This Box Set is sizzling, fantastic and scorching hot. I have to say that for the price this collection is well worth it , no matter if it's on sale or not they are a bargain. The collection is wonderful, and it's worth far more than the modest price. The books are delightful in every way and make one understand why paranormal romance is so popular. I have to admit that it totally surprised me how these stories captivated me. I'd thought I might find some of them awesome but for all of them to be great, it made me feel very happy and fortunate to have gotten to read them. Each stories is compelling plus I love reading paranormal genre. I absolutely adore reading each author, each one is very talented in their own right. The storylines consist of a lots of sensual sexy scenes, romantic suspense and action. The characters are engaging and everything I love in a Alpha and his mate. Hang on to your tablets readers or whatever you are reading these storylines with.WOW everyone of these books in this Box Set is well written and a Magnificent Read. After each storyline you get more excited and anxious to read the next storyline. OH MY GOODNESS! This a very exciting Box Set! Yes, Kate Kent's book is a fantastic page turner. This a great and fun read that will have you laughing out loud. And yes, this storyline is fantastic. V. Vaughn has created a very powerful captivating storyline with fascinating characters that had my attention all the way through the book. This is one of those books that I was up late reading because I could not put it down. Carly is dreams calls to her will she answer.

Sky is a shapely and feisty bombshell of a waitress at the Steak and Ale Saloon. Love connection, booty call or true mate?
Viv Arend – Copper King

Vivian Arend is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, but a first for me. The storyline has a lots of suspense and action. The characters are engaging and entertaining. Lillie is shy but she wants to have a final fling. Jim Halcyon is a billionaire grizzly shifter who wants to grant her wish. This is awesome start to a fantastic series.
C. E. Black – Shifted Temptations (Alpha Division, Book 1)

The words that I thought of as I finished this storyline are phenomenal, wonderful and laughter. It gave me a number of feelings. It made me smile, I had a warm feeling and I will read this book again and again! When Sam decided to cut Jordan and Alex out of her life it caused them to make a decision. Reveal their secrets because they couldn't live without her.
Becca Fanning – Bearly Saints Complete Edition
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My attention was grabbed at the beginning of the book and held until the end of the book. I love how all the family members have their part in each book even though it's small and I love books like that. The story line and the characters worked like magic. This author knows her craft and executes it nicely. I have been on a bingeing on Becca Fanning all weekend and loving every minute. Four bear brothers who loves play music for their fans and live regular lives.
Michele Bardsley – Two Alphas and a Lady

Another excellent storyline in this Box Set . I will tell you my requirements for paranormal romance stories is very simple. Just give me a gorgeous, faithful, protective and sexy Alpha male shifter who finds their fated mate for a HEA and I will follow you anywhere. Jack and Grantham are co-alphas of the Earth Pack, and they're on the hunt for a suitable mate. Curvy Roxi is on the run from her mother, who happens to be the alpha of the Blood Pack. Will it work between them to allow them their future.
Scarlett Grove – Commander Bear

I think this is a fantastic book that turned out to be totally, totally truly,truly delightfully awesome reading. It has all the the romance that Sci-Fi romance could want. I really loved this book I was surprised many times by the twists and turns in the story. I found myself so connected with everyone one of the characters in some way. I felt their emotions just as they did. Zoe is a Jaguar shifter and a jewel thief who has always known trouble. Now her trouble is with the mob. Then Corey's matchmaking program pairs her with the chief of police.

