One of a series of pocket-size booklets on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi. These informal talks and essays offer inspiring and practical guidance for living our lives in a spiritually harmonious way—with grace and simplicity, with an inner equanimity in the face of life’s seeming contradictions, and above all with joy, secure in the knowledge that we are at every moment in the embrace of a loving Divine Power.
Paramahansa Yogananda (Bengali: পরমহংস যোগানন্দ Pôromohôngsho Joganondo, Sanskrit: परमहंस योगानंद Paramahaṃsa Yogānaṃda), born Mukunda Lal Ghosh (Bengali: মুকুন্দ লাল ঘোষ Mukundo Lal Ghosh), was an Indian yogi and guru who introduced many westerners to the teachings of meditation and Kriya Yoga through his book, Autobiography of a Yogi.
Fantastic overview of the fundamentals of changing one's life by one of the Great Ones, Paramahansa Yogananda. It was easy to read and understand plus the advice given is extremely practical. This booklet serves as a wonderful reminder of our innate capability for infinite change and I feel enthused to continue transforming consciousness and therefore my life. Highly recommended!
Absolutely insane. Paramahansa Yogananda was someone, crazy how I read this exactly 83 years after it was written/dated. Definitely will be implementing his wisdom into my life and hopefully be picking up Autobiography of a Yogi soon! First read of 2026!
A true and inspiring way to remold one's life! I loved to read it and go through the journey to change my life and become more and more who I wish to be
