This is one of the best books to learn power electronics being an undergrad and also for graduate studies.

I didn't go through the whole book, because this field is really extensive. But I used it to get a solid ground of the important concepts involved in power electronics circuits as well as two deep topics such as converter control techniques for active filters, AI and fuzzy logic applied to converter control.

Since it deals with many topics, the author leaves a lot of references at the end of every chapter for you to search in case you want a deeper understanding of the subjects.

This and Hart's book will always be the best 2 choices you can get if you want to learn Power Electronics.