I definitely recommend this Box Set. INCREDIBLE-fantastic Box Set it's Exhilarating and action packed. The cast of characters is animated and certainly praise-worthy. But it's for mature readers 18 years or older. I promise you will really enjoy the Great writing, characters, plot, etc. Shifters In Love brings you another great collection of full-length shifter romance stories from USA Today and NYT bestselling authors, Hot Summer Love. C E BLACK – ALPHA DIVISION 1 - SHIFTED TEMPTATIONS
A new author for me that has me hooked.
This is a story of two halves. The first half I struggled with due to a few factors, then the second half became the book I enjoyed reading.
Spoilers ahead. Unfortunately I cannot wrote an honest review without giving some of the plot away.
What a mix up of emotions this one was. I am confused as to what the problem was with having a relationship with Samantha. Apart from being shifters which is not a difficult thing to deal with.
Alex at least realized he had screwed up quickly and tried to find Sam and after the accident he was trying to be a good guy.
But Jordon I could not get my head around at all. He just seemed to be Mr. Negative. His childhood was horrific in so many ways and obviously contributes to his rotten behavior. I also did not like the cheating aspect of him with Layla, you do not have sex with someone else when you have unresolved feelings for another person. Realizing he loved Sam whilst having sex with another woman, BIG NO NO for me. Job or no job I did not like Jordon at all and they should have moved on without him. Nearly stopped reading there and then.
Samantha just wanted more from their no strings relationship, she loved Jordon and Alex and finding out she was pregnant was the deciding factor in asking for a proper relationship. When they accused her of getting pregnant on purpose she knew they could not give it to her. She made a brave decision and moved away.
I liked Samantha and was on her side all the way until the big heart to heart scene.
It then fell apart with Sam being soft and letting Jordon off the hook about Layla so easily. I cannot understand her thinking that it was okay for them to do ANYTHING (basically have sex with other women to get information) as long as they came home safely. Yeah right, I can imagine those thoughts whirling around every time they went on a mission.
Then the book really took off and it became a great story and I even forgave Jordon.
Now apart from all of this it was a really great story with so much tension, upheaval and conflict. The last 10 chapters were awesome with so much story as to be a book in themselves.
I will be reading the rest of this series.

HARMONY RAINES – SLEEPING LIONS - SHIFTERS PRIME 1 - LIVING A LION
Whilst I enjoyed this book and it was a well written different shifter storyline, it was also a very sad story. All the questions raised were answered, but I felt not answered in full. These I think will be addresses in further books.
I liked Amara and Kane but who bought them together??
I hope Darius comes home and finds his mate, he has lost and given up so much.
I really found the setting not to my liking. I did not like the segregation of humans and shifters and the Prime Lands did not appeal to me.
Saying that I have bought the box set as I have to see this though to the end, book 2 sounds fun and book 3 has Misty as the heroine. How could I not find out what happens?

VIOLET VAUGHN – CALLED BY THE BEAR Not sure how many parts this is.
I like it but am unhappy with the way it is broken into very small novels for a big price. Part of a 9 book series.
I read part one in a box set and thought this sounds interesting. I was then able to read parts 1 to 3 free for an honest review. I think the best parts of the whole series.
These first three stories have kept me riveted in how things are twisting and changing all the time. The author has not kept within her own perimeters that she has created in this world. Rules set in stone are broken without explanation and things are getting muddled, everyone has one mate but maybe they can have two, but even with all this I really enjoyed what I have read so far.
There is more than one couple involved in this story and the stories are overlapping and entwining all the way through which I enjoyed. Lots of action, angst, betrayal etc. and a lot of ups and downs and some sadness as well.
I loved the pull that bought these women to Bear Tree Mountain and how they meet along the way, fate playing with people again but all for a good cause. Love all the characters we meet in these books.
Then we have the baddies who are really bad, oh my gosh, mental mate rape. So sad, someone needs to put a bullet in Victor.
Now for a complaint.
Too much drama towards the end and the men no longer act like alpha men and the women are so deep into conflict it is silly. A real pity as it started off so well.
Do I want to finish this book? YES. Will I pay what is being asked, probably not. I hate feeling ripped off by authors, yes they have to make a living, but fan loyalty and a sensible pricing system seems a better way to survive to me.
Unfortunately, I really hate when a good book is split into smaller pieces for a bigger profit margin. $1 to $3 for a 52-65 page book is NOT good value in my world. The whole series of 9 books is only 522 pages. You can buy the complete 9 book series for AU$12.00 but as I have read books 1,2 and 3 as an ARC this does not make sense to me, but it is dearer to just buy the second two box sets. Crazy marketing. Wait and buy the complete box sets which are better value.
I will pay top dollar for a proper book by one of my favourite authors knowing I will get value for money. I have other books by this author that are great and fairly priced.

BECCA FANNING – BEARLY SAINTS COMPLETE EDITION

VIVIAN AREND - TAKHINI SHIFTERS 1 - COPPER KING
I have had this book for ages and it is one of my favourite books. A short fun read.
I have never taken to a book as much as I did this one. I just loved Jim and Lilly and the ending at Jims house was just so cute and funny.
Really liked both these people and enjoyed the ride with them. A well written and good book.
Have reread this book numerous times for a light read before bed.
Have read book 2 in this series as well which is about Damon and Addie who we get to meet, Addie by test message only.

