Just when you thought LATCH is just another escort/ BDSM book, I'm telling you now that it's not. It's that kind of book that will actually con you, but in a good way. I mean, I thought I had it all figured out, but then all of a sudden the book is heading somewhere I didn't expect. It's filled with surprises, lordy!
Now, I have to bug LK Collins to give me the second, because this is causing me some anxiety! I need ABBY at this very moment! GAAAAH!

Wow what a huge cliffhanger....i read the end two times to be sure!!!!
Latch is an escort he goes by his rules and he sticks with them....well until Abby comes into his life..a married Abby
Yeap she is married but things are not what it seems, she has a broken marriage though she is not comfortable doing what she is doing but her "dear" husband has done it a thousand times over and over...so she has an extenuation. When i saw her relationship with this famous baseball star i wondered more then once "Girl you are not happy, why are staying??"
The author has given us the whole background for both characters how they live their life, their thoughts even in fast pace, short plot you got the whole picture..but you always have questions for some facts..why some things happening, that was the suspense of the story.
I liked the explicit scenes even though that i'm not a fan with some acts by Latch it was a little too much for me not the scenes just his decisions, you'll understand what i'm saying when you read it. It's totally my personal opinion but i get why all these things happened from the start the end was blew-minding i can't wait to see what will finally happen.
Furthermore the plot orchestrated ingeniously by the author, the bad boy/heart-breaker fell for her broke down his defenses and his heart to her...she took the right decision, it may took her a while but heart doesn't ask. An enjoyable, hot with twists plot, i totally recommend it.

Latch and Abby's story is a very complicated one. When they first meet in the grocery store, they are immediately drawn to one another. Latch is honest and tells Abby what his profession is. One thing leads to another, and they end up "seeing" each other for over a year. However, Abby is married, and all hell breaks loose when her husband catches them together.
Abby's husband, Darrell, is a professional baseball player and a major douche. He is also a serial cheater, but boy does he ever get pissed when the tables are turned. At first, Abby decides to try and make her marriage work, but it is beyond repair. Just when things appear to be working themselves out, chaos once again ensues. For fear of spoilers, I am not going to share any more details of the story line, but I will tell you the ending will blow your mind. Of course, we are left with a cliffhanger and a lot of unanswered questions. The good news is that L.K. Collins is writing a follow up book!
I must confess that I didn't read the blurb for this book, and I went in blind. I am glad that I did things that way because cheating is a hard limit for me. If I know a book contains cheating, I just skip it. While I couldn't stand Darrell because he was a cheating a**hole, I did feel like Abby should have just left him instead of finding a lover of her own, Of course, that is just my opinion. Every reader has his/her likes and dislikes, and that is more than okay. Due to my own personal preferences, I only gave this book four stars. With that said, I will be reading the follow up to this book because my inquiry mind wants to know how everything plays out. I suggest reading it for yourself, so you can form your own opinion.

What the...??? This had an ending I did not expect and I'm at a loss for words!!!!
Latch and Abby have an intense chemistry. Having crossed paths in the most unexpected place, they develop a relationship they both feel is acceptable, given their circumstance. Latch is paid for his time and since Abby is married, she's more than willing to pay that price. However, their relationship develops to much more than expected and when faced with ending it or risking everything, the repercussion of their decision leads to a rough road ahead of them.
Latch is tattooed and sexy and the gift every woman would like to unwrap in her bed. Abby is sweet and kind and stuck in a marriage that makes her every degree of miserable. Tired of the infidelity her husband prances around with his fame, she's reached the point where she's ready to live a life that makes her happy.
These characters are great together and when things finally seem to be going their way, they find that their life together won't be filled with roses and smiles.

As you would expect, this story was controversial, inviting, intriguing, sexy, suspenseful, revealing, racy, endearing, did I say arousing..
I enjoyed this lust filled tale, especially getting to know Latch Tericino. He was adorable, and it was a delight to watch his lust for Abby morph into something more than he was expecting.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel the same way about Abby. She was indecisive, unsure, and lacked gumption, so the cliffy we were then hit with was a little bittersweet for me.
Needless to say, I'm sure I will find myself dipping into round 2.

