He is the Founder and Executive Director of Marketplace Leaders Ministries, an organization whose purpose is to help men and women discover and fulfill God's complete purposes through their work and view their work as ministry . Os attended the University of South Carolina and CalvaryChapelBibleSchool, a ministry of Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa, California. Os is married to Angie and has one daughter, Charis. Os and Angie live in Cumming, Georgia, a suburb in north Atlanta.