SCARLETT GROVE – BEAR PATROL 1 - COMMANDER BEAR
Love the idea for this new spin off series from the Rescue Bears series.
Sorry, SPOILERS ahead.
Zoe has been stupid in the past 3 years and has gotten involved with Dimitri the head of a part of the Russian mob, first as his girlfriend, then because Dimitri found out she was a cat shifter he had her doing theft jobs for them. Zoe did these wrong things for the thrill as she was bored. Getting deeper with every job she has done. She was also starting to feel ashamed at what she was doing but was in too deep.
She is in to the Russian mob for $800,000.00 as she had to ditch some diamonds on a job and she believes she can pay off the debt and be free of them if she does this one jewellery heist job for them. Zoe really thinks they will let her go. NO WAY EVER. Especially as she was the boss, Dimitri’s girlfriend and knows too much. I understand she was scared off and abused by Dimitri terribly but she put herself in that position because she was bored and needed bigger thrills.
Zoe is an ostrich and so naïve, her thinking gets worse as the book goes on. She has the absolute best means to get herself out of trouble but does not confide in Corey, her computer genius brother who we know from Rescue Bears, because she is ashamed of what she has done and due to sibling rivalry.
Then her fated mate turns out to be Rollo, the police Commander and she does not confide in him either.
I know she had built Dimitri up in her mind as being unopposable and unstoppable from everything she had seen and what had been done to her, but she is bringing trouble to Fate Mountain and risking everyone’s lives that she has come to care for but tells no one. She is then surprised when Dimitri turns up early to collect the jewels.
Zoe is stupid and self-centred. It is all about her. She cannot even act like an adult. Instead of admitting she was in the wrong she blames her brother Corey for making her act like “a rebellious angry child.” Her own words, and even though she admits she acted like a bitch to her brother she still blames him.
Corey does have to take some of the blame, he made her life too easy by just giving her money to live without her ever having to work or grow up. As we know from Corey and Willow’s story he is not an easy person due to his past, but he had to support his mum and sister from a young age.
Did not like Zoe for most of the book which is a pity as I had such high excitement at the end of the Rescue Bears series when she first showed up.
Thought Rollo was really too good for her. He was correct and trying to make her see reason.
Zoe improved at the end but the damage had been done for me. Even her talk with Corey was not an acceptance for her wrongs.
I will continue to read these books as I like this authors work. Ms Grove is not the first author to write a hero or heroine that it is hard to like and won’t be the last I am sure.

BELLA LOVE-WINS - MARKED BEAR 2 - ALPHA FIRE BEAR
Another good read from this author.
Brock was a bit of a silly bear in refusing to acknowledge Sky as his mate. It did no one any good and he nearly lost Sky through his own silliness.
Sky was a lot more patient than I would have been.
Really enjoyed how the story is unfolding and cannot wait to see the rest of these fire boys get their own HEA’s.
I do not think we have seen the last of Rhys, especially as he is a vampire, maybe? I hope he isn’t a baddie as I liked him.

MICHELE BARDSLEY - THE PACK RULES - TWO ALPHAS AND A LADY
This is linked into the shifter world created by Ms Bardsley in that the different packs and the events happening are all overlapping and interacting on a timeline. This is good if you have read the other books recently and can place everything in your mind. Even without reading the other books you still get a good story to enjoy that has humour, tension and lots going on.
I believe you can now buy a box set with all the different shifters involved in this world in reading order.
My only downer on this book was to rather silly ending with Crawl the Darker. Really silly.

Shifted Temptations – C.E. Black
Oh my! I’m almost stumped for words. This is one of the most intense paranormal romance I have read in a while. The author has given us the best of many worlds with this read. Not only is it a shifter, a romance, ménage, a bit bad boy, military, but also a suspense, all rolled up in one unique, extremely interesting tale that will have you on the edge of your seat, biting your nails and wishing you had a gallon of wine, because there is no way you are going to want to move until it’s done.
Sam has found herself in quite the predicament. She had vowed to the two hunks upstairs when they began their relationship, that it would be a “no strings attached” kind of deal, but somewhere along the way, she fell in love. And that’s not all…she’s pregnant. Needless to say, the “boys” didn’t take it too well. She knew she would have to leave. There was no way she would be able to continue seeing them knowing how much she loved them and that they didn’t return the feelings.
Jordan and Alex didn’t really know what they had with Sam until she was gone. They had too many secrets they had to protect to enter into a true relationship. But now that she was gone and they couldn’t find her anywhere, they are starting to wonder if it’s a good thing or not that she’s gone. They miss her, desperately, if only they could find her.
So much going on in this book, you will have to read it, and I can honestly say, I don’t think you’ll regret it. C.E. Black has taken a simple plot and created masterpiece. I am anxious to read the rest of “the team” stories.

