A quick read with a good storyline and heat behind it all. It is a great start to a series that I want to read more of to find out what happens next.

This was one of those #Freebie pickups that fill up my memory space on the kindle ;) I enjoyed this short intro to the serial series that pairs a reclusive artist and a gallery owner who won’t take no for an answer. Toss in a storm that leaves them stranded together for a few days and well, let the sexy time begins.
It’s a quick paced and a hot little read. But it is just the start of a serial. And although I did like it, I am not completely sold on the whole series (yet).

love me some alpha male
Finally a book with an alpha male. I’ve gotten away from reading books (albeit this is very short) about strong dominating males beating their chests as I allowed myself to be lured away by the pc crowd, lol. This book is all about man in all his natural glory. Me Tarzan, you Jane. Deal with it! Loved it.

Captivating Start
Lucia Jordan has done it again, started a HOT STEAMY short that got me immersed in the story. Before I was ready, end of the book. The alpha, Cade is definitely a contrast of behaviors. Riley has obviously met her match; what lessons she has to learn... in the next book. Cliffs greer😡😵😤!!!

Excellent intro
Enjoyed reading about the meeting of Rylee and Morgan, two strong personalities with instant desires for each other. Can they fit their lives together- one from the city and one a loner living in the mountains. Can’t wait to read more.

Looking for a new serial to keep you warm this winter - this should hit the spot. This is Ms. Jordan's introduction to series.
Rylee Davis is co-owns an art gallery and is looking for the next big artist. She finds it but it but is constantly rebuked over the phone, she takes it upon herself to venture to the reclusive Morgan Cade and attempt to force his hand. She runs into an unexpected (to her) winter storm and has to be rescued by Morgan.
Morgan is a recluse for a reason, not quite sure what it all is just yet but as the series unfolds I'm certain we will learn more about his past, his present, and perhaps his and Rylee's future. They are stuck together while the world rages around them and Morgan's dominate side wants to play.
Ms. Jordan's characters are well developed and multi-faceted. The story is fast paced and will keep you wanting more. I shall be adding the series to my tbr.

Goes from hate to love a little too quickly and I'd like maybe just a little more dialogue between them, but I know it's really about the sex. Speaking of, sex is pretty hot. Glad it cuts off before going too Dom/sub though. Nice cliffhanger, but won't be using this.

Morgan & Rylee are like total opposites. He is dark and dangerous and she is Ms. Goody Goody. I love that he is trying to bring her to the dark side. I hate how the book ended, because now I need to know what happens next.

Rylee knows what she wants and will stop at nothing to get it. Morgan has been through a lot and wants to do things on his terms only. But when the two meet, all hell breaks loose! Great first read. Can't wait to read the complete series.

It is was good and starred off great but then to seem just to rush through just to get to the sex parts! I love the title and knew it would be fast because not a lot a pages going into it but I hate when that happens just to get you to buy more books!
