Aria, a day walker and descendant of the original vampire queen, knows she did the right thing when she killed the evil Filip, yet the Spanish High Council doesn't necessarily see it that way. Ugh...stupid rules and overseers. Not only is she dealing with them, but she also has to figure out who else was a part of Filip's human blood scheme and continually tell herself she can't have her mate because vampires and wolf shifters don't mix, and Trevan is her mate, of that she is certain. Hearing from one of her mentors that she needs to find a bloodmate and continue her line isn't helping either. All she can think of is that she wants his babies. Will they have wampire babies? Or will they be volfs? Ha, this is kind of fun.
For Trevan, he wants Aria just as badly, but he can't quite shake his past. His loved the past eighty years focused on revenge against the species, the family line, that he believes killed his family, his whole pack. But then he met her, the one woman he shouldn't crave. He knew instantly she was his mate, but eighty years of thinking one way is a hard thing to change.
So if Trevan knows Aria is his mate, why did he agree to tranq and then kidnap her? Why are some vampires conspiring against Aria? Is Trevan playing along with them only to protect Aria? Can they defeat those trying to take out Aria? Will Aria be cleared of the charges regarding Filip's death? How will Aria react when she learns of Trevan's history? Milly Taiden is a FABULOUS paranormal romance author. Not only do I love her writing, but I love how she can write a series and keep it going and not repeat herself. She proves that over and over with each book/series that she writes. I have read all the Sassy Mates books except one and I loved them all. Her story lines are fabulous, and her characters make you want to be there with them and all the action (especially the sex scenes). This book has humans in destress, werewolves, vampires, murder, mystery, mayhem, fighting, and jaw dropping SEX (or should I say panty melting SEX!). I laughed so hard I nearly pie’s my pants, I cried, I got mad, I wanted to jump in the book and fight with Aria and the gang. Trust me when I say this is one book you do not want to miss. This book is recommended for mature readers 18 years and older because of the violence and the hot and unbridled SEX!!!!!

WOW! OMG! I love reading Milly Taiden! If you want a awesome book to read then this is it! I didn't want this book to end, as you can tell I am a huge fan of Milly Taiden's writing. A Fang in the Sass is possibly the best Sassy Ever After story yet. Of course I shed a few tears. And, I laughed out loud which makes me love her writing even more. The difference is there is a sharper reality throughout these pages. These characters are very real people, with today's real life experiences that resonate with me. I love going home to the Wolfe Pack. I always find new passions. Well, just let me say how delighted I am! I have been reading this book without stop because I can't put them down! Each story is very different in the storyline and characters and the tales are told with great artistry. I think Milly Taiden is brilliant, she is a master of storytelling and her storyline is perfect, her characters are believable and unique, her writing is quite beautiful and her stories are funny, sensual and thrilling. I call her paranormal romance "majestic. I was already in love with all of the characters in Sassy Ever After and I loved how the characters are developed. If you read these 6 books, you will love just how exciting, thrilling this series is, but the pace and flow is right on point! This book can be read as a standalone, but I recommend you read them all, they are all exciting to read!
It will blow your mind a vampire and a wolf true mates, how awesome is that! There isn't enough words for me to describe how much I love reading this book. Yes I have to say it, she is one of the best paranormal writer I have read.

A childhood love through the ages...
Aria Valderi is one of the last of her kind a full blooded vampire that can walk in the sun and she wants all her kind to be able to do the same and she knows the solution, but there are certain vamps that want to continue in the old ways. They will go to lengths to keep it that way. Aria is also battling the attraction to her mate a wolf, vamps and wolfs aren't supposed to mingle, but Aria has ever been one to follow the rules. She needs to keep her wolf safe from the vampires though and the only way to do that is to push him away. But she will learn new things from the very old and quirky Marree that may just be the salvation of their love.
Trevan remembers when he and his friends were but children and found their whole pack killed by vampires, they swore then and there to find the ones responsible and get revenge. He also remembers the small child vampire they encountered and what she would mean to him. Aria is his mate and he will mate her no matter how much she tries to avoid it. When they do mate things will change drastically and for the better

