This novel is action packed filled with danger, suspense, old friends and a lot of love. I went through waves of emotions while reading this because I was so happy that Brody finally got His Redemption. While you can read His Redemption as a standalone and and fully enjoy it without any hiccups. I would still highly recommend reading

first. Only so you can fully understand why this book is so important to us that have read the prior books, and because they are awesome.
A.F. Crowell's writting is top notch and her characters are fantastic. This story keeps your interest from the beginning to the end. I enjoyed the story line and had a hard time putting the book down. This is a story of two people with separate lives and goals that find themselves drawn to each other not just by circumstance but by a force that neither has felt before.
And that tease at the end of the book. OMG. OMG, OMG !!! I cannot wait for the next book..
I would recommend this book to everyone.

A.F. Crowell is one of my one click authors. Her first three books, left me wanting Brody's to finally find his happily ever after and I am happy to report she did not disappoint in this book. Brody is still a little sore about losing Lei to Jax, but when Jane ask's him if her niece could come and stay with them for alittle while Brody is happy to oblige. Emmery was.brought up with a silver spoon,but she is set on making it on her own as a horse trainer and she is a good one at that, but while at work one evening she overhears a conversation that was not meant for her ears and she becomes put in danger. Emmery has an instant connection with Brody and Brody feels the very.same. But of course it wouldn't be that easy. This book keeps you on your toes not really sure of who to believe and trust, amd it just has you so enthralled that you cannot keep from reading it. The ending wasn't quite what I had expected it was so much better than what I had in my mind. This author has a fan.for life in me

Oh man is Brody back with fire. Brody has his hands full as a dad (yay baby!) and being a businessman. He is also trying to move on and find himself after Leila.
Emmery Lennox is Jane's niece and she is in a bit (read huge) pickle and needs to get away from people who are not so kosher.
They meet and the sass is off of the charts! The more the better I always say. There was no insta-love, they had to work at it and they are constantly giving it back and forth. I love that in a book.
Seeing their journey together and apart as well, just reaffirmed why I love AF. She knows how to grab your attention and just draw you in until you realize that the whole weekend flew by and no one has any clean clothes for the work week.
I cannot wait to see what happens next!

His redemption is Brody's story. And what a story it is. I think he has met his match when he meets Emmery Lennox. I live the push and pull they have. It's sassy and sorta sexy. You get completely blown away with the twists that you encounter. You don't even see it coming. And I couldn't have asked for a better ending than that. I am super excited for this series to continue.

This is my first novel by A.F. Crowell, and I'm ready for my next one. I adored this journey that Crowell took me on. I feel deeply in love with Brody, and the chemistry between him and Emmery was off of the charts. I loved how sassy Em could be, and Brody...GAH!

I am so excited I finally got to read this book. After reading Torn I was hoping the author would give us a story for Brody.
Let's just says I was not disappointed in this story. I loved that the author kept me on the edge with the twist and turns she placed in the book. You are given love, drama, friendship, trust and so much more in this installment.

Brody Davis appears on the outside to have it all but on the inside he realizes each life event has been a huge trial of errors and bad decisions. He has learned that he doesn't get close, doesn't trust and certainly will not fall in love!

Yay Brody gets his happy ever after I'm so ecstatic this books leaves you wanting more there was so much action and suspense . I loved the chemistry between Emmery and Brody they have a instant attraction . Brody is such a drool worthy main lead with such a wicked tongue he soon becomes very protective over the h . Emmery was such a strong heroine very independent she was perfect for the hero . you don't want to miss out on this read I would recommend reading the first three books of the Torn series before this .

Wow! Outstanding book! It had the suspense most definitely. I was jumping on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happened next. Brody is so hot and even though things haven't always worked out for him in this series. This book definitely shines some light on him and allows you to see actually see Brody. He is definitely a sexy smooth talking alpha that's on a mission to get one girl. And it finds so much more than that. I cried several times in this book from joy and happiness and then the ending Holy cow. Diving into the last book now!!!

