The EOS 80D is a mid-range SLR for enthusiast photographers. The camera features a 24.2 Megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and DIGIC 6 processor, with a 7,560-pixel RGB+IR metering sensor. There are customizable controls, a viewfinder with a 100% coverage, a top panel LCD and rear LCD with touchscreen functionality and Live View display. An ISO range of 100 to 16000 (expandable to 25600) reduces the need for flash and offers useful exposure flexibility. The EOS 80D also offers Wi-Fi and NFC wireless communication for image transfer. The new DIGIC 6 processor offer fast camera operation and image processing, while the digital image sensor features a Dual Pixel CMOS Auto-Focus (DPAF) system for fast, accurate focusing during Live View. The viewfinder phase-detection Auto-Focus system features 45 all cross-type points for enhanced low-light focusing speed and accuracy (down to -3EV). The Auto-Focus system can be set to automatically track moving objects. The EOS 80D can shoot at 7fps continuously and has an image buffer of 110 frames in JPEG or 25 in Raw. Street and wedding photographers will appreciate the 3fps quiet continuous shooting mode. New on the EOS 80D is Time-Lapse movie mode, which allows the user to set time of intervals and number of shots, with the LCD displaying the total time of session and resultant playback length. The EOS 80D also features a Multiple exposure function and a High Dynamic Range mode, both of which will be of interest to creative landscape and still-life photographers. Movies can be shot at 50/60fps in 1080p, useful for slow-motion movies. The DPAF system offers accurate focus tracking and smooth focus transitions during movie shooting. There is also the valuable addition of a headphone and microphone jacks. Movies can be recorded in MP4 and MOV file formats at a variety of frame rates and codecs. The Expanded Canon EOS 80D offers the perfect guide to mastering the full creative possibilities of the camera. Limited and Locked access to this Book

This Book is great and simply awesome! Now, maybe you will probably understand, why it is a real shame that this Book is completely limited and utterly pointless since it is also completely locked. Even though so much exclusive and unique information is included in it, none of it could be underlined or highlighted. What a real shame. Why is this so? I wonder why it is that way. Most of the information is so incredibly accurate. I will never buy from this author or publisher again. Since I do not believe I can expect any better book from this same publisher or author. Too bad, too bad!
