4.5 stars!! I think this was my first sexy bank robber book! And it def will not be my last! Savannah grew up an orphan and has had to work for everything in her life. Now she has a house, a car, friends, parents (foster), and a job at a bank. But everything just feels blah. She hates her job but somebody has to do it. Until one day a hot wealthy man came in to open an account and her world went from gray to neon pink!! Vincent grew up an orphan and learned from the streets. He now is a wealthy man and upon entering his bank he meets the most beautiful and intriguing woman. He can't seem to keep her out of his thoughts. Oh did I forget to mention he robs banks for a living?!?! But all he wants is to rob her heart and maybe her panties.... This was a fast paced hot book. It wasn't over the top which I loved. But it was just right and it had a killer story line. I loved all the characters and wish the other guys on the crew had books! I mean being kidnapped by the guy robbing the bank and then he is like super hot and so alpha male. Yummmmmmm!! I have a new book boyfriend type. I need another Vincent in my life. **Thank you SINdulgence Books for gifting me this great ARC and in return I gave my honest review. **
I read this book because I needed to read a book where the MC robbed a bank. Well, he did. The author tries to make Vincent/Vance seem like a suave super-thief, but he mostly seems like an idiot who's definitely going to prison one day. And bank employee Savannah is either incredibly naive or a complete idiot (or both). They do seem to have a strong connection to each other, and strangely enough, a passion for helping orphans. Still... I can't recommend that anyone read this book, unless they need a relatively short book about a bank robber.
This was just okay for me. I liked the concept, but I didn't really like Savannah or Vincent. Right from the beginning she annoyed me with her behavior. All of this woe is me without doing anything about it.
Then came the sex scenes. Man-meat was used and that sums it up got me.
This is just my opinion, so please try it for yourself. If you have ku you can get it through that service.
I really hoped this bad boy romance book lived up to expectation from the synopsis but unfortunately I just didn’t enjoy Bandit Bound. It may be me but this book will be quickly forgotten and I love books that leave a lasting impression because it draws you in so completely.
Bandit Bound is not the worst book I’ve ever read, far from it and the writing was ok but I very quickly got bored of the story and found myself half skim reading pages just to move along. I persevered reading to the end to see if it got any better but overall the plot just felt too far stretched It has mixed paces where some things happen quickly and others after a period of time, giving an overall steady pace to the book. Bandit Bound ended up reminding me a little of a Robin Hood story with the whole theft angle. The book does have a HEA and can be read as a standalone with the story for Savannah and Vincent rounded up.
Told from Savannah’s POV, I could understand where there was potential for a great romance to bloom but I just felt the romance elements were few and far between and that the characters didn’t really have much development, especially in terms of developing their relationship together. Yes, they had a mutual attraction but I felt the book could have had more depth to the relationship as it jumped from the kidnapping to hooking up to not long after the ending and HEA with no real build in between. The other thing I found was I could not connect to either character as they were quite bland, especially Savannah who was so contradicting of her own thoughts; you never felt like she was really knew what she wanted.
I really hate leaving a negative response but unfortunately this book just didn’t do it for me. Others may like it but it wasn’t for me. Sorry.

Savannah Solitaire works at a bank and helps new customers. Being raised as an orphan, Savannah feels lonely and is always looking for someone or something in her life. She is bored and unhappy with her job and life in general. Savannah feels that everyday is the same and that there is no excitement in her life. One day Savannah helps a new customer open an account, who she finds very attractive. When the bank is robbed, Savannah recognizes on of the thieves as the attractive customer. Before the men leave the bank, Savannah becomes their hostage.
Vincent Starlingveil is a thief. He comes into the bank where Savannah works and finds her very attractive. When he comes back later with his team to rob the bank, Vincent decides to take Savannah with him. The men take Savannah back to one of their hideout. Vincent and Savannah spend some steamy alone time together, but not as much as Savannah would have liked.
Savannah discovers that Vincent Starlingveil is not his real name and that he doesn't seem to need the money. She is not sure what to do about how she feels about Vincent and tries to forget about him/move on. Savannah wants to do the right thing, but she is drawn to Vincent. Vincent keeps coming back for Savannah.