I finally got around to reading this book. Unfortunately, I am so busy I cant read new releases right away....*sob*. Ha...anyways I love this series and this wasn't any different. Loved it. I've been waiting to read Aria's story for awhile. Trevan...holy hotness! They are mates but have sorta been avoiding each other a little bit. She's a Vampire Queenish and he's a werewolf. Secrets of the past will either drive them apart or pull them closer. Aria is afraid for her mate and wants to protect him. He's beyond pissed when she sends him away after they first get together. Trevan being a smart wolf understands and goes and does his own investigation about the disappearing people and Aria's wanting to bring her clans into the 21st century. Not to feed on humans anymore so they can walk in the sun like she can and change is never easy or accepted. She's also in trouble with the Council and trying to clear her name at the same time proves troublesome. As powerful as Aria is she sorta gets humbled after she gets her butt kicked and Trevan saves her life. :) Its a great story and all is revealed and I sorta want to see how Alain fairs and Roan but I dont know if we will get any stories about them.

You know when one is so busy trying to hunt bad guys, like silly vampires that think to hunt humans, to feed from them and what not. That just makes it hard on Vampires that don’t feed from the source, so as a leader its Aria’s job to put a stop to it. Little does she know she will draw attention to herself in do so. The hunter becomes the hunted? Is her actions misunderstood? Or is she being set up?
Let’s not forget, everyone around her knows she’s basically mated all except for the actually act of mating. Why she fighting it? If she isn’t in the frying pan already, being mated to a wolf will just have her roasted over hot coals right?
Getting to Trevon, he all about the revenge thing. That has been his focus for longer than he can remember, pretty easy right... Wrong because you see in order to get his revenge which not only involves his family but his long time friends. He has to hunt down his mate.
Milly just loves weaving the impossible and we love her for it. Sexy hottness, mixed with a lot of sass. Passion and loves stirs but will it be enough to get past the ever present danger, the species bigotry and the longing for revenge. Enjoy

Hands down my favorite in the series so far!!! Aria is a day walker vampire who grew up with the teaching of never drink human blood straight from the source, so as the leader of her people, she has followed those teachings and it is a forbidden rule to drink from humans. Someone has broken that rule and she will stop at nothing to protect the humans and help her people be healthy again. Trevan is a wolf on a mission, he wants revenge on the vampires who killed his family and he also wants Aria, his mate. He is hired to hurt her, but instead Aria and Trevan, with the help of the Wolfe Pack plan to eradicate the threat to Aria and hopefully find some of her people who can be saved. Holy cow, this book rocked!!! Aria and Trevan were fantastic together. Trevan may hate vampires because of what they did to his family but the pull of his mate wipes a lot of that clean. They help each other become stronger and help each other to heal from the past. This book had a lot of funny moments and I loved catching up with the Wolfe's. I can't wait for more books in this series!!!!

I absolutely adore Milly Taiden and her sexy shifters. But my number one love in paranormal romance is vampires and when she added one to the mix, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I was not disappointed. Her combination of a shifter and vampire mate was perfect. Aria and Trevan's story was epic. It has suspense, action, comedy, romance, a great surprise, and hot sex scenes (A Milly trademark). And you even get to see a few characters from previous Sassy Mates book. I hate putting spoilers in reviews, so I'll just say...Get this book. I promise you'll love it. I hope she writes more vampires. Bravo Milly, for blowing my mind yet again.

Another smoking hot pnr from the fabulous Milly Taiden. Aria is a borne vampire and that allows her to walk in the sun. She is in trouble in more ways than one. She has been hunting down human hunting vampires and the vampire council thinks she crossed a line and secondly her fated mate is a werewolf. Not just any werewolf either but one who thinks her grandfather wiped out his whole pack. Getting these two together and getting the council off her back is going to take some doing. I recommend sitting back, strapping in and enjoying the ride.

