What is a sales engineer? Someone that only lies half the time.

Just kidding. Great description of the trusted advisor role, metrics, pay structure, personality type, skills needed to be a great SE. Great tips on how to lead an SE team. The quadrant approach is a great way to explain what the role can look like in different situations.
