Nice read, I have some unanswered questions... like a few but nevertheless I am glad it moved in a different direction. actually enjoyed the drama and the shock factor because quite honestly until it was revealed.. I had no damn idea who was behind everything.
and that is a first lol
Still want to know about mark, bailey, rando chick with bailey, rick and who the hell is gavins crush... sigh either I am missing a few pages or I see new storylines
So the conclusion to Sephora and Nick's story. I had figured out in this book before it was revealed some of the coincidents that where happening with Nick.
I loved the story. Written beautifully by one of my favorite author s. I feel lost on Marks condition in hospital and where is Bailey?? How is Liam and Luke??
OH WOW this is another book in the series that its sizzling hot, and so captivating. Again this is a story in the series that is sexy, and so tantalizing. But I must say it can make you grin and sad in the same reading this is so fantastic. I have also said "oooh" on more than one occasion with the incredibly descriptive scenes of passion. While I really enjoyed the characters and storyline and found them all to be one of my favourites, and if you are like myself you will also enjoy all of the couples. The author did a fantastic job of building up the sexual tension and teasing readers with it as much as she did with the characters. The encounters have all the sensuality that you have come to expect from these guys. Again I must say This isn't just your typical romance, since there is a element of suspense to them all. Throughout the entire series there’s always something that’s just simmering beneath the surface, and that along with the depth of the main couples emotions makes each story such a page turner. They All Are Must Read!! I absolutely enjoy Blue Saffire!!!
Well what a finger to find out Nick is part of a triplet. Bros Gavin (his twin) and Rick, they had a shoddy upbringing put into the wrong hands by their parents, who were selfish. They didn't deserve what they went through.
Not sure what happened in the end, did Gavin survive the gun shot? If looks like, but why was Sophi making sign language and reading Gavin's lips, did he loose his hearing from gun shot, I am confused on that part!
Harvey Carver got his comeuppance for the evil he did to the kids, even his own daughter. For a cliffhanger ending more clarity could have been given around Gavin, is he now deaf, how, what has happened to Bailey has she been found, what has happened to Mark did he come out of comma? Those are unanswered points in story to address. Need more clarity.......!
There are a lot of gaps in this story, a lot of time spent on Nic and Sophi's sex life to the detriment of telling an interesting story and developing interesting characters. Characters from other books by this author are woven into this book but, again, they were not used well to support the story. At times it just seemed that they were thrown in without much though or purpose.
A fare amount of grammar and odd word choices throughout this book.
The "surprise" twist was underdeveloped, as was what happen to Gavin. The whole Liam is still alive story was weak, and why Harvey was so evil needed more background.
I REALLY TRIED THOUGH. I got to the last book in this series, and 7% in...
But there's only so much "on instinct, I flip over and crotch in the center of the bed..." a girl can take without adding, "Nick would think that I would decide to become Jane Bond to the mix. 🙄🙄🤯🤯 Chai!
I was trying really hard to get to the end. I was invested in Nick, I genuinely wanted to find out why this guy [also who this guy] was gunning for him. Sephora has just gotten increasingly irritating and it doesn't help that the writing is devolving instead of improving, like I hoped it would; I'm just getting more impatient with it, and my liking of Nick is no longer enough to carry everything else that's wrong with this book.
I'd rather DNF now than get to the end and leave a scathing review.
Which this ⬆️ is not.
Needless to say, my journey ends here with Ms. Saffire.
And the saga of Nick and Sephora comes to an end in this last installment of the Yours trilogy. There's a lot of twists and turns as we find out who is behind the attempted destruction of Nick's company and death threats to him and his family. There's also A LOT and I mean A LOT of sex scenes. It got to the point where it was getting kind of boring to read sex scene after sex scene lol I know, I'm usually thirsty for them, but this book had A LOT so be prepared. And it's not just Nick and Sephora scenes either! Everyone gets their HEA in this trilogy though, so no more cliffhangers. It was a decent read but the second book in the series was much better. Overall, I'd say it's worth reading. 3.5 stars.
Not do e very well. The whole story could have been completed I. The one chapter in the phone conversation between the two bothers. The drag out really made the characters appear pretty stupid and the imagination of the writer fairly juvenile. I'm a true Blue Saffire fan but this could have easily been one book.
Not written very well at all. The whole story could have been completed in the one chapter with the conversation between the two bothers. The drag out made the characters appear stupid and the imagination of the writer juvenile. I'm a true Blue. Saffire fan but this trilogy could have easily been one book.
Good storyline, but I was disappointed in the number of unfinished or incomplete editing.
Ending starts with premise of 2 years of good and bad. The good is explained but the bad isn't addressed. Gavin is suddenly deaf at end of book where there was no mention of this earlier. Bailey's disappearance is never concluded. Nor is a reason why her roommate imitates her. Lucian's gift to Kimmie is never revealed despite scene of Sephora describing her filming Kimmie's ugly crying upon receipt.
