A DARK CRIME THRILLER SET IN THE UNDERBELLY OF DETROIT’S GANGLAND

“Who am I? You don’t need to know. I don’t tell anyone my name, not even with a sack over my head and a gun to my skull. Consider yourself lucky. If I told you who I am and why I’m in Detroit, I’d have to kill you. Why? Because that’s who I am… a killer.

What do I hope to achieve? Let’s just say that still breathing tomorrow is good enough. I’ve lied, cheated, and killed in nearly every city in the world. Detroit will be no different. Nothing stands in my way, because I’m ready to die. That’s my edge.

Did you buy all that? I used to. But I don’t know who I am any more. Not since I met her, anyway. People change. Maybe even me. Or maybe I’m lying to both of us.”

ONE THING IS TRUE. DETROIT WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN

My first book by this author. Nothing exciting. Probably would not read the next in the series when it is released. Nothing really compelling about the protagonist.

Red Dog One won't tell anyone his real name.
He has "escaped" from custody to solve the murders of his comrades.
Excellent story

This is one of those titles that once you read the book, you notice there is more than one underlying meaning.

This is a Crime Fiction with a twist of Military.

A man of military might fights his way through the streets of Detroit in order to clear his name and repay a debt of honor.

I enjoyed how Mr. Conner shared the inner struggles of the man via a first person narrative.

Warning: This is for Mature Audiences due to Violence and Adult Situations.