Bandit Bound is a book with a modern day Robin Hood type of theme. It does start of slow, but picks up as the story goes along. Savannah and Vincent do have a happily ever after. There is some action and steamy scenes. Bandit Bound has a bad boy with a dirty mouth. Yum! I like the play on Savannah's last name.
Overall Story = 3 3/4 Stars Chemistry/Hotness = 4 Stars HEA = Yes Bad Boy = Yes Cliffhanger = No I was gifted this arc book in exchange for an honest review.
I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Savannah leads a pretty unremarkable life. She works at a bank in the new accounts deptartment. Pretty dull, if you asked her.....until Vincent walks in....... and he's gorgeous. He's also rude and pushy, oh and it seems he's come to see her and also rob the bank. Vincent takes Savannah with him as he escapes, but that abruptly comes to an end when she is returned home safe. But safe is not what Savannah wants or needs, and Vincent is anything but safe. Vincent wasn't your typical 'bad guy'. He was arrogant and pushy and he fell hard for Savannah. Savannah needed something more in her life. What she never expected was Vincent. I loved the way the story was told, as if it was your friend giving you the play by play. Vincent and Savannah had quite the banter - sexually charged flirtation mixed with comedic ribbing. PLENTY OF HOT, KINKY SEX ! GREAT QUICK READ !
I received an ARC for an honest review. This is the first book which I have read by this author and it will definitely not be the last. Our main characters are Savannah and Vincent. No spoilers from me! This is a fun and entertaining read, with twists and turns along the way. Recommend this book, and look forward to reading more from this author in the future.
this story has no feet or head .... the construction of the characters is terrible ... and the girl is worse than anyone, each paragraph of everything complained about the heat after a while of the cold ... very personjae and if the narration too ... and supposedly the relationship and the robbery that occurs does not make sense is too illogical, I think that the protagonist did not believe the facts ...
I really enjoyed this book. Savannah had a dreary existence until she got called into work on a Saturday at her bank branch. I really liked Vincent. I wish we could have heard is POV. The ending to this book was just perfect. Reviewed by Alpha Loving Erotic Book Beauty Blog.
No me gustó!!!!
Bandit Bound: A Bad Boy Romance Novel by Kendra King 4 Stars
Aww this was a better love story than Cinderella I thought. More like a modern day Peter Pan who robs banks to give to the children of the forgotten.
Savannah grew up in the orphanages never knowing her real parents. Now bored with her life and her job things are about to get crazy. Vincent grew up in the streets alone, an orphanage of a different kind. He's the modern day hero, well sorta, he robs banks. lol A powerful distraction will cause both to make mistakes. But which one will cross over to the other side of the law? Hmm
A great afternoon or evening read. Just enough spice to keep you wanting more.
YA readers will love it though it does contain some strong language and sexual content. Recommend for mature minded readers 18+
I received an Advanced Reader Copy thru my email from the author. Honest review given as thanks. Reviewer for Nook Books and More
*I received this book in exchange of an honest review* Did you ever wonder how love fits in the life of a thief? Kendra King gives you a very close fictional example!!! Well written, with a hell of a rollercoaster ride kind of story, sizzling hot characters, a brilliant plot and amazing twists, "Bandit Bound" is utterly addictive!!! With a slow beginning that will gradually go up to reach a steady flow, the writing style matches the lead character's life and in hence allows you to feel deeply all of her sorrow, pain, angst... But after those confusing first few pages, you will be catapulted into Vincent's world!!!! Adorable, romantic and sweet, Vincent and Savannah's happy ending is a modern Robin Hood fairytale that got stuck in between an Arsine Lupin and a Bonnie and Clyde type of scenario!! Very creative and touching this short little number will, for once, make you want to jump on the opposite side of the law!!!!!!!

