Overall nice read, I think you have to be in the right head space for this one... and sadly I wasn't :(.
Classic case of... it's not you it's me.
Cue should probably stop sleeping with Khari because when he does something bad happens and at the end at that.
so I am going to end my journey here.

The plot thickens with this second installment of ‘I Fell in Love with a Real Street Thug’. The story continues and expands as the author delves more deeply into the various situations that each character faces. Khari is learning more and more about her ex-fiance, as well as her new man, Cue.
Kylie slowly seems to be gaining the strength to let go of her long-time, on and off boyfriend, Jamaal, but not before he brings her through a few more trials with his deceptive and manipulative ways.
The twins’ cousin Starr and her boyfriend also full of drama and surprises. At first, Starr is all for participating in Shane’s deadly schemes, but then when things start to hit a little too close to home, Starr decides that she wants to fall back… but is it too late?
The second story was definitely as well written as the first one. My only issue with it was that it was a little too graphic for me.

Aubrey sho is a bitter baby momma/daddy like how you going to get mad cause your ex fiancé moved in when you had her you didn’t treat her right so now that she upgraded to a boss you want to be in your feelings and snatch now you know Aubrey that snitching don’t sit well in the streets you definitely about to lose your life cause of your jealousy and your mouth I can’t wait to read Part 3 cause I know Ms Pebbles about to bring the heat to this finale

Now why Tino tho. Star had it coming cause she really was shady to the fullest. Kylie just can't catch a break when it comes to men cause she seems like a good person. Khari got on my nerves playing games wit cue. I had a feeling that Ali was cue son and not Aubrey. I hope Leah and Aubrey get what's coming to them cause they have cause to many problems

I really like these books
Very good paced story. Doesn't keep you in suspense forever and everything connects well. Very well written and extremely interesting! Absolutely to read part 3!

Amazing as always.
She's a phenomenal writer and can weave an excellent story. There's no boring parts or parts that I skip over. I love the way she tells the story of Khari & Cue's love affair. I'm about to dive into book 3. I highly recommend this series.

Good read
This was a good read. The drama continues from part 1. I was so into the story, that I was at the end before I realized it. I was sad that it ended. However, there will be a part 3, so I am happy about that. I have so many mixed emotions about Cue. One minute I love him, the next minute I hate him and want to choke him out. Him and Khari really need to get their act together. Khari really deserves to find some type of happiness. Aubrey the snitch also needs to disappear. Part 3 needs to make an appearance immediately.

Man of man this book was good. I can't believe Shane was still alive after that and came back for Starr. Touché surprised me at the end by flipping on tino. I'm hoping Kylie get some act right. Will it ever come out that Leah was responsible for what happened to Khari' s mom? Will Aubrey ever be remorseful for what happened to Ali? As for Cue did someone turn him in? If so was it Aubrey? How did he get out of jail so soon anyway? Can't wait until the next one.

To be continued!!!
Part II was even better! All of the characters we love and hate are back. More jaw dropping secrets are revealed in the next installment of this story. I was able to finish this book in one sitting as it kept me entertained from beginning to end. I almost flung my iPad across the room when I reached the last page and it read "to be continued...". I hope this author is almost finished with part III.

Loved it....it picked up right where PT.1 left off. So much more twist, turns, action and The Secrets... Once again, I was so captivated by this book that I didn't even realized that it had ended, it was such a attention grabber. Can't wait to see what unfolds next for Khari, Cue and the rest of the characters. OMG....Pebbles, these cliffhanger ending...So ready for PT.3 ASAP

I am slightly disappointed in this book. It was way to short. It went by so fast. I wasn't able to get into it. I can't believe Aubrey snitched on Cue. I was really getting into it and that was the end. So I know Pebbles gonna come back with some fire for part 3.

You never disappoint
I enjoyed this story so much. I Was in shock to what happened to Starr. Shane has to get it for his mess. I want Khari to have a happy ending and the snitch must die!!!!! Waiting on Part 3

Awesome job, book picked up right from book 1. Cue has a ton of secrets that Khari does not know about. Cue just want to make Khari and Ali happy. I love Khari and Cue, a good couple. Aubrey need to be shame of himself for the way he treats people. Waiting for part 3…

damn Ali is Cue son, Aubrey really think his shit don't stink. he's gonna get what's coming to him I just hope Cue is the one that give it to him and hope Khari don't get hurt. I just knew Shane was dead but damn he didn't have to kill Starr. I need book 3 to see what's gonna happen.

It's never dull moment when reading something so authentically written. I absolutely love Cue. But that cliff hanger has me angry.. I never expected him to be arrested. Excited for the next installment

Pebbles does it again. Another excellent read! The beginning was a little slow with repeat scenes from book 1, but after that the book takes off and demands your full attention. Can't wait for book 3!

Crazy. Aubrey snitched on Cue. But I feel like Khari is going to kill him anyways so it doesn't matter. Also, I hope Tino is alright. For some reason I don't think he is dead.