Living a Lion – Harmony Raines
What an extraordinary tale Ms. Raines has spun for us with this one. This book definitely wanders off the beaten trail as far as paranormal goes, and in a very pleasant way. The flow from the beginning to the end is smooth, with much passion and many emotions, as Kane discovers his inner self with the help, at first unwanted, of Amara, a “servant” who has been brought to his home in the Otherworld from the Prime, to pay off her families debt. But all is not as it seems, and Darius, Kane’s uncle, has many secrets he has kept from Kane, and it would seem that now is the time for truth and action. Will Kane ever manage to reclaim what is rightfully his? And will he be able to save his family in the process? How will he react when Amara is finally able to act upon her suspicions? So many questions you will want to read the book to find the answers. A wonderful tale definitely worth the read. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Called by the Bear – Book 1 – V. Vaughn
Wow! Another extraordinary version of the paranormal. I absolutely fell in love with the characters in this book. I love the way the author has brought them all together and intertwined their stories to form what is so far, a beautiful rendition of love and to what lengths we may go to, to not only find it, but to keep it. The story starts with Carly, and her best friend, Sierra, two voluptuous, beautiful women, working and living in California, and both experiencing some extremely erotic dreams with a few wildly obscene parts to them, and afraid to tell the other. When Carly, a tattoo artist by trade, gives herself a tattoo of a bear paw of which she has been dreaming about, Sierra notices it and wants one the same. She tells Carly she’s been dreaming about it also, but when they go to show it to their boss, and Carly’s ex, they realize that they are the only ones who can see it. This is when they know that they are different, and are being called upon. They make a life-changing decision to pack up and leave, following their instincts, on a journey that will bring them to the other side of the country, and on the way, will meet Lily and Taylor, two more women who have answered the call and will join them eventually, on their journey. So much waits for them when they arrive in Bangor, Maine, and life as they knew it, will be forever changed. All they need to do is open their hearts and minds.
An absolute charm of a story, but this is only book one and leaves us hanging from a bit of a cliff. A little disappointing that it wasn’t a complete tale, but still worth the read. Can’t wait to read the rest.

Bearly Saints Complete Edition – Becca Fanning
Wow! This is like having five different stories all rolled into one night-time soap opera, and believe me, you won’t be able to put it down once you start…you’ll be hooked! Ms. Fanning has given us four brothers and their “manager” uncle to drool over. Taking place mostly in the state of Tennessee, the greater part in Nashville, where the Four Saints, a band of four brothers have drifted, trying to scrape up some extra cash to help out back home, in the back country somewhere in Tennessee. They have their Uncle Bart along with them to help them, not only with getting gigs for the band, but also to help with a more personal problem they tend to have from time to time. In the first part, we meet Mel, a talent scout for the Konstantine Agency. Her instant connection with guitar singer of the band, Matt, starts us off. Next up is Addy, a young woman who writes songs. Her Granny had a hand in her push to the band when she sent out a song Addy wrote for consideration, to the Four Saints. It wasn’t long after Mark met her to try and convince her to leave with him to write more for the band. Next up is Candace, a bit of a forced recluse, raised in unseemly circumstances, and a runaway so to speak. She was found by Luke in an alleyway with a couple of brutes hovering over her one dark, wet night, and of course, had to go in for the rescue. Next, we have Meg. She’s been a “so called” protégé, never allowed to go out on her own and sick of the restrictions her father/manager has put on her, as well as his demands to allow certain men certain liberations. She is also a runaway of sorts, desperately trying to reclaim her life. The moment she spies John on stage in a small bar upon arriving in Nashville, she’s a goner, and so is he. Well, that only leaves us with Kitty, Mel’s boss, and the daughter of the very strict and hard to please Randall Konstantine, and very much in “lust” with Uncle Bart. Only question is…is it returned?
If you’re looking for lots of action, a variety of scenes, a bit of violence and lots of loving, this is definitely the one for you!