I think the newest in the sass series was wonderful!! Aria is a kick-a** vampire who doesn't take crap from anyone. Trevan is a sexy were who hates vampires. Put it all together and what do you get? Hot steamy sex and a great story. I loved the little intricacies of this author's vampires and I loved the back story about these two! My absolte favorite part of the book(excluding the hot sex scenes) is when Trevan runs into an unexpected surprise!! It was so sweet!! I really enjoyed this book and can't wait for the next!!! This new sassy world is going to take everyone by storm!!

I loved this book! Trevan knows his mate is the vampire Aria. She does not realize it yet. He is all she thinks about and in a x-rated fashion. They both have secrets but work together to try to stop the clans from having blood slaves, to stop killing innocent humans and wolves. Oh there are twist and surprises along the way but I love how it turns out.
I did not put this book down! It had me hooked and just didn't let go. Be sure to have water handy...snicker... this book is HOT!

Yay! I was so intrigued with Aria when we first met her and was so excited to see that this story was for her and Trevan.
Both are very strong characters. I love the chemistry and humor between them.
A great fast paced storyline with some mystery and suspense in it. A fast, fun, and very sexy read!

I love a good wolf vamp fight, very interesting. I liked the plot to take Aria out & how they thwarted it. Love Aria & Trevan together, they are great. Fast paced & sexy I just thought it read a little rushed, I would of liked more you get in Milly books.

But when Aria is named and shamed as part of the blood slavery ring that a former clan member was running, Trevan has to sideline his revenge plot to keep her safe. But when all is said and done can he really seek revenge on the one women who would make him whole??
Aria is very much large and in charge! Trevan is Alpha to the core, even setting aside his own happiness in what he sees as justifiable revenge for the deaths within his pack. With Roen and Alain along for the ride (both of whom are comedians in their own way and defo need their own books!). Roen and his conversations with Siri are downright hilarious and I was snorting continually!

Good shifter and vampire romance
This is a good shifter and vampire romance. I have liked Aria since she was introduced earlier in the series, and I liked her story. She and Trevan were perfect for each other. No spoilers here, but I really liked how their story (and the history of their families) played out. I really liked, too, that they fell in love even when they thought they were enemies.

Our two mates were born for each other but they're from different races. Aria needs to finish the clean up she started but she has a snake in her midst. Trevor just wants her safe and does what is needed to keep her that way. With help from friends and family these two set things right. Great story, hope there are more.

Really good read, kept you wanting to find out what was going on and who was after Aria. The only downside was trying to keep track of everyone and what was going on. Following along with the series you almost have to go back and refresh yourself so you can keep up but when you do it pushes you forward to wanting to read the next one.

I'm running out of ways to say how brilliant I find the books written by Milly Taiden. I find it very hard to put her books down once I've started reading. They are well written and very often make me laugh out loud. Thank goodness she is a very prolific writer and there are plenty more for me to read. That's without re-reading books. 😋😋

They are well written and very often make me laugh out loud. Thank goodness she is a very prolific writer and there are plenty more for me to read. That's without re-reading books. 😋😋

I love this Author's reads. Sometimes you just need a LITTLE suspense, a LITTLE drama and a LOTTA romance to get you thru. Trevan and Aria are so meant for each other. Interesting twist with Trevan I did not see that coming. I loved it. On to her next book in this series " Call of Her Mate "

Absolutely love this series and A Fang in the Sass was a perfect steamy addition. This book focused more on Aria and the vampire clan story line then the mate romance, however, I really enjoyed the plot and finishing of the story line.

I was so excited to hear that Aria and Trevan were getting their story told. I knew it would be an explosive one! Who knew a werewolf and vampire could through such chemistry around? It was a fun story to read and I can't wait to see which sassy tale is next.

I really enjoyed getting to see the end of the conflict and everything coming together, also we get to see more of Emma! Aria and Emma are perfect to be friends even though they are different species. I'm sad to see the series end, but it ends on a very high note!

Loved the book, the entire series is amazing. Paranormal romance at its finest.

Adored this couple
I am surprised by hire much I really really liked this couple. I do wish they had had more time to really enjoy each other and interact but with so much going on plot wise it was difficult

So I discovered there is a sixth book in the series. I am hoping it means there are more coming...babies and Letty's stories still need to be written!!! Great series!
