Toe Anna Emm in 2002 uit haar onderwysloopbaan bedank om haar droom te gaan najaag, nl. die skryf van stories wat die wêreld verander, het sy geen idee gehad waarheen hierdie pad haar uiteindelik sou lei nie. Vandag is Anna Emm (Pty) Ltd die grootste vervaardiger van oorspronklike kinderstories in Suid-Afrika, en ook een van die vinnig-groeiendste maatskappye. Die besigheid se uniekheid en vasberadenheid om dinge "anders" te doen, is 'n direkte gevolg van die vrou aan die stuur.

Anna's story is captivating and inspiring. I was drawn into the story. I highly respect the work that Anna and her associates are committed to, and I recognize and appreciate the courage that it took to write a book that puts Anna out there with raw honesty for all to see. That being said, I was a bit surprised that the book has its fair share of typos and grammatical errors. It is a small thing but noticeable just the same.

A Damaged Sou l is Redeemed
Although AnnaEm's story is engaging, for English speaking readers, it would have been helpful if some of the listed book titles had been translated from Afrikaans to English.

Easy to read book. I related to the book and could visualise each moment and feeling as Anna described her feelings and memories so well. Definitely a book I can recommend.
