This book had a lot of useful information about starting a business and working on it instead of in it. let time and passive income work for you, comparing the stock market to Real Estate buying and selling. However the Author is hard to relate to when describing "hardships" like driving an hour from a million dollar Lake Travis house to the dock to get to the yacht. Also there is a lot of self promoting recommendations by students peppered through out the text which make it seem like a large advertisement for the course.

Despite the self advert nature of the setup, This is a good started for someone that knows nothing about buying real estate assets, and how lucrative it can be, if you are clear with your goals, delegate the task to others and other lessons I learned while reading this. If you skip the recommendations this book is quick read.

This book was awesome. It far exceeded my expectations. You can tell these people have been teaching for awhile. It had a lot more to it than just real estate. Sales to business building to negotiating.
