A good attempt at showing the complexity of building the bridge, but things get pretty muddled when Gringhuis tries to explain things.
And his exhortation to build a caisson out of tin cans was pretty laughable.

This book explains well for children the caissons and cofferdams needed to bolster the bridge under the water. At least I learned a lot.
