Thrust into a world of danger and fear, first grade teacher Emily, is forced to comply with a terrifying MC president’s demands in order to save her only brother’s life. Her only port in the storm is Jester, a member of a rival MC she’s supposed to use and betray. Jester proves to be the opposite of everything Emily expects, and before long she’s in his bed and he’s in her heart.

Jester would give life and limb for the No Prisoner’s Motorcycle Club. His sole focus should be on the impending attack against their enemies, the Grimm Brothers. Meeting sweet and innocent Emily wasn’t part of his plan, and falling for her is out of the question.

Can Emily save her brother’s life without destroying the man who opens her eyes and heart to an amazing world of pleasure? She’ll do anything in her power to help her brother while protecting Jester, but when Jester finds out she was sent by his enemy, she may lose everything she’s trying to preserve.

Jester and Emily, YES!! These two came together in a fever, thank you very much Johnny and June Carter Cash! Who knew Jester was going to be so sexy?? Poor Emily is being forced to spy on the NPMC because her brother owes them money. She meets Jester at a party they are having and wow, these two ignite. You feel so bad for Emily because she falls for Jester and then has to betray the club. Just read the story to see how it all plays out, but the sexy times between these two, whew, total fire. I'm loving this series and it was perfect to read more about Striker and Lila, Hook and Marcie and the smokin hot Acer - I'm reading his story next. This is a great MC read with intrigue, drama and best of all romance. Put this series on your "to be read" list my MC romance ladies, you won't be disappointed! I see Lilly Atlas has also written a book for Snake! I don't know how the hell she is going to redeem him, but, if anyone can I guess she's the one!

5 Solid Gold Jester and Emily Stars

This is a fantastic MC series. The first book 'Striker' had me hooked and 'Jester' has confirmed me as a diehard No Prisoners MC fan.

MC reads are my favourite and so I think I'm possibly more critical of them than I am of other tropes. This series ticks all the boxes for me.

Hero-Jester- alpha, protective, passionate, loyal
.
Heroine-Emily- likeable, strong, feminine.

Plot-Tense at times but balanced with humour and camaraderie between the MC guys.
Told in third person dual POV.

Romance factor- HOT! So very, very hot. *fans self* The sexy stuff is tempered with a believable sweetness and protectiveness from Jester which I loved.

Angst- Nothing too worrying.

Cheating? No

HEA? Yes.

If you love Lost Kings by Autumn Jones Lake , this is likely to really appeal to you. If you like the really gritty reads by authors such as Madeline Sheehan, you won't get as much grittiness here but you will get a compelling love story that will keep you turning the pages and leave you beaming.

I'm going straight on to Acer's story....now there is a biker of contradictions.....

Jester is a MC romance book that brings a shabby, cheesy, OTT guilt drama. If you looking for cheesy romance, this book is a good idea.

Miss Atlas done good job bringing the OTT cheesy entertainment. Emily is damsel in distress and Jester is over protective alpha hero, who is prejudice.

Overall, OK read.

Bummer. I thought it would be a lot more action, like book one. I liked Jester, and the guys in the club, as well as Emily. However- it was too repetitive. I spent too much time reading the same thing in each of the characters minds- especially Emily's, or them going at it, or Jester thinking he needs to ask Emily what's bothering her- that any real content of the story line felt lost to me. They did have a few action moments- but not enough like book one had.

Also- I'm not a fan of the cover. He looks like the Hulk. Not attractive.

I like this author's writing style, she creates likable characters that I enjoy reading about. However, this book features one of my least liked story tropes with one of the main characters needing to betray the other because of outside forces. I just feel like trust is so important in a relationship that building a relationship on lies is hard to overcome in the long term. This story did a good job with this trope but the fact remains I am still not a fan of the storyline. I will keep reading this series as I like the author and characters we have met so far.