Copper King – Vivian Arend
What an absolute charm this book is. Lillie will have your heart melting, and Jim will have it beating so hard your head will spin, and lets not forget Damon, another heartthrob that will have the panties melting off of you before you can even blink. A wonderful tale full of love and excitement, and the chances to fulfill at least some of the challenges on your bucket list. Lillie is out to do just that. With the encouragement of her best friend Addie, she’s off to experience new things, slowly ticking them off of her bucket list, until the day comes that she won’t be free to do so anymore. Swathed in mystery, she’s not giving up much about herself, but she has her own reasons. When she flees from Jim on her first night in Vegas, only to end up directly in his arms, she decides that perhaps, he would make the perfect candidate for a final fling. The only thing about flings though, you are supposed to leave the next day, not fall in love. Jim has a few days to kill before his and Damon’s annual challenge bet happens, and what better way to spend them, than with a beautiful woman, especially when she fits right into his arms the way Lillie does. Lots of action and excitement going on in this story. A great standalone that you won’t want to miss. I hope to read Damon’s tale before too long.

Commander Bear – Scarlett Grove
I so love this spin-off series by Scarlett Grove. The bears of Fate Mountain are absolutely adorable and simply make you want to find them and cuddle them all day and all night.
Zoe has come to Fate Mountain to spend time with her brother, but that's not all she's here for. She has a hidden agenda that she's been keeping to herself for the past six months. Only problem is, somewhere along the way, she's fallen in love with the area and the new trade she's been learning at her brothers' school for shifters, the Bright Institute. Who would have ever thought that the flighty, always in trouble jaguar would love woodworking. Rollo, the police commander, knows the crime scene he's investigating is very unusual. And the scent he gets a whiff of, even though it is faint, sets his bear off and running. Only question is...who is she and where did she go? So, imagine his surprise while investigating, he comes across her scent again, only this time it's much stronger, and the owner of it is standing right in front of him, trying desperately to hide from him. But little does Zoe know, Rollo is not a bear who is easily distracted or deterred. Will she manage to finally break free from her past? Will they ever get their HEA? Has Rollo's patience finally paid off? An awesome read you won't want to miss. Looking forward to book 2 in this series.

Alpha Fire Bear – Bella Love-Wins
Awesome. What a wonderful story this is. Fireman Brock has a secret that only a chosen few are privy to, and because of this secret, has a few misguided notions, the biggest being that he’s not allowed to be with the woman he loves so dearly. Sky has been in love with Brock forever, and has a dark secret of her own, but she’s tired of waiting for Brock to come out and declare his love for her, so when a mysterious dark man starts coming in to the saloon where she works, and leaves her outrageous tips, and wanting to take her out, she’s not sure what to do. There is a powerful attraction to Rhys, and she’s not sure why, but should she take up his offer for a night out with him? Or should she finally declare herself to Brock and take her chances of never seeing him again? A lot of action packed into this very exciting tale of romance, crime and of course explosions of many kinds. You won’t want to miss out on this one.

Two Alphas and a Lady – Michele Bardsley
Another unique shifter tale that will have you on the edge of your chair from start to finish. I love ménage and this one definitely fits the bill. When Roxie left her pack, she hoped that that would be the end of them. But, her hateful pack alpha, her own mother, just won’t let it be. While hiding out, she is captured by one of the pack, only to be rescued by one hunk of a wolf. But wait, there isn’t just one hunk, there’s two. When joint alphas, Jack and Grant, are ready, they approach their pack psychic in order to help find their fated mate. Off on a wild goose, or should we say mate, chase, they come across the curvy Roxie, tied to a tree and begging for help. While they decide if they should mate or not, all hell breaks loose. Once again in the throes of her pack, Roxie finds herself in a position to not only fight for her life, but that of her best friend Lara, and her two hunks.
An awesome read you won’t want to miss.

Taming the Alphas: Complete Edition – Kate Kent
A wonderful spin off of Craving the Alpha, this tale tells the story of Beverly, Dave and Todd. Beverly and Todd were camp councillors who were bitten by vengeful werewolves hoping to take them on as mates after they turned. The group of campers were saved by the local pack residing at Camp Vickers and taken into the fold of the pack. There, Beverly and Dave mated. When they were given the choice of re-integrating into society or staying with the pack, Beverly opted to return to her life, and back to college. Dave followed her, not willing to leave his mate. Together, they are trying to fit back in, but are faced with many obstacles. Shortly after starting school, Bev runs into Todd, another of the bitten councillors trying to fit back in. The immediate attraction between the two of them threatens to have consequences on Bev and Dave’s relationship, but there is something special going on. Dave has always liked Todd, and soon, the three of them are sharing more than a pizza and beers.
With lots of action, some unrest, weird encounters and megawatt sex going on, you are sure to not be able to put it down. A great read, whether or not you have read the previous series.

