I really struggled with this book, finding the explanations of schema therapy to be tedious. For a clearer and more concise introduction to schema therapy, I strongly recommend Breaking Negative Thinking Patterns.
Lepsza niż część oryginalna, ale zazwyczaj czytana później. Być może gdybym zaczął od tej części, oceniłbym książkę wyżej. Dużo praktycznych wskazówek i ciekawy opis terapii schematów.
Druga część „Emocjonalnych pułapek przeszłości”, wiec sporo treści się powtarza. Kilka ciekawych wskazówek dla osób chcących świadomie budować związek, jednak wszystko sprowadza się do pracy najpierw nad swoją głową, emocjami i uwikłaniami. Stad uważam, że pierwsza cześć jest bardziej wartościowa. I chyba mam dość tego typu poradników na najbliższą dekadę 😂