In Jester we have a story that features book two in the No Prisoners MC series. I have had a blast with this MC, its pretty light considering other MC romances I have read. They aren't a perfect club by any means, but they also refuse to deal in drugs like their rival MC is doing. Our heroine is blackmailed with the life of her brother who stole drugs from the Grimm MC, and now they want Emily to spy on the No Prisoner's MC for them in exchange for her brother's life. Emily just has her brother, she is a school teacher, and knows nothing about the evils of the world. Jester is intrigued by this innocent and naive woman who has no idea what kind of world she is entering, but she is different from all the other women he has had sex with. She is vibrant, sexy, and sweet.
I’m not a good man Emily. I’ve done shit that I will never tell you about because you shouldn’t even know such things exist in life. There will be more in the future. It’s just who I am. But I’m not a bully and I’ll never hurt you. This is your one chance to walk away, because if you stay, you are mine. Fucking mine. And I will tear apart any man who touches or threatens what’s mine.

I really had a fun time with this story, it does feature a blackmail and secret theme here, so we see how it effects someone so sweet and innocent like our heroine. She really struggles with her decision, especially the longer she is with Jester and the more she gets to know and come to love the other members of the MC. She is really stuck between a rock and a hard place and it was interesting seeing how the story played out and seeing Jester and Emily find theirHEA despite the tough challenges they have to face. And it was nice seeing Jester (one of my favorite members) get his happy ending and finding the love he deserves.

This is the second book in the No Prisoners MC series but I believe it can be read as a standalone. I had not read the first book and was able to pick up this MC world easily.

Emily is thrust into the MC World due to her brother stealing from the Grimm Brothers. Snake, the evil president takes her as pay back and orders her to infiltrate the No Prisoners MC and to spy on them and feedback her Intel back to him or her brother dies. Finding herself with no choice she complies with the task that throws her so far out of her comfort zone. Once inside the MC club house she falls prey to the lusty path of sexy Jester, the SOA of the No Prisoners MC.

This was a simple MC read and although the danger was alluded to I didn’t really get that feeling. There was plenty of hot action between Emily and Jester and I did like their individual characters but there were things that were a little repetitive and kept going around in a loop and getting nowhere. It felt a little like filling out the storyline whereas I was wanting some more action and more depth. The erotic sex was a bit over the top too and it seemed to happen in every chapter so I ended up skipping through a few.

Overall though it was an OK MC read but not as dangerous and gritty as my personal preference but if you are not into hardcore MC then I think you will like this one.

Well 4 1/2 stars. I would have given it 5 but Emily got on my last nerve at times. She did make a good choice at the end though. I know your family is everything, but her brother just did not deserve her loyalty.

Jester well he was hot as hell. I thought his friend Striker was hot...he is hotter! He did get on my nerves at the end too when he didn't trust Emily, but she did put him in a bad spot.

I couldn't put it down and was reading every chance I got because I had to see how it would end. Great read.

I I will read the next one Acer sound interesting!

Another hit

Once again Lilly Atlas delivers in a big way. Jester has been my favorite since first glance in Hook so getting to see all of him now was awesome. And Emily and her impossible situation added the right mixture of innocence and drama and sweet sass, all of which made for one hell of a story. Can’t wait to continue on with the series.

Emily is a first grade teacher, that doesn't lead an exciting/dangerous life. But her little brother lands himself in some serious trouble with a MC, and she finds herself in the crosshairs of the Grimm Brother's president. She must go, and spy on the No Prisoners MC, otherwise her brother is dead, and she has 2 weeks to do so. Emily doesn't have the first idea of how to catch a biker's eye, but somehow she succeeds. Jester would give his life up for the No Prisoners MC, and he focus is on the impending attack on their enemies, the Grimm Brothers. Seeing Emily for the first time didn't fit in his plans, and yet, he has to have her, even though falling her is out of the question. He doesn't count on such strong feelings she invokes in him, the more time they spend together. Emily is falling for Jester quickly, and it's slowly killing her trying to figure out how to not betray him and the club she's started to feel a part of, and yet, save her brother.

