This book wasn't for me. I couldn't relate to the observation made by the author, and I found some of the advice given baffling and counterproductive to the objective.

I felt like it was more about projecting a certain image rather than fixing some internal issues. However, this was an interesting glimpse into struggles that I didn't realize some women go through, and it pushed me to be more attentive to other people's reactions and perception of my actions. I'm grateful for it, I think it made me kinder in that sense.