I was yelling at my kindle when I saw how it ended… I’m so upset….!!! The book is so good though and I fell in love with Latch and while Abby did annoy me at times, I really loved her. Okay but seriously, in case I didn’t say it already, I need the next book like NOW!

Latch Teracino is the man. The man many people pay to spend time with so he can rock their worlds. His clients are high society and extremely rich. For example Abby McEllrath, wife of Major League Baseball's biggest all-star Darrell McEllrath. Left at home alone while Darrell travels and with him plastered all over the tabloids cheating with different women. Abby is lonely and miserable until she meets Latch. They have a connection, one so strong that Latch breaks his rule of no married women for Abby all while falling for her. What happens when their caught and how drastically will life for Abby and Latch change?
I went into this book with a open mind. In real life cheating is totally unexceptable but in my reading world I'm pretty much of the mind anything goes so it doesn't really bother me. It's fiction. Things happen people are treated terribly and who could blame Abby for turning to Latch. Yes she should have left him but I totally get why she didn't or was afraid to. Darrell is horrible. If they handed out awards for all-star douche he'd be the obvious choice. Abby certainly got the short end of the stick in the husband department. Latch on the other hand adores Abby. Besides the client relationship he has with Abby, they have developed a friendship and true feelings. My heart broke for Abby and I really liked Latch a lot. He's a good guy despite his profession.
Latch is filled with lots of kindle melting moments. Shocking moments that will have you wanting to grab Abby and shake her. Twists and turns and then the ending. I hope your all sitting down when you get there. I had to clam down for a couple of hours bei fee I could even write my review. Thankfully my kindle survived. Barley. I hope L K Collins is writing her little heart out because I need that second book now.

ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME?! SERIOUSLY? WHAT HAVE I EVER DONE TO YOU L.K. COLLINS?! YOU HAVE EARNED THE HASH TAG OF #EVILWHORE FOREVERMORE! WARNING: My dramatic girly girl emotions are out in full force, with new levels of insanity after finishing this story! AND your note to Readers at the end didn't help one bit, in fact now I'm madder!
This will be the second review this week that I've had to write a bit differently, as my emotions are so strong, I'm afraid spoilers would come out sideways to give the story away, so I'll keep it somewhat general. I'm not a person who reads about cheating well (that happens when you had a cheating husband in reality) but the way it's made in to the story, I wasn't offended by it. The character development is great, with a fast paced, sexy, and well written storyline that flows super smoothly. Fiery flames of sexy scene goodness engulf the story, and tried to melt my kindle, so I don't encourage reading Latch in public places. L.K. Collins' brilliance had definitely hit new levels of evil, and the diabolical twists sucker punched me brutally, and without warning! The ending made for an EPIC OMG moment that still has me enraged, and calling the author some very bad names, while dropping f-bombs in for good measure. The next book CANNOT COME QUICKLY ENOUGH, and I'm not sure how long I'll be able to wait before becoming a pain! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What. The. F*ck. Yeah, and that's after minutes of non-stop swearing.
My thoughts are all over the floor, having just finished it, but Jesus Christ...
First things first, let's start at the beginning and go from there. So, I did mind the cheating. And it wasn't just Abby, indeed, Latch still working after kind of admitting his feelings to himself bothered me a lot. He felt like she was special, couldn't stop thinking about her and still slept with what, a dozen or two women? Not cool and not so easily forgivable.
I also didn't like Abby at all, until the very end she was way too weak of a character. It wasn't until 80% or so when I felt like this was going somewhere, that I could actually love this book after all and that ending was just brutal... I would have destroyed my reader if it wasn't for the sequel that hopefully clears the air. One more thing I was missing, a few scenes about how they met and their relationship before everything went down? Maybe that'd help me understand them better.