WOW! This was a fully compelling read cover to cover, leaving my heart pounding the whole time. The character development is fantastic, with an awesome, and highly entertaining cast of secondaries. And OMG! My kindle almost exploded from the HIGHLY FLAMMABLE chemistry of Jester, and Emily, so when they finally EXPLODED into FIERY FLAMES of SIZZLING sexy scene goodness, not only were my panties melted, but my kindle was HOT! Lilly Atlas's talented writing style instantly transported me into her MC world, as the story started out with a bang, and never let up for a moment! My heart raced with every page, and her diabolical twists were f-bomb worthy moments that had me sounding like a sailor, as they rained down everywhere. And the emotions flew out of my kindle, to where I truly thought I was going to need meds for Emily's anxiety that I physically felt! CANNOT WAIT for the next book to come out, and I can say with certainty, that since it's not already on my kindle, it will feel like FOREVER! Enough with my new fan girl gushing, I'll just end with HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY this EPICALLY EXCITING STORY!

Jester is the second book in this series and while I may have missed some background about other characters I don’t feel that it is necessary to read the previous book but I do plan to go back and read it because I want to know what had happened. Jester and Emily will quickly suck you into their story, the badass biker and the innocent school teacher. Add in a reason for her deception and you have the ingredients for not only a hot and sexy biker romance, but for explosive scenes when tempers flare, truths are told, and heartbreak occurs.

I really loved Jester’s character, and how he was with Emily, even when we want to kick him in the balls while slapping him on the back of his head at the same time I still loved him, and do you know why? Loyalty. That’s all I am going to say, you will have to read the book to understand what I mean but once you do I think you will get it. Emily will quickly win you over with how sweet she really is and while she may seem weak, what she does takes strength, more strength than some men may show.

Jester was a really good read, I was able to read it in a day and it held my attention easily. I can’t wait to read more about these sexy bikers.

I don't know if it is just the narrator, but I didn't enjoy it, in fact the narrator kind of made it clear why I don't usually like MC romances, the guy just sounded so unintelligent and like a hick. Maybe that's realistic, maybe not. But I can't find a guy like that attractive, that voice alone would send me the other direction. Plus the slut shaming, not a fan of that either. So, even though I got this to "adopt" to listen to, I am choosing to DNF it, as not a book for me.

Explosive

Wow another great book from Lily Atlas. The No Prisoners crew are an amazing bunch. They have hotness and cheek and the women have huge amounts of sass. This is Jesters story and it is brilliant.

Jester is one big boy and falls hard for Emily. Rival MC plays dirty, but in the end love conquers all. Snake is a real piece of work. I wouldn't mind if he got shot.

This is my least favourite book so far out of all the books I’ve read by this author. For me I didn’t feel the connected between Lily and Jester, it felt too rushed at the beginning and they fel for each other too quickly, would have liked more of a build up. Also did not like Emily lying to Jester, she could have come clean many times and I’m sure the No Prisoners MC would, have helped her situation but she choose not too. I still love this authors writing style and I’m going to continue reading this series. Straiyonto Acer’s book now.

Loved this one

I love Lilly Atlas writing. Her books are great the stories are entertaining and keep you wanting more. I loved Jester he's a big old brick wall with a heart of gold and a love for his woman who knows know bounds. Emily was an innocent and still is to a degree but with jesters love and support she shone bright like a diamond before the end of the book. With so much on her plate her love for her brother and the hell the Grimm Brothers put her through she was able to fight for what she wanted in the end. And prove her love and loyalty to Jester and the No Prisoner's MC . I loved the banter between the brothers and the sense of family. I highly recommend this series.

Damn.
First off. I love Jester.
All I could think of when I read this book is a line he says in Screw’s book about his eyesight not being that bad, ‘Em feeds me carrots’. 😂😂 So serious too.

