I was originally born and brought up in a cathedral city in England, but moved to America a few years ago. I've always written erotica, and have been published in magazines like Hustler and Jacques on both sides of the Atlantic.

I have an INCREDIBLY eclectic range of sexual tastes, and most of them find their way into my stories in one way or another! Most of my adventures are based around a fictional married couple, Gina and Simon, and the crazy and explicit adventures they have.

I'm almost positive this is the 1st and only book I've read of Simone's need to make sure ... such a new fan. I found it on Amazon at the time for free. not sure if it still that way or not? Go check ... love finding new authors to me ... love these characters ... love the storyline. Must read if you enjoy a tough guy ("Travis") ... meets one tough broad. I love a story that has a main character (female roll) who can stand her own ... (no pussy footing around her) watch out she is one you don't wanna make mad. ("Roxy") ... can't wait to read more from Simone very very soon. Loved it! ( ;

Other books to read before this one, has some cameo s

It had lots of great parts, didn't like the misspelling of words or other grammar. We have blackmail, goons that beat people up for money, London checkered boxing promoter, a cheesy red neck bookie/loan shark, past loves reunited after 4 years apart- Roxy dated but Travis partied with the ladies during their time apart.


No rich fighter, no rich good guys, Roxy and Travis came from no where's ville town in Texas next the the gulf. Travis was raised in an out dated double wide learning to fight at a young age. Roxy was the only daughter her father had and he trained her and Travis in all the martial arts in a karate school her dad started. 4 years prior of their story they loved each other so much but it didn't keep Travis there so he left to join the man League. Now after 2 losses, no money he back in his hometown trying to figure out life and also he had to deal with his father and his accident.

Couldn't wait for it to end

This book drove me crazy - and not in a good way! The story was unbelievable and silly, I couldn't wait for the book to end so much so i was skimming pages towards the end. Any normal person would of given up but I'm a glutton for punishment and don't like leaving a book unfinished. The characters were ok ish, but didn't convince me that they loved each other or were each others everything like what you read in some books. After nearly every sentence they 'snorted' which become ridiculous after a while and drove me mad. I'm really sorry as I hate giving bad reviews but I needed to get this off my chest, I'm just glad the book was free as it would of been worse.

Honor

What an intense story. As I've come to expect from Simone, she pulled me in from the beginning with lots of twists and turns. Action packed, intense situations and emotionally charged!! You'll have to read it to find out what happens when an MMA fighter gets a second chance!!!! Recommended for 18+ due to adult situations and language.

First book I ever read by Simone and I enjoyed it. I don't read a lot of MMA books but this one kept me interested. The story flowed and the details were good. There was action, mystery, sex and gangsters. This book is a stand alone and is in Travis "Trigger" and Roxy's point of view. Being in both point of views made the book more interesting. I yelled and laughed throughout the book. Trigger is worth reading.

Travis left Texas to become a MMA fighter. Now four years later he's returning home because his father's in the hospital. When Travis left Texas he left behind his girlfriend Roxy who hasn't been too kind to his return. Roxy teaches martial arts at XAmerica that her father left her after he died. Roxy never got the chance to live her life.
Travis old man is mixed in with a gambling debt and Red isn't letting him off the hook. Travis tries to fix things but only makes it worse. Travis is offered to go to London for a MMA fight after another fighter had an accident. Roxy goes with Travis as his trainer. Travis is soon find out things are just as bad as they were in Texas. Uncle Frank will do whatever it takes for his son Frank Junior to win his first MMA fight.

Corruption, Blackmail, MMA fight, love. This book will keep you on your toes. Find out if Travis and Roxy get their happily ever after. Or will Travis lose this fight and it's the end of his career and life back in Texas.

Travis flies from New York home to Texas after getting a call regarding his father. He comes home prepared to take care of him. What Travis has not prepared for is seeing Roxy again. It's been years since they dated, all through high school, and apparently it didn't end well. It looks as though Roxy is here to take care of his father too. Roxy owns a run down martial arts school that is just about bankrupt. Travis is a big time MMA fighter, although he is coming off two embarrassing tap outs. Travis is here only until his father has recovered and is able to take care of himself. His father is in trouble and that changes Travis' plans, especially now that the danger includes Roxy. They can't turn back time but maybe they can be friends. Is that all Travis wants? Can he live with that? What about Roxy? Could she possibly forgive him? Only time will tell, but there are more pressing matters like salvaging Travis' career and fixing the mess his father is in. VERY ACTION PACKED STORY WITH GREAT CHARACTERS ! This is the first book I have read by Simone Scarlet and I really enjoyed it.
Sometimes when we leave home for something better we forget the best thing that ever happened to us. Travis "Trigger" left home to make it as an MMA fighter. He was riding a high - winning and enjoying the "good life" but it all came crashing down. Now he has returned home on the premise of helping his father but in reality he had nowhere else to go.
Roxy and Trigger where each other first for everything and then he left her. She couldn't understand why he would do that especially when her father needed him the most. Now he is back and she is fighting her feelings of rage and her unmistakeable feelings of attraction.
Trigger must prove himself to Roxy and show her he is the man she needs. He must also prove himself to himself.
While this was an MMA fighter book, it really had more romance than a fighting theme.

Travis aka ‘Trigger’ left Texas 4 years ago to become a MMA fighter, he returns when his father is in hospital. Travis left Roxy without a backwards glance and broke her heart. With his father having 2 broken hands, he decides to stay for a few weeks after being defeated in his last couple of fights. Travis is having trouble ignoring his feelings towards Roxy, when he is around her he realizes she is the only good thing in his life. With his father’s injuries, Roxy’s business going down, corruption and blackmail can they survive for a second chance?

Second Chances

Travis left Roxy, but now he's back. There is a lot he needs make good upon, and with few resources, all he really has are fists and grit. It's nice to read about people who have to fight every day for everything. The path to reconnect is interpersonally smoother than I expected, given the wounds spoken of. I had some problems following parts with multiple misused words and missing words.

Received and arc for and honest review. I do like it but.... To much going on. You have the dad owing money to the town shark and breaking hands. Then they go to London and get caught up with the head gangster. Kidnapping, bribery, extortion! Ah! Just tone it down some and stick to the basic plot. Would have been great.

This is my first book from this author and it certainly won't be my last. Simone writes a great romantic/suspense and I thoroughly enjoyed this. Stuck between a rock and a hard place more than once and being tugged in different directions by a bunch of criminals what can he do? Very good book.