Overall, this is most likely the best paranormal boxed set I have read. A great mix of tales that will have you on the edge of your seat. Most are full length stories. Great artists! I received an ARC of this boxed set in exchange for my honest review.

Shifters In Love

I enjoyed each story in this collection for different reasons. There are hot, steamy, erotic stories, along with a few for those who enjoy the bedroom door closed. I also enjoyed some laugh out loud moments in many of them, serious giggles and outright HaHa’s!!There are a few of my favorite authors in the group Harmony, Vivian & Michelle just to name a few! There were also a few new to me authors that I will definitely be reading more from!

Called by the Bear Book 1 – V. Vaughn
Carly was this beautiful curvy woman. You can only wish she would see the beauty that others saw. she worked in this tattoo place where her ex worked. He was a really jerk but she did have a great friend that worked with her by the name of Sierra Steele.

Carly Cutler who got this tattoo she saw in a dream found that her dreams became more intense after she got the tat. She kept dreaming of this guy that turned into a bear. She felt like this dream had meaning and she needed to listen to what it was saying.

Sierra was having the same dream about the tat and had to have one too. She was having the same problems that Carly was having. After the tat the dreams became more intense.

These girls decided to bark on this journey to find where their dreams would take them. They felt these men were calling to them. They never dreamed the girls they would met along the way. What destiny waits them?
Viv Arend – Copper King
Jim Halcyon who was a bear shifter and Damon Black who was a wolf shifter had this game that they played every year. They had a copper coin they called Lady Luck that they would compete for and the one that won got to keep it for a year in hopes that it would bring them luck.

Lillie who was the bear shifter wanted to sole some wild oaks in Vegas. She knew this would be her last chance. Through the whole story you spend it trying to figure out what the deal is with Lillie. There is so much mystery surrounding Lillie but that was part of the fun in the story that and watching Jim and Damon trying to figure her out.

I love that loyalty that Damon has to Jim. He truly has Jim’s best interested at heart he did not want to see his long time friend hurt. I loved the fact that Damon worked really hard to make sure Jim done more then work in his life. He desired for Jim to have a little fun.

I loved the surprise waiting at the end of the story. Sorry have to read to find out but trust me you will love it.


Scarlett Grove – Commander Bear
The author did a wonderful job on this story. It is great to see another series spring from the mate.com app. and this one being about Zoe which is Corey’s sister even makes it more sweeter.

Zoe was stuck between a rock and a hard place. She was being forced to do something she did not want to do. She could do it or she could be killed. In her mind she hoped that stealing the jewels would help pay her debt to Dimitri Ivanov who is the Russian mob boss, you should know one dealing with the mob will not be getting out of this alive.

it is good to see a story about Police Commander Rollo Morris. We got to see glimpses of him in the previous series. So it was good to see a book focused around him. Rollo was a bear shifter and he longed for a mate. He had joined Corey’s dating site in hopes of finding one. Problem was he had been on there a while and still had not found his fated mate. He was not going to settle for second best.

Willow had a love for wood work and attending Bright Institute for Shifters had been a great help her. Between the Institute and the town she was feeling a belonging that she has never felt before. She has been one that has traveled all over the world. No matter how much she traveled she always had this emptiness inside her. She tried feeling it with material things, getting into trouble, and getting mixed up with the wrong crowned. I guess for a while her ex-boyfriend who was a mob boss had filled the whole a little, but it was not enough.

Willow which was Corey’s wife was determined to get Zoe on to mate.com but Zoe was not ready for a mate. Well at least that is what she thought. How funny fate can be. Here Zoe a thief is matched with the Police Commander himself. She worries of getting to know him. She does not want her secret out and worries about being able to hide her secret around Rollo.

Rollo knows that Zoe is hiding something. Things are getting hot and heated between these two shifters. Problem is can Rollo arrest his little Zoe when the times comes? Zoe is going good to keep her head above water. Can she escape her ex-boyfriend’s deadly grasp?

This is a really good collection of romances featuring paranormal characters. I liked that they were longer stories with developed characters and complete storylines. Many were released in parts originally and you get the whole series in this set.

I really like these sets for discovering new authors. I had read some of them when they were first released.

Harmony Raines' story Living A Lion is an interesting read about a man raised to believe he was human and finds out he is a shifter. Luckily, he has his mate to help him understand his new life. She is fearful of the future but hopeful that their love will help him survive a real battle to reclaim his true life. I really liked the characters and would like to read more about them.

