers because her mother is a witch.
Marcus is a strong wolf shifter who was a line wolf for many years and worked as a law enforcer for the high council, as soon as he saw Georgia he wanted her badly but she was always quick to pick a fight with him which he loved.
You watch their love build throughout this well written story, I seriously need to find out what happens next!

This is everything a Paranormal Romance should be !! Fully fleshed out charachters, adventure, sexual tension, secrets !! Just when you think you've got Georgia and Marcus figured out , they zigzag instead of zag !! This is the 1st book by Laurelin Cremant I've read but it will not be the last. If you love paranormal, romance, detective, or cyber crime books, this one is definitely for you !! I'm hoping for a 2nd book there is a happily for now and no major cliff hangers, but there are enough unanswered questions, for another book . This is truly a page turner, I started at 10;30pm and finished it at 2:30am, I read it straight through in 4 hours. 5☆'s I recieved a gifted copy in exchange for an honest and unbiased review

I received this book from net gallery for an honest review.

Gigi is a hybrid witch/wolf, she hides her true self behind a controlled mask. Marcus likes Gigi and her witty mouth: he knows her body wants him but convincing her to admit it, is a challenge he's more than happy to take on.

Will Gigi give into her desires?

I enjoyed the book: it was entertaining and funny with a plot that keeps you eagerly flipping through the pages. I liked Marcus and enjoyed his bantering with Gigi: they complemented each other nicely. I liked their intense, mind blowing attraction towards each other.
I would definitely recommend this book.

This book as everything on paper that I'd chose as a hot and steamy Were romance and it does deliver to some degree, however i found that I found it hard to get drawn into this book at the beginning but the more I read the more I got into it but I still found it a bit slow.
There were twists and turns and a lot of detail to the story so you could get a full picture of the lives led by the characters in this book and the push and pull from Georgia and Marcus builds and builds the tension that you can't wait to snap.

Gifted in exchange for an honest review.