I will start off by saying that you don't have to read the prior books of the TORN series (Pushed, Pulled or Torn) to understand this book. How is that possible you say if it is about the one man not chosen by Leila? Easy you obviously know who she doesn't pick, by this synopsis and that is ok as you don't need the background to read about Brody and how he redeemed himself after the turn of events he faced. I was a little leery on reading this book as I only read Pushed and Pulled and didn't know who she chose since I didn't read Torn and I was able to understand Brody a little more.
I got to see a side of him we did not see in the other books. I definitely want to read about Leila and Jaxson and how Brody and them managed to work out their differences with the baby and the security firm. To say that was a shocker in this book was an understatement. From the way they the boys acted, I would have never thought it was possible for them to run a business together.
While Jaxson was always my favorite, I can definitely say that Brody redeemed himself from his past and current situations in this book. Emmery oh Emmery how you managed to tie Brody up after all he's been though is beyond me, but it worked. Oh my, I will say that there are quite a few shockers in this book that we do not expect and made this story have that suspense side to it. I am happy that Brody, Leila, Jaxson and the crew are like one big family. It was nice to see the secondary characters as well in this book. Really Andrea that epilogue went from a happy moment to a gasping moment! WTH, now I am going to be torn with this new development cause I was sad about the situation, but was ok with what or who was affected. So wish I could say more, but that would give away a spoiler and lips are sealed. So I will say get to writing AF please.

Anyone who has read the previous books in the Torn Series, needs to read His Redemption. If you haven’t read the other books in the Torn Series (you should), you can still read His Redemption. But as with most series, this one will be best appreciated if read in order, so I highly recommend starting with Pushed and working your way forward.
On to Brody…sigh. You know how you read those stories where there’s a good guy you fall in love with and he makes a mistake and loses the girl and your heart just breaks for him because he’s such a good guy…but the new guy is pretty awesome, too? So you’re, um…Torn? Well, Brody is that good guy, and in His Redemption, he gets his. Brody is taken from the sidelines and put in the action, and let me tell you, it’s worth the wait.
AF Crowell did an amazing job with this book. Going into this book, readers of the series know how Brody feels about his ex. Readers wouldn’t fall for any insta-love with him after what he’s been through. No way. It had to be a nice, slow burn with a dab of insta-lust. And AF Crowell made that transition beautifully. She made it believable. Brody and Emmery were both deep, strong characters and very likable. I enjoyed meeting Emmery and seeing this new side of Brody.
His Redemption went places I wasn’t expecting and was very entertaining. It was action packed and suspenseful, and kept me turning the page. I just had to know what happened next! And that ending…wow. I’m not going to tell you, you’ll just need to read the series to find out.

This is my first book by This author and they will be added to my follow list. This is book 4 in the series and whilst it can be read and a standalone I would recommend reading the others first. I felt my enjoyment was slightly hampered with not reading the other characters back story. I'm now going back to read the first 3 books so i can enjoy the next book more.

Oh I just love Brody! He is strong, smart and bull headed but so full of heart that you can't help but love him. He has had a rough journey, pain and heartbreak, that has left him a bit leery. When he meets Jane's niece he is struck immediately by her. Emmery is great! Love her personality, she doesn't put up with much and has a great attitude. There is a lot of push and pull between them, a slow build up and it's perfect. Add in the intensity, the danger and the unknown and you have a wonderful book! An absolute MUST read and I'm so excited for the next book in the series!!

When I started His Redemption, I really thought I knew what type of story I was going to get. I was so wrong. I never expected for Brody and Emmery to have such back and forth going on. I thought it was going to be a done deal from the get go, so I was presently surprised. Their story entangles with the cartel’s and becomes so suspenseful and dramatic. I loved how Brody was so alpha and protective of Emmery. The ending of their story was so heartwarming. I loved the little cliffhanger for the next one.

I have been waiting for Brody's story and let me say that A.F. didn't disappoint with this one... She did spell Emmery's name wrong it is spelled T-R-I-C-I-A... But seriously I loved how the story came together how we got pieces of the characters we have come to love throughout the story. Always will be team Brody, but things work out the way they are suppose to..and the Epilogue has me really needing Barb's story like something fierce...Can't wait to order signed paperback of His Redemption when they are available ... love Brody and His story

I have to admit that I've had a love, hate relationship with Brody and after reading His Redemption, Brody has made it back into my good graces. I loved His Redemption book 4 in the Torn series. I loved the chemistry (the push and pull) of Brody and Emmery. The action and the danger elements gave me what I love in a great book.