V. Vaughn's Called by the Bear is a series I have read before and all the other related series too. I would highly recommend it. It is an epic kind of story about a bear clan that needs women to continue their clan as their women are sterile. These women discover they have a past they had no idea about and just what it means to be mated to a bear shifter. It is a great series.

Kate Kent's Taming the Alphas series is a great menage story about a young woman who became a shifter and is now back in human society and trying to hide from those who threaten her safety. She has two men by her side who make the journey really hot.

Becca Fanning 's Bearly Saints series is an interesting idea and mixes shifters and the music industry. Things get very interesting as these men find their mates. I enjoyed the series and there are some interesting couples.

Viv Arend's Copper King is a favorite. I loved how open she was to new experiences as she was preparing for a new life. Lillie and Jim think it is just a fun fling but it becomes so much more.

Scarlett Grove's Commander Bear is another favorite. It is about a shifter named Zoe who wants to get it right but her past is a problem. She loves the town now and has the beginnings of a career but her criminal ex won't let her go easily. It gets more complicated when her mate turns out to be the Chief of Police and has her under his radar. I really have enjoyed the story about this community filled with shifters. Many of them are veterans and are now looking to settle down with mates. Rollo has been looking for years and once he has identified Zoe as his mate, he is not letting her go. He is smart and he will protect her even from herself. It is a really good romance story and a pretty quick read. I recommend the whole series and the earlier series (The Rescue Bears) as well

Bella Love-Wins' Alpha Fire Bear is a hot read in more than one way. It is about a group of bear shifters who are firefighters. They hide their shifter status from others including their lovers. Sky wants more from her relationship with Brock but he is keeping secrets that push her towards another man. He is afraid of revealing the truth even though he knows she is the one for him. I liked that we got to see the story from both POV's.

Michele Bardsley's Two Alphas and a Lady is another great menage. Their pack believes that the two alphas should mate with one woman and they have reason to believe they will find her in Vegas. They do and she is very willing but she has a big mess to deal with in terms of her family and clan. There are some hot scenes in this menage.

C. E. Black's Shifted Temptations (Alpha Division, Book 1) is another favorite and also a menage. Two shifters share a woman but not their true nature as shifters or their real jobs. It causes her to make a hard decision and leads to a lot of regrets. It is a great read with a lot of interesting twists and turns.

Hot Summer Love boxed set 5 star
Here is a dynamite box set with some wonderful authors and some full-length books. For example:
Scarlett Grove Commander Bear:
Gauge, a detective in the Bear Patrol Police Depart of Fate Mountain, was determined to bring an end to vicious drug ring ruining their town. Undercover was his best bet to bring them to justice. Little did he know he would find more than the culprits during his investigation.

Lola hated being a part of the drug manufacturing. Her insane step brother had forced her to come to his camp and even made her work endless hours producing the poison. She wanted to escape, but has no way, being watched and a prisoner of his hate. She had managed to bring a cell phone but had to keep it well hidden. It brought her the only hope she'd had since her capture...he is a match to mate.com app she used. 100% match. But when she tried to contact him his picture had been removed. Her only message from him was strange. But there was to be no communication between them. Her captor made sure of that.

Now, can Gauge succeed in taking down this business? When he finds Lola there is more than the rescue of come woman—she is his mate. How will his bear deal with being unable to talk to her, let alone get to know her and more? Will he be able to do his job and protect his mate? If he succeeds, how will she adapt after her long captivity?

This second series on Fate Mountain is more serious and the situations darker. A good read with renewed contact with the Rescue Bears and their mates is always a plus. Although I would have liked to see more reaction to her situation after the rescue attempt I did like the outcome and watching their lives begin anew.

Copper King by Vivian Arend
Fun story. Lily is adorable and big bad grisly shifter, Jim, is totally under her spell.

Ms. Arend does a good job of keeping Lilly's secret while tempting us with hints. Jim's venture back into the bedroom and learning to play again is not only hot but fun to watch.

His friend Damon is one of those loyal with enough mischief to keep everyone laughing and on edge. A new author to me, I will be reading more of her books in the future. This is a recommend with no reservations.