What a fantastic read. This is the first book I have read by this author definitely wont be he last. Savannah works in a bank and she doesn't like her job much. Vincent came into the bank to open an account and Savannah was the one how was helping him until she found out how much he had in cash. A few days later the bank was rob and she was taken hostage. This is where all the fun starts in the story. You are going to have a lot of different feeling reading this book. Will Savannah and Vincent get there happy ever after. Definitely a book you wont want to miss. Received this book for an honest review.
The reader sits in Savannah's mind, seeing through her eyes, hearing through her ears and observing all the thoughts running through her mind. Savannah is bored with her life and longs for some excitement, for change. Careful what you wish for. Vincent comes into her world like a modern day Robin Hood. Eventually, she is given the opportunity to leave her dull, boring, predictable life behind and walk into an unknown, uncertain future. Observing Savannah struggling to rise to the challenges, makes the book so interesting, one can't put it down. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Four stars.
Savannah is stuck in a rut: with her job, her latest boyfriend and her life. All that changes when Vince comes into the bank to open an account and has a briefcase full of cash, at least that's what he tells her. Days later when the bank she works it is robbed she finds out one of the masked robbers is none other than Vince. Now she finds her self kidnapped by the man she hasn't been able to stop thinking about. It ends up leading her to a life she couldn't imagine, yet it was exactly what she needed. I enjoyed this book from Kendra King. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Savannah works for a bank and she is bored, miserable. This story started out with a laugh but quickly became serious when a potential new customer returns to make a “withdrawal,” lol. Vincent is sexy and all alpha but not scary in spite of his “profession,” he’s falls instantly for Savannah and takes risk after risk to patiently wait for her acceptance. Not sure why Savannah is so long-winded though when she clearly desires some excitement in her gray life or what was up with the bird but determination is rewarding??.
The author, I believe had good intentions with this story. It has some romance, sex appeal and a little bit of comedy. The book moved a little too fast for me. The characters needed more depth. Savannah seemed too indecisive. The male lead, Vince was likeable. He was not just your ordinary bad boy but he has a giving heart as well. This book is worth the read to find out what happens to a bank teller that is kidnapped by a seductive bank robber. I received a free copy for an honest review.
I really enjoyed reading this book. There is a little fantasy in many of us of getting kidnapped by a sexy man that ends up being the best thing that ever happens. Savannah is living a regular boring life going to work every day at a bank until the bank is robbed, and Savannah recognizes one of them, Vincent, a hot, sexy, client/ robber, who then kidnapps her. Then the book keeps getting better and better. It is a great story. I received this book in return for an honest review, and I do recommend it.
I was given an ARC issue for my honest opinion. This is a modern day Robin Hood story. I was entertained and enjoyed this story even if I thought it was kind of silly. The one thing that was true to life is how unhappy Savannah is with her life, job and love life. She goes through the motions till she meets Vincent the bank robber. My biggest complaint is I wish there was a little more suspense. I will read Billionaire's Captive II.
I loved the amazing, engaging, and engrossing romance story by the wonderfully talented Kendra King. I received a copy of the story for an honest review. Savannah's everyday job at the bank becomes more interesting when a perfect specimen, Vincent, walks into her office. Vincent is a thief and wants to get to know Savannah before he robs the bank and disappears. Read the highly recommended, well written with captivating characters, a must read love story of a straight laced lady and a thief.
This is the first of Kendra's books that I've read and it was a pleasant surprise. Boarding on a modern day Robin Hood fairy tale. A good story, lots of anticipation for the reader and unknowns in terms of where the story is going. The I love the post it note under the desk, the best bit in my opinion! You'll have to read to find out what that's about!
First time i have read a book by this author and I really enjoyed it. This was a fast past with lots of twist keeping you on the edge of your seat. A lovely HEA. A must read I will be looking out for more books by Kendra King. This is my honest review.
I worked as a bank teller for many years, and nothing this wonderful ever happened to me. I will say that the author nailed the atmosphere of the bank though. Bandit Bound is a great novel. Any women who has ever worked in a bank will love this story.
I received this book in exchange for an honest review. Haven't read a bad boy romance like this before. Was a good quick read. Just an unusual way to meet a guy.