I would like to say AF Crowell’s character’s from this series have gotten under my skin. I love these people, I feel like they are my friends that I can call up and have over for dinner.
This story is a redemption for our Brody.
You see he only let two people get close to him, Lelia (his ex) and Jane. Jane is his mother’s best friend, she stepped in care for him after his parents were killed in a plane crash. He will do anything for Jane.
Emmery is in danger and finds refuge with her aunt Jane. What she does not need to the smoking hot, Brody Davis, and the feelings that stir that she has never experienced before. She is finding the more time she spends makes her want more, she has no clue why. She just needs to lay low for a week and return back home to her job. She does not need the danger to follow her, but it does.
Brody is hyper aware of Emmery. She pushes every button that he has. She is frustrating, confident, sexy and beautiful….. The whole package. He cannot get enough time with her, and he will make himself available for her. He will not lose her like he did Lelia. When her danger follows her, he quickly decides how much he need her in his life. He uses everything he has to protect her. Will it be enough?

Having read the three sided love story between Lei, Jaxon, and Brody, I developed a soft spot for the domineering and misunderstood Brodi. It broke my heart when Lei chose Jaxon but I knew that AF Crowell wouldn't leave her readers in misery and would write a story giving Brody the soul mate he desires. In His Redemption Brody and Emmery had me sitting on the edge of my seat with excitement and suspense through heart pounding car chases and thirsting for more scenes where they get down and dirty.
Brodi Davis is the epitome of debonair, dominating, and keeps females salivating over him. The only female he cares to have drooling over him at the moment is his baby daughter. Now that he has lost Lei and is a father, he knows that when he finds the woman for him he must cherish every minute and grab a hold and never let go. That is until Emmery comes crashing into his life and is related to someone who is near and dear to his heart. But he soon realizes that it is up to him to protect her and fight like hell to keep her for his own. I was smitten with Brody from the moment that AF Crowell pushed him into our world and pulled our emotions this way and that and kept us torn between him and Jaxon. My heart melted like butter more each time he called his Em “sweetness” in that velvety voice accompanied with rough caresses. I am a sucker for an alpha with a commanding sexy presence both in and out of the bedroom.

Having read the three sided love story between Lei, Jaxon, and Brody, I developed a soft spot for the domineering and misunderstood Brodi. It broke my heart when Lei chose Jaxon but I knew that AF Crowell wouldn't leave her readers in misery and would write a story giving Brody the soul mate he desires. In His Redemption Brody and Emmery had me sitting on the edge of my seat with excitement and suspense through heart pounding car chases and thirsting for more scenes where they get down and dirty.
Brodi Davis is the epitome of debonair, dominating, and keeps females salivating over him. The only female he cares to have drooling over him at the moment is his baby daughter. Now that he has lost Lei and is a father, he knows that when he finds the woman for him he must cherish every minute and grab a hold and never let go. That is until Emmery comes crashing into his life and is related to someone who is near and dear to his heart. But he soon realizes that it is up to him to protect her and fight like hell to keep her for his own. I was smitten with Brody from the moment that AF Crowell pushed him into our world and pulled our emotions this way and that and kept us torn between him and Jaxon. My heart melted like butter more each time he called his Em “sweetness” in that velvety voice accompanied with rough caresses. I am a sucker for an alpha with a commanding sexy presence both in and out of the bedroom.
Emmery Lennox is a horse trainer from New York who has ventured to Charleston for an impromptu vacation to visit her aunt and is on the run from danger. When she finds herself turning to the tall, dark, and gruff Brody for help, she finds that her body and heart are falling victim to his charm, whispered dirty words, and heated touches. Em is a strong willed, independent women whose body language screams it from the top of her head all the way to her cowboy boots. She is the perfect match for Brody who is a force unto himself.
AF Crowell delivers a story that all of her fans have been clamoring for. She gives her readers a suspenseful, action packed read that gives us more time in the bedroom with our sexy Brody and gives him the love that he deserves. I highly recommend His Redemption for a hero that is their for his love when the chips are down and keeps the readers craving more of his dark desires. The Torn series grips your emotions and takes you on a daring fictional ride that will leave you breathless and hoping for more time with all of the muscled and highly temperamental Viper security team.