That’s just so him.
Jester is a fitting name for sure.

I just loved these two together.
He helps her get more confident and sure of herself. She helps him decompress and find peace after all the shit he has to do to keep everyone safe.
It’s really sweet.

This one fell pretty short for me. It lost something that I the first book had. The inner thoughts and even the dialogue were so repetitive I got bored with this so quickly. And the events that transpired with the heroine and whole club plot didn't mesh for me as far as being believable. I'm giving the third book a chance because the brother who becomes the hero of it intrigues me.

I enjoyed this book as the earlier part of this series....had more of a closing than the last book.

What happens when you take a school teacher, her drug addicted brother who has joined a motorcycle gang, don't correct me with it's a club,....not these axsholes lol, and his gang president who is demanding she gets information from a different MC club ?..... A big ol screwed up mess.....

MC reads revolving around betrayal, angst and high emotion are the hardest for me to read. I seriously have to battle myself throughout the entire book and this one was no exception. I'm exhausted!

The story of Jester and Emily was painful and full of all the above. I was biting my nails as I kept flipping the pages. I love this series and had to have faith in the HEA.

Jester is about Emily who is thrust into Jester's world of motorcycle clubs. Her brother, who is a drug addict did the one thing that any drug addict would do is to steal from the Grimm Brother MC to get his fix. His theft does not go unnoticed. In order for Emily to keep her brother alive, she would have to sell herself to find out what the rival MC, No Prisoners is up to.

Jester noticed Emily in one of the club celebration and protected her from falling prey of being a sex object to members of his club. The attraction is instant between Emily and Jester. As Emily gets more involved with the No Prisoners MC, she discovered not all MC is subjective to being stereo-typing and the more she is losing her heart to Jester. The only thing is Emily would lose everything with Jester when he discovered that she spying on his Club.

I love how the story put the readers/listeners into Emily's point of view of being trapped into something that no one would do and the desperation of trying to save her brother. In some way, her babying of her brother has put her into a course where her life is put into danger.

I also love that Jester become the hero to Emily. Even though he is unaware of what Emily is doing, he knew that Emily was hiding something from him.

I just love how Emily's character grew from being a mousy first-grade teacher to becoming a stronger woman of being with Jester.

The narrators, Noah Michael Levine and Erin DeWard did a wonderful performance for Jester and Emily. I love the voice for Jester of how self-assure and self-confident of himself until he discovered the missing part of himself is finding and claiming Emily. The narrator, Erin DeWard did a wonderful job of Emily of her being scared and frightened. Both narrators also did a wonderful job for the other characters in the story.

Even though I have not read or listened to the first book in the No Prisoners MC series, this series show promises of being one of those series that readers/listeners would enjoy. I do plan to go back to find out more about Stryker and the MC rivalry between the Grimm Brothers MC and the No Prisoners MC.

I received this audiobook at no-cost from Audiobookworm Promotions. The gifting of this audiobook did not affect my opinion of it.

I really LOVE anything by Lilly Atlas!!! I will walk through the desert just to read one of her books. I waited on pins and needles for this and it didn't disappoint. Was it as good as Striker? I don't think it was. However, it was still a 5-star read! It had twist and turns and it had violence and sex. It had everything that we have come to know and love with Lilly. I'm not giving any spoilers for those who haven't read it but I will say that she rocks when it comes to her editing style. She goes over her books with a fine tooth comb and makes sure that there isn't any mistakes and I love that. There isn't anything more distracting than bad grammar, sentence structure and out of place comma's.

This isn't what you would call your "hard-core" MC romance. I'd say it's more of your romance with the MC vibe thrown in and I like that. I don't like the brains flying everywhere and sex galore. Sometimes classy is better and Lilly pulls it off outstandingly. We see our characters from the previous books and some setup to the book coming up. I think this is going to be a series that will stick around for awhile.
