I wanted a simple explanation about chakras and the healing of the (inner) body.. and this book nailed it. It was easy to read and answered all my my basic and beginner questions.

DNF just a few chapters in. This felt like it was written by AI. Poorly written and extremely repetitive, often repeating the exact same information in back to back sentences just worded slightly different. Going to try a different book.
Pretty good beginners book. Explains the foundation of chakra pretty well. Easy to read and understand. Maybe could have given a section for the hymns of each chakra but for the most part good book.
As a beginner I think the book was pretty straight forward and not overly cumbersome or wordy. I received very good information and guidance with this book. However I think it could’ve been edited better. I have already applied some of the practices and principles discussed throughout 5r book.