I have been Team Brody since book 1. Yes, I adored Jax as well, but Brody stole my heart. Of course he has made mistakes along the way, but Brody has always been my #1. I have patiently waiting on Brody’s story and Ms. Crowell did not disappoint!
I would highly recommend reading books 1 through 3 before this one because it gives such a great back-story of how everything has come to be now. No, Brody hasn’t been perfect and he hasn’t made all the right choices, but he is a wonderful person and an amazing father to his sweet little girl. Just when Brody thinks he will never find his perfect someone Emmery literally throws him for a loop.
Emmery is looking for an escape. She has gotten herself in a bit of trouble and can’t seem to catch a break. Her aunt lets her come and visit and that’s when she meets Brody. Of course there is attraction, but Emmery isn’t looking for anything permanent. She has a life back home and away from the sexiness that is Brody. Can Brody and Emmery both overcome their obstacles and get there happily ever after?
I am so happy Brody got his own book. I swear I have adored this man for so long. Emmery is also a very lovable character as well. This book is PACKED from start to finish with the drama of both Brody and Emmery’s lives. At times, I wish we could have seen more of them together, but overall the chemistry and connections are great. And then that ending… AHHH!! Let’s just say I can’t wait for the next book in this series. Team Brody!!

His Redemption is the 4th book in A.F. Crowell's Torn series. I adored Brody from the very first time we met him in book 1, Pushed. I was sadden when he let his past dictate his relationship with Leila and the poor choices he made. In the end losing the woman he loved. I couldn't wait for Brody to show how he has changed and tah dah thanks to A.F. Crowell he gets to in His Redemption.
Brody has moved on with his life, devoting it to his work and his precious baby girl. He has a hard time trusting especially when it comes to love. So when Jane, his surrogate mother and one person he trusts to most asks for her niece Emmery to stay with them he doesn't refuse. What Brody doesn't expect is the hot as sin Latina with the firecracker mouth and attitude to turn his world upside down. Emmery is everything Brody has ever wanted in a woman. She challenges and surprises him at every turn. He wants her bad, but in his mind she is off limits since she's Jane's niece. However he can't stop himself from kissing her several times just to show her how bad he wants her. Emmery also cannot deny her attraction but feels it's best if they stay as friends.
When Brody discovers just how much trouble Emmery is in, he stops at nothing to protect her. With the his Viper Security team, Brody and friends set out to find out who is threatening Emmery and why they want her. Just when I thought this was going to be another simple romance story, where the characters deny each other until they can not take it anymore and be over, the suspense happened! I love romantic suspense stories that have me dying to know what is going to happen. His Redemption delivered!

I have loved this series since I first stumbled onto it wow I guess a year ago, and Brody was always my favorite character. When. AF Crowell announced Torn #4 was going to be Brody's story to say I was excited was an understatement and I am so happy to say that this book doesn't disappoint at all.
Brody a single father has finally has a routine, he is working with his ex's husband and he is finally ok with everything. When he is asked to take in a niece for a family friend he does not thinking much of it, but then when he meets Emmery he is taken back by her beauty. As he gets to know her he wants to know her even more, but she is standoff to his charm and now Brody wants to find out why.
Emmery is trying to protect herself and her family name. After being threatened she figures sometime away visiting her aunt in Charleston was a good move. What Emmery didn't count on is Brody. When her life is threatened she realizes she needs Brody and his team more then she wants to admit to.
AF Crowell does a fantastic job writing these two characters, told in dual POV'S she has created clear and distinct voices for Emmery and Brody which I appreciated. There are glimpses of characters from the previous 3 books which is fun. There is also a great balance of romance, suspense and action which is something I loved.
I recommend this series and this book, you won't be disappointed.

Let me just say that I'm not one of those people that re-reads stories but I did with this one. I'm not sure if it's because I really loved this one or if I didn't want it to end. Could be both?!