V Vaughn: Called by the Bear
This book is told by several women who have suddenly started dreaming about an unbelievable future. It involves bears, steamy hot guys, and moving to their location. The “call” is so strong they actually follow their dreams and move. Surprise—when they finally reach their destination they meet the hot men of their dreams—literally. They eventually learn these men are bear shifters and mates with an incomparable pull to each other. There is love, political intrigue, enemies, witchcraft and so much more. A real winner of a series.

This is a fantastic box set by Multi-Authors I love to read. They are well written with strong characters and good plots. This set contains stories written by 9 authors.

Commander Bear by Scarlett Grove: Rollo is the Commander of the police department in Fate Mountain. We were introduced to Zoe in Geek Bear ( Rescue Bears). She is the sister of Corey the tech genius who started the mate site. He has also started an institute to train shifters. Zoe signs up to learn woodworking. Hmmm wonder why? She signs up for the web site and is bathed with Rollo. This is not good for Zoe. Will these two find a way to trust each other? Will Zoe be able to get away from her past?

Alpha Fire Bear by Bella Love-Wins: After a car crash Brock is close to death. Then a mysterious woman offers to change him and his life. Brock meets Sky will she be his mate? Will he tell her he is a black bear and alpha of the clan?

Copper King by Viv Arend: This is a cute funny story. Lillie is a shy bear shifter working on her bucket list. Jim a bear shifter with his friend Damon a wolf shifter are in town to see who wins the Copper Coin. This is yearly challenge. The fun begins when they meet Lillie. You need to read the book to find out all the fun.

Living a Lion by Harmony Raines: This is a story about Kane who has been raised on a lie. He is really a lion shifter and should be living on the shifter side. Amara is a lioness who is working off a debt to his uncle. Will he continue to ignore what he has learned? Can Amara help him come to terms with who he is?

Wow ! What a collection packed with lots of well known Fantasy/Paranormal authors. Make sure your E-Reader is fully charged before you settle down to read this. It is Full of can't stop reading until I finish styled stories, a mixture of Standalone stories, and in some cases full collections.

Harmony Raines - Living A Lion = a very different approach to the shifter styled world, Kane has been lied to his entire life, in one night he discovers he's A Lion Shifter and a dangerous challenge ahead means he doesn't have long to learn to adapt to his newly found inner Beast.

C.E Black - Shifted Temptations = a love triangle with extra hot spicy sauce. Why choose between two hot men when you can all agree to share. Extremely hot lusty scenes, & a brilliant action packed story, a fantastic read!

Scarlett Grove - Commander Bear = The Cop and the Cat Shifter are a hot combination. Zoe returns to Fate Mountain she finds an unexpected warm welcome. This is a wonderfully bold and unique book! I love the beginning of this series, you get so many much needed details in the female characters, and I cannot wait to meet the men! Carly and Sienna are beautiful curvy women, who are going to be meeting their match in some hunky werebear men!

Commander Bear, Scarlett Grove:
Fun and fast paced shifter romance, with plenty of spice. Jaguar Shifter Zoe gives new meaning to the phrase "cat burglar" albeit she is an unwilling one. Police Commander and bear shifter Rollo's job is to find and arrest the jewel thief, but he also has been looking for his mate for years on Mate.com, and has a bad feeling that they are one in the same. Zoe signs up for Mate.com under pressure, and when she realizes she is matched with the Police Commander she freaks, but he is one persistent bear. What will happen with Rollo discovers the truth, will he take her as she is, or arrest her?

Shifted Temptations by C. E. Black
Jordan and Alex never wanted a commitment or to have any children. Sam has agreed with Jordan and Alex to have a no string arrangement. There's a problem with there agreement she fell in love with both of them. Now she has to break up and move on. She has it all planned out and if you ask me it is an awesome plan. Jordan and Alex both work for a secret military operation that keep shifters in line. They start to realize that there's a traitor on the team. There's a lot of secrets in this book that will keep you on your toes.

I really like this bundle set. As always, this Author really knows how to make me happy. Another great book with Fate Mountain. Zoe is an excellent wood craftsman but she is a thief as well. She is trying desperately to repay a debt she should have never owed. When she finds out that she has been mated, her intended, Rollo makes no bones about wanting her. Can she find a way to repay this debt and be free to love Rollo or will the debt cost her her life.

Well this book has an amazing set of favourite authors. You will find stories by Harmony Raines, C E Black, Becca Fanning, Scarlett Grove, Michele Bardsley, and Vivian Arend to name a few. Some of the books in this set I have read before and enjoyed. Some I had not and they are definitely worth reading. A big thank you to Scarlett Grove for the review copy. Loved it.