I loved the storyline, just wished editing hadn't left so many loose ends.
She did the DAMN thang wrapping this series up!!! I’m so in love with this series, from the characters, the plot twist that I didn’t see coming, the self growth to accepting who you are!! I have to admit that looking at the cover and reading the description of Nick didn’t do him one lick of good. I was ready to trade places and become his butterfly. This is definitely an erotica story and I loved EVERY SINGLE PART of it!!!!! I love interracial romance, that’s my go to, so I’m trying to see if I’ll go back and read the rest of the books that aren’t. I’ll have to see…
What a beautifully written series, I love Blue's books and I can confirm I have read the whole series of legally bound and I am anxiously awaiting the next instalment of Sam/LaSalle's story. This is brilliant and a must read you will fall in love with Nicholas Lincoln and Sephora Emillsson and you won't be able to put the books down, hot steamy explicit love scenes that puts fifty shade of Gray to shame and makes it look as amateur as it is....don't miss out!!!
Nick Lincoln is tired of someone trying to mess with his life. So this time, he’s making sure to deal with it ... but not before marrying Sephora Emilsson.
Even though this book is supposed to have all the action and suspense, the reveals are trash because a lot of it was not seeded well. Also, five other romances may have been going on, and I can’t be sure which of them are technically their own book.
Yours as a series could have been great, but, to me, it really wasn’t, and this novel is where it falls apart.
his was a great ending and to this series. Very happy that families that were presumed dead or missing have been reunited. Love the woman that Sephora has become. Just a few questions that have not been answered such as where is Mark’s girlfriend and her roommate? Did Rick survive? I couldn’t tell or I missed something. Although I don’t mind sex scenes, after a while I started skimming those parts. Felt it was a little too much, but the story was really good.
Ok finally read this trilogy an I will continue to say it . You are the best. I have many authors I like but you give us strong black women who stand and fight for and besides their man. Not the sad crying, moping woman that causes problems ,and mess in the book where the man cleaning it up. I love how all of your stories interact with each other. I just wish it wasn't so long before I get to read another of your books.
Enjoyed the final book from all the suspense to danger to the twist and turns. In the end Sophi seemed more mature and tougher. Nick has always been sexy and an alpha male. I would love to read Luke and kimmie’s story. I love how the families come together and have each other’s back. The families keep growing with all the children being born but I love the dynamics.
These were a fun quick read. I would like to know did Mark ever recover from the coma? Who kidnapped Bailey and did they ever find her? Who was the girl with her at the hospital? What’s Luke and Kimmie’s beginning story? Who did Gavin ending up with? Is he deaf now and if so how did the shooting damage his hearing? At some point a stand alone is best. But to end a trilogy with questions? Hmmmm IDK
I think this is the best series I've completed so far. Never would have thought any of this possible as the outcome. So happy for Nick and Sephora. Blue Saffire has madd writing and storytelling skills. From my first book, Black Bella to the Legally Bound series, reading in the order you've laid out, I have not been disappointed. Thank you for the enjoyable reading experiences.
I really enjoyed the series overall. I loved the first book and even the second...I don’t know what I was expecting in the third, but it didn’t rival the other two. I do believe that I will read more stories by this author! She definitely placed humor, love, sex and family on her pages and it was refreshing!
Really enjoyed this series. I was really surprised that the main characters in the first book (Nick and Sephora) where the main characters throughout the trilogy. And I guess we have to draw our own conclusion on what happened to Bailey and Mark, especially since this is the last book in this series, I think.
Okay what happened with Mark & Bailey it doesn’t say. I love that Gavin, Rick & Nicholas find and embrace each other. But disappointed I was not, just as good as the first two. Yes I can see myself reading this series over & over again, that’s what you do when you find a great story that floors you.
This third and last book was good. I felt like I was reading a soap opera or telenovela. Glad I stuck it out through book one. I recommend all 3 books. Please understand book one is a struggle to read but work with it. The next two books won’t disappoint, especially number 3.
All three of these books were Freakin awesome you are one of my favorite authors . I will any and everything you write. You are the best I give this all and all your books a ten star rating!!!!
Very exciting couple. Lots of twists and turns. The HEA of this couple was tied up but several stories and questions were left unanswered. I hope this series expands or the brothers and Bailey and Mark at least get novellas.
There are people who have really twisted minds. I was surprised to learn who was the ultimate manipulator all this time. Sephora really came into her own. I really love the Black brothers.
This book was just as interesting as the first two but so many questions that need answers. What happen to Bailey? Sign language? Mark's health? Who's Gavin crush? And more. Hopefully there will be a book about all these characters and the answers.
If course the writing, story, timeline, etc were PERFECTION! The Sophi character finally seemed to fully gain some common sense at the end, but hopefully she'll be all normal and not whiny in the rest of the books\series.
The more I read of this author the more I am loving. The attention to detail is always a plus and I love the all the stories are intertwined so that you can still know what’s going on in other characters lives.
