Form Your Future

Rate this book
Personal historical markers serve to remind your heart and mind to appreciate special moments in your life. These are turning points, the beginning of new chapters and the end of others. They include a variety of characters and circumstances which have been an integral part of your existence. As you recall more accomplishments or mis-takes, think about why and how they changed your life. How do they connect?

- Remind yourself that you can do what you choose, you're good enough, and you deserve to enjoy life on your terms.
- What has gone before is not an indicator of what you're capable of producing and creating for my future.
- Take the best action you can by developing current knowledge and resources.
- Know the difference between sight as seen with the eyes and vision as seen through the eyes.
- Make promises and choices which enhance your days.
- You are continually growing in abundance in all areas of your life: mental, emotional, physical, financial, relationships, intellectual, career, and spiritual.

With conviction and commitment, declare your desire and need to change. Honor your past, present, and future by taking a step in a new direction; a step towards a new you. You know you can do it because you've done in hundreds of times throughout your life. Change is a given, take advantage of it and enjoy the process of gaining additional talents, skills, knowledge, and capabilities.

A variety of tips and techniques are included in this book. Examples are:

Sometimes core desires are decided upon from an intellectual perspective and other times they come from a deep yearning lodged in your heart or soul.

If you mentally stage an expected scene (situation) in advance, you'll probably play the part the way you would like to play it when it arrives in the future.

Many people tend to get hooked on the past or the future (or both). This will dissipate your energy, limit your potential, and decrease your effectiveness today.

Remain flexible and open to change and new ideas. They are necessary components to keep you aware and eager to discover the many options and opportunities available to anyone regularly. Focus your thoughts on successful outcomes and ask questions to receive answers which inspire you.

Many people do something, then step away and do something else without going back and trying to learn from or improve upon what they've done before.

Interact with a variety of people to benefit from their experiences. Everyone's background and expertise adds to and compliments, in some way, each life touched.

Outer circumstances tend to change more easily once the inner beliefs shift into a more positive, creative, and imaginative mindset. Be open to learning, experimenting, and adjusting as you go along. Allow spontaneity into your mindset and activities.

Inspiration is generated by thoughts, ideas, intuition, and whatever guidance system works best for you.

When you go through all the steps of a transition - even the messy or difficult parts - you emerge with a new perspective and have ideally learned new strengths. Rather than fearing (or later regretting) transitions, turn it around to demonstrate how the growth, mastery, and positive transformation is beneficial. You have the power over the formation of your own character. You have the power to choose which impulse you will follow. You can at any time decide to alter the course of your life.