Reviewed for Hooked on Books &Cherry0Blossom Promotions. What can I say about this book, other than I was taken on a freaking rollercoaster. I loved every minute of this book. This book had some of everything and all of it was good. LK Collins rocked my world with Latch and Abby’s story. I got entrapped in this book it was just that good. There are few books that leave me absolutely speechless and this one managed to make me that. There is nothing soft about this book this book is hardcore and I’m talking about the sex it was even thought that was pretty intense just the overall story. I freaking cried, got happy, was mad again with seconds but I never stopped reading.
Abby and Latch story was one of the best stories I have read in a while and yeah I’ll admit the way the story ended I wanted to throw my kindle down, find the author and ask for the rest because I need it now not later. Latch is a sexy, with some humour and angst thrown in, story, to make this a great read. While many of us love tatted up bad boys, I loved how Collins did not use this as the backbone of the story. Rather the notion of Latch having tattoos and being a male escort enhances the story but doesn't make the story. What you get is a character who is not uni-dimensional, has a lot going on for him and still is sexy as heck.
I'll admit when I first starting reading this book, Abby was not a favourite of mine. However, further into the story, you get a truer sense of what her past relationship did to her and realize that in the real world, it would take a woman years to overcome the neglect and abuse of a spouse/partner. So really, Abby's character was as she should be.
The story was well paced and while there were a couple of times I thought a little repetitive, the overall vibe of the story fit the plot line and characters. I didn't want to put the book down as I knew something big was coming and i was trying to anticipate what. Collins gave minute hints that kept you engaged and turning the pages without being predictable.
Darrell's part in the book while small made a huge impact on the story and was well written. I also, absolutely loved Maris, Latch's grandmother's, character. She was sweet yet hip and added those aww moments and make you fall in love with Latch even more.
There's a big risk that LK Collins took with this story and while it left me gobsmacked, I absolutely loved everything about it.
LK Collins, LATCH is definitely worth the one-click. It's a great read for your summer reading list.

Latch, my god!!! This book was raw, and HOT, and gripping, and HOT, and emotional, and action packed... and HOT!!
Latch is New York's No.1 escort. His client list goes on forever but one of his clients feels a little more than that, Abby. They seem to have a friendship that goes beyond escort/client.
Abby is married to a huge Baseball player but she has been ignored by her husband for the last two years. She has put up with the distance he has put between them, ignored his constant cheating and has somehow found solace in the arms of Latch, an Escort. Properly the only man in New York who is not tie downable!!!
Their story is one that gripped me from the first page. You start off with both of them at IT, and my god its steamy. As the story unfolds, you are captivated by the words you're reading. It really is action packed, you cannot believe where the book is taking you.... its a story you will not or cannot forget in a hurry.
Some of the naughty scenes are not for the faint hearted. They were smoking HOT, HOT, HOT. My mouth hanged open a few times... a lot of imagination was used for these scenes, it wasn't you're normal bow chicka WOW WOW!!
I have to tell you that this book has one hell of a cliff hanger, I actually screamed and cried by the end. I wanted to throw my kindle across the room and stomp around like a two year old!! ;) Latch brought out every emotion in me and then some. Thankfully the knowledge that L.K is writing the next book keeps me going. I am in desperate need to read it!!
This book was utterly brilliant, if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!! Well done L.K, another killer book.

Latch starts off with a hardcore,sexy bang. We start off in Latch's perspective and quickly realize that he's a high paid male escort with strong feelings for the clients he's with, our heroine Abby. Only problem is Abbys married and her huge Mlb husband is barreling through the front door, so down the fire escape Latch goes.
Latch is told through alternating chapters between Abby and Latch, and LK Collins does an amazing job letting us feel and experience these two's journey. Abby has been married for many years to Darrell who is a New York City Mlb star who checked out on her along time ago, choosing instead to drink, party, and sleep with numerous groupies. In fact even when home he no longer stays at their home, instead choosing to stay at hotels. Abby and Latch meet in a grocery store and soon enjoy a "business" relationship that both of them use to justify the situation and hide their feelings for each other behind.
Without giving away spoilers I'll just say the journey between Latch and Abby was heartfelt and filled with many obsticals, I'm mean Abbys got a husband and Latch is an escort. Through it all though you see how much they love each other and how far they'd go to take care of each other. Unfortunately Abby husband isn't willing to stand back and let Abby slip away. And that takes us to the kindle smashing, LK better hurry up and get us the sequel ending! Wow just wow, very original and I NEVER saw it coming.
I would absolutely recommend this book, LK Collins writes couples with amazing chemistry, who also show so much natural affection to one another. Great read!!!

