This was a bittersweet book for me. I wanted to see how it was all going to play out but I didn't want it to end.
Basil was the last bunny to get mated. His poor sweet tiger had been through hell since Basil was born. They both deserved a HEA. I was a little shock by who the big baddy was. Poor Theo.
I have loved this different series so much. It was mates just how I like them but it also had some actual storyline with it. I will say, though, the ending was really rushed. I wanted that played out a little more in detail. And of course, I wanted a little more of the Battle Bunnies and their HEA's. But all in all, it was a fun and great series. I will miss them.

I really enjoyed this book. Basil's story concludes the series and I was not disappointed. Many questions were answered and the evil mastermind revealed.
Basil was always a little closed off and a loner. There was a slight aura of mystery about him. But all that came to light as soon as Theo came along - his mate. Their history goes way back and very complicated. Many sacrifices were made and I was saddened by their circumstances. I am glad to was hot and I liked reading this part. They had awesome chemistry.
The main "event" or battle so to speak happens on their terms and is well written and everybody is there. All the bad and all the good guys! I loved it and was very excited to read it. The end was full of surprises and a little bit of magic. I was happy with how it all ended and I can say that I enjoyed this series very much. For those who like paranormal and mates this will be just the thing!

There was one mystery that has been bugging me for a while – that of the tiger and what the heck is going on with still-mateless Basil – and that one gets nicely solved in what looks to be the final book in this series. Well, final at least as far as the Battle Bunnies brothers are concerned. There were plenty of other secrets that needed to be dealt with, like who is behind the cruel, evil scientists and can these guys ever find peace? As the story develops, a few new riddles pop up and the result was another entertaining, suspenseful adventure with a triumphal ending.
Basil is in a tight spot. Different from his four brothers, he has known who his mate is for many years, yet thinks they can never be together. How is he supposed to accept and love the man who sold all of them to the pet store that led to them ending up in the labs where they were tortured for many years? I can’t even imagine what Basil must have felt like and how torn he was. In the end, the mate bond proves to be too strong for Basil to resist any longer – and it’s a good thing it does. It appears there is more than one misunderstanding that needs clearing up!
Although I could not have imagined it, Theo is in an even worse spot than Basil. He knows he never intended the bunnies any harm – on the contrary, he was trying to save them – and instead he ended up in his father’s clutches, having to watch Basil and his brothers be tortured for years. But as much as Theo blames himself, he is determined to still make Basil his mate. The nightmare has lasted long enough and Theo will do anything to try to make it up to Basil.
Basil and Theo end up right in the middle of the Battle Bunnies’ final battle. And while lots of questions are answered, and all of the loose ends are cleared up, there are also a few major surprises. Some of them are fundamental to the paranormal world the authors have built in this series, and could quite easily lead to more books – at the very least they gave me something to think about.
If you like the ‘Battle Bunnies’ series and want to see all of them settle down, if you want to find out how Basil and his tiger manage to finally get together, and if you’re looking for a read that is as action-packed, suspenseful, and full of revelations as ever, then you will probably like this novella.

I really adored this final installment in the series. BUT, I would have liked to have more information regarding Silas and Sarah, plus a more detailed explanation. I know, I know. I'm picky as hell!
All in all, though, this has been a great series that I've enjoyed immensely.

The last of the bunnies has found his mate. I hope the mansion has room to extend with the amount of kits there will be running around! I have really enjoyed this series and hope this is not the end, there are other family members and friends that could stand a HEA, just saying!

Basil is the final installment in Stormy Glenn and Bellann Summer’s Battle Bunny series. I really liked Basil. He has quietly struggled as his brothers found their futures. Theo betrayed him or did he? How can Basil forgive him? Will Basil have the courage to hear the full story? Can he see past his anger, hurt and Theo’s guilt? I love that Ms. Glenn and Ms. Summer gave him the opportunity to try. And poor Theo. He has tried to protect his mate but it never works as planned. He has suffered and doesn’t believe he is worthy? Can Basil show him he is? I love Theo and Basil together. They have suffered and are struggling to find trust in each other. I love that Ms. Glenn and Ms. Summer allowed Theo and Basil moments to find a middle ground even as they fought the good fight.
This story does a wonderful job of tying up loose ends even as Theo and Basil find their happily ever after. I loved how Ms. Summer and Ms. Glenn ended this series and hope they will collaborate again in the future.

I really have to say... I did find this a little disappointing after all the lead up. Plus, all of Silas' puzzle pieces felt like it wasn't truly explained. AND I should go back cus I missed something in translation but how did we get a phoenix? Did Elliott lay that egg? It's like I read it but didn't comprehend at the time I guess.. Oh, and there was mention of the little ducks looking up to their bigger bunny brother... what brother? the ducks were born first! Oh yeah, I did forget that they basically adopted that bunny..
As for the rest, Nice clean up on all the brothers, mates, and babies..

Happy endings and dragons!
Basil is the last of the Battle Bunnys to mate. His is a little different because he met Them as a small kit. The is a handsome tiger that has tried to protect Basil for most of his life.
When evil faces off with the Battle Bunnys whole family it will have to overcome the pure of heart. There is little chance it will win.
A great yet sad moment in time as this series is over. I will miss e everyone in this series.

This is a wonderful way to start a new series of books. It would be very easy to create a new world order using the children of the "Battle Bunnies". I hope that is that plan.

Great ending
This was such a great ending to this series. Good defeats evil and two sets of kits being born. Silas gets his mate back and all is right in the world.