Brody and Emmery are the main characters . Emmery is Jane's niece which means she is off limits. Awe the chemistry between these two characters and the nicknames they give each other are so cute, it made me smile. Who wouldn't want Brody in their life? Good-looking , intelligent , caring guy who has a nice butt!!
There is action and twists to this story that keep you wanting to read this story.

AF Crowell has become my go to author for great reads!! I instantly fell in love with this series when I read Pushed and then I read Pulled and Torn and I knew this series was by far one of my favorites.
When you contact the author and tell her what you think will happen only to find out it didn't and ask WHY did that happen to get the response of just wait. You'll never imagine why but I got it!!
Brody was my favorite of the characters. It was something about his innocence but his hardcore business and macho sense. He didn't back down to anything but his heart was broken in the first three books. He needed an HEA and I am so glad he was finally able to get it. I really wanted him with Lei but now I know why he needed to be with Emmery. She had him when she met him and there was something about her that lured him in. He couldn't resist her and it was a joy to watch the pull, the danger, the happiness and the distrust.
It gives you everything you need in a book to keep your mind rolling. Brody had his hands full with Emmery. She wasn't the typical girl that he normally dated and nothing like Lei. She has a dangerous spark but when she is in danger he will move heaven and earth to get to her and bring her back home to him and safety.
AF Crowell leaves you guessing and if you're anything like me, you were totally wrong. She makes you think is it this person or are they lying only to say wait....this can't be it!!

Jane is Brody’s housekeeper but she is also like a mother to him since his mother died. Emmery is Jane’s niece. Emmery is close to her Aunt Jane especially since her mother walked out on her and her father when she was a young girl. Now, Emmery works as a horse trainer. She’s beautiful and has a sassy mouth. They meet when Emmery asks to come stay at his house. What Brody doesn’t know is that Emmery has found herself in a bit of trouble. Brody and Emmery are instantly attracted to one another, but it isn’t that easy. They don’t live in the same state and she IS Jane’s niece which makes her off-limits. Can Brody keep himself from giving in to the desire and attraction he feels for Jane?

I absolutely love this series and I was always rooting for Brody so when I knew A.F was going to be doing a book for him I couldn’t wait.
This book didn’t disappoint me at all and I would safely say it was my favourite in the series. As much as I like Jaxson I was always rooting for my Brody.
Emmy for me was simply breath-taking, beautiful, strong willed, stubborn, fierce and awe inspiring. I would love to be this woman. I simply loved this book and I didn’t want it to end. I feel lost with it now.
Hands down a huge massive well done to A.F Crowell on an amazing novel. One click now you wont be disappointed at all.

An enjoyable read and 4.5 stars
Emmery decides to get out of town after she over hears a plot to drug horses at the stable where she works and she starts receiving threats. Brody employs Emmery's aunt Jane, but Jane is as much family as employee, so he has no problem with Jane's niece Emmery coming to stay with them for a few days. He's not prepared for his attraction to someone he feels should be off-limits, though, especially since she's only in town for a short time.
Brody is great as the strong alpha male and I loved his determination to be a better parent to his daughter than his own father was to him. I also loved Emmery and her sass, and the chemistry between the two is off the charts. The suspense element was well-done also, with a plot that kept me guessing and nice pacing.
This is the fourth book in the Torn series and my my first book by this author. While it held up well as a standalone, I suspect I would have enjoyed it just a little more by reading the series in order, as there are characters and events that carry over from the previous books. An enjoyable read and 4.5 stars from me.

But his track on love is not perfect he stills wants it even though he hasn't realized yet. When Emmery Lennox stays with Brody and her aunt never did she imaged he life will never be the same.
As always Brody and Emmery will take you to one wild chase that you will never expect the outcome. Good guys are bad, bad guys are good and in between love and passion will run so high neither one of them will see it coming.
The Torn series has become one of the best series with lots of love but action, and intriguing you will never know what comes next. This book was well expected because we all wanted to see Brody's redemption at love and it looks like he finally will have it or is he. The only way to find out is for you to read this incredible book. You will become a fan of this series especially of this book.
