I would like to thank the author, Kate Wrath, for giving me an electronic copy of Endgame, in exchange for an honest review.
For Eden, trust must be earned. When she starts to run out of allies, will Eden find the courage to lead her people regardless of the outcome?
Endgame is book 5 in the E series, although a better title might be EPIC. With movie style battles, tremendous showdowns, huge betrayals, and misguided notions, this book delivers a worthy conclusion to a fantastic series. New characters join with familiar ones, as the author brings together those in Eden's periphery to give readers a complete sense of closure. Startling revelations are the norm of Endgame, as readers will quickly discover. As this book builds upon the foundation laid in the previous four books, I strongly recommend that readers new to the series start at the beginning. It is impossible to know the nuances of Eden's character, or that of a number of characters that are consistently presented on the pages of Endgame, without exploring the experiences as they appear. I have become fully invested Eden, Apollon, and the rest of the inhabitants and will miss their adventures as they fight for a world that is fair for all.
