One of the best books for would be entrepreneurs. By giving life example of forced transition of a company from a failure to success, the author takes us on an adrenaline pumping story of how to make it in business. I have worked in similar environments and can say with personal experience that while what is written sounds dramatic, this is not fiction. Those who follow the read, will establish themselves as leaders who never stop.

It has been a nice book to read because it is a first person experience of how to create and maintain yourself and your team hungry over the years. It is also a good compilation of anecdotes of human psychology. How to movivate, to negotiate, to fight back is key in business and in life.

It is an easy read to get practical examples for your own life from someone who has been very succefuls in today's terms.
