Very short. Characters were never fully developed. Also found the premise that after dancing two dances together she would be so distraught about him not showing up as promised that she would take off to be a governess. I mean, she didn't even wait a week and he was only gone for a couple months.

More like an outline for a book than an actual book. Plot and character both very poorly developed. Can't believe I actually paid for this one.
