I worked in retail for 13 years. Out of those 13 years 10 where in management. I love photography and have taken photos for a long time. I also love to read and write. I got out of reading a few years ago and was brought back into the light with the Twilight series. And now I read almost a book a day. After a lot of thinking I decided to try and publish my own book as an independent author. I've wrote for many years for myself in many forms. From poems to short stories. And full length novels. To just get thoughts out of my head. It'll be available through Amazon as an e-book format to start. So that has brought me to this point.

I received an ARC of this book for the author in exchange for an honest review! And I can honestly tell you that I love it!!! I started it last evening and stayed up to finish it!!
I suffered all day!! I suffered that exhaustion you feel when you only sleep for three hours! I suffered the hangover like headache from lack of sleep and I suffered burning, painful eyes from being so tired! But you know what? I would suffer it a million times over just to read that book for the first time! I laughed! And I mean cracking up, wake up the whole house laugh!! I cried . Some tears happy , some tears sad! But mostly I fell in love! Fell in love with this story and it's amazing characters! And I can't wait for more! Thank you ! What more can I say?

OMG! I absolutely loved this book! This is the second book I have read by A. Sloan and let me tell you, they just keep getting better and better!
This is the story of Colt and Addison, and what a story it was! Colt is a loving, compassionate, responsible single dad to Chase. He is so manly, an Alpha, IMO. Addison is a divorced, single mom to Sydney. He ex is a sad excuse of a human being. it starts with the kids, Chase and Sydney, meeting at school.
Let's just say that the fireworks started when Colt and Addison laid eyes on each other! This was a well developed story, with enough background on all characters to have a smooth flowing story. There were two times in the book where I was actually yelling at A. Sloan because of what transpired! Things happened, it was talked about, and then they moved on. It was great! There wasn't dwelling on the issues to the point where you were like...Enough already! There was angst, friendship, caring, compassion and love. This story could be true for anyone.
Chase and Sydney were absolutely fabulous! They had dealt with things in their short life that no one should ever have to deal with, but that's life. Chase is a hero! The other supporting characters in the book are just as great! There is no over the top bullsh*t!

Amanda Sloan has done it again with a soon to be best selling book. She knows what her fans want to read and she brings it to life. It doesn't matter what she has going on in her life, but she would always find time to write and pour her heart out. Take the time to read her work and you will not regret it.
Addison and Colt, it was like a match made in heaven. Each of them having a deep and heartfelt past they both dealt with. In the end they grew as a couple and family, moving through each of the obstacles together.
The couple having family to support them and the most adorable three children were just icing on the cake. The parents who were always around to help them when needed and jobs that they loved. Best friends who were there in a blink of an eye when needed and enemies who got in the way didn't bring them down.
I love how all the couples acted together and the children becoming siblings before they were legally. It is a heartwarming story that everyone should read and be trilled for the next installment coming out soon.

Such a GREAT book. I HATED that it ended. I so want me a Colt. Man, he was so sexy, sweet and loving. Not a minute went by that he didn't show Addison, Syd or Chase that he loved them. I love the bond that Syd and Chase had together. So sweet and innocent. From the get go you feel for Addison and Syd. The troubles they have to go through because of her ex. Poor little Syd....my heart broke for her. Colt makes it all better for them though. OMG...Tanner if so funny with his Tanisims. lol. I can't wait to read his story. Sloan did an amazing job with this story. I felt like I was right there in the story with them. Keep em coming Sloan. : )

I won this book and I can't believe I waited so long to read it but I'm happy I did. Oh colt is perfect. The connection in this book is amazing. This had me right when they met. It's a book you can't put down.

Great story
This book was great! Colt and. Addison were fantastic characters and it wasn't your normal romance! Both had baggage and both accepted the others with no questions!

Lots of grammatical errors in this. It needs a good editor. I liked the storyline, but the writing level just seems like something out of high school. The H and h seem to fall for each other too quick. There is no buildup really. I liked Tanner, the H's cousin, and would have liked to read the story between him and Kayla, but the writing level doesn't work for me. It's not terrible and I have read way worse, imo, but this is just not for me. I don't think this is on par with the 4-5 stars some have given it, but to each their own.

Colton and Addison is such a great story. Addison coming from a horrible marriage and Colton coming from a bad break up, they found each other.
This story will take you through all emotions; happy, laughter, sadness, and excitement.
A. Sloan is quickly becoming one of my favorites and now I can't wait until book two is released.

If I were to rate this book on the story I would give it 4.5 stars. It's a beautiful and sweet story. If I were to rate it on conventions and fluency I would have to give it 3 stars. Many grammatical errors as well as punctuation and spelling errors. This book definitely needs to be edited properly.

I loved this story and would have been a 5 star if it didn't have so many grammatical errors. It needs a good editor to fix it and it will be a great book..