OMG...I can't even....Holy F*#$!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE ENDED IT THAT WAY!!!! This book has left me shattered, and the authors' note at the end?! YES, I AM PISSED...but also absolutely enthralled!! (An no, I didn't throw my Kindle....too far!!!) I can't express all the emotions that I'm feeling right now, but I'll give it a go!!
I don't know when I HATED a character more than I hate Darrell McEllrath!! He's a deranged, psychotic, egotistical, controlling, manwhore...and got EXACTLY what he deserved!!
I so fell in love with Latch and Abby (separately and together) Latch is a sizzling, super-hot tattooed alpha escort, who pleasures women for money...and does a fantastic job of it, too!! When he meets Abbey in a grocery store, he feels something he has never felt before and when she becomes one of his "clients", he finds himself in a situation he has never been in before...falling for a married woman!!!
Abbey is in an unhappy marriage, where her husband is an unfaithful, full-of-himself, entitled jackass and when she starts paying Latch for sex, that's all she thinks it is....until it's more!
The suspenseful twists and turns in this book kept me on the edge of my seat, the HOT BDSM scenes had my panties melting and the ending......let me just say that LK Collins should be VERY happy that she wasn't sitting in my living room as I finished this book!!! Okay so the first thing I did when I finished reading this amazing book was curse L.K Collins. I mean how could she was the second thing out of my mouth. Then I chuckled because I knew, after the firs paragraph that I was hooked on Latch but now, now I am addicted. I can't wait to see what happens. So yeah I know I have gotten ahead of myself, but I had to put down my feelings. SO Latch, yeah this is one addicting book. If you've read the blurb you know that Latch is the guy you go to for more than a good time and all for a price. For Latch business is good, that is until he falls for one of his clients.
Abby has done the unthinkable she has hired a man to bring her to ecstasy. What's worse is that she has fallen for the man.
An unconventional beginning to a romance that is built on more than just lust. Two people that never expected to fall for each other now have to face their future together and consequences of what their love will lead to.

Holy $#!t. those are the only words I have for this one. 5 incredible, lusty, swoony, and 'omg what just happened' stars.
Abby is the wealthy wife of a baseball star. A rich, absent, jerk of a baseball star. He's never home, he's always sleeping around, and he's not exactly a nice guy.
Latch is a male prostitute. He makes his money sleeping with clients and giving them exactly what they want (the kinkier the better) but his heart belongs to Abby. Yes, she pays him for sex, but she also owns his heart. When they get caught by Abby's husband, things get really really ugly.
At first I had an issue with the fact that the hero and heroine were messing around behind her husband's back. Then I kept reading and that sympathy vanishes and really fast. This book was perfection. I've said it before, when a book makes me cry, it gets five stars. If it makes me cry it means this author has done their job, and done it well. I was hooked from page one to the very end. I actually read the last page at least ten times to make sure I was not mistaken on that ending, Just WOW!!!

This story took me completely by surprise I randomly saw it on a new release page and decided to read the first few pages and give it a try. From just the first pages I was hooked and read the whole book in three hours. I literally put everything on hold just because Latch and Abby's story was so compelling and I had to know how it was going to end and Wow did the ending rock my world. At the end my heart was beating so fast that I could not believe what I had just read. I instantly texted my sister and was like you must read this book I need you to vent about what just happened. So please give this book a chance the journey Lk Collins will take you on is completely worth it and one that will stay with you.

I don't even know where to start as this book ended with such a dramatic cliffhanger, I'm emotionally drained! Latch is an escort with a plethora of clients. Abby is a married woman, to a man who is selfish and never hears the word no. Abby chooses her happiness and uses Latch's services. He has broken his number 1 rule of not providing services for married women, but there is something special about Abby. Their relationship comes to a screeching halt when Hubby comes home unexpectedly. What happens next? Will they get their HEA? Will the husband ruin everything? Hold on to your seats folks...the end is a throw your kindle against the wall kind of ending. Great story, realistic characters and scenarios. Looking forward to the next book.

Speechless. That's about all I can say right now. I am utterly blown away by the emotional hold this book has over me. It started off hotter than hell and it ended feeling like my soul was in hell. I am completely and utterly wrecked right now. Lucky for me I have the arc for book 2 waiting on my kindle. I am so glad that a friend recommended I give this new to me author a try. I am totally a fangirl now. I can't wait to dig into Abby and see where this story will now take me. I'm ready for an emotional rollercoaster ride. That makes for the best books.
