Pastor Donald Gibson is a Senior Pastor and Business Mentor who helps others reach their God-given purpose for their lives through preaching, teaching, coaching, and leadership development. As a published author and seasoned communicator, Pastor Don uses his education and experience of being a full-time minister for nearly 40 years to equip and empower the next generation of leaders, especially those in the church, through a variety of resources such as books, speaking engagements, and coaching services.

Pastor Don has been married to Jonna for over 34 years. They have 2 adult sons they are very proud of, plus the most incredible gifts– their grandchildren.

Pastor Don and Jonna reside in Mont Belvieu, Texas, where they have pastored for 15 years at MercyGate Church. When Pastor Don is not teaching, preaching, or being Pops to Joy and Isla, you can probably find him on the golf course, going on an adventure with Jonna, or reading a book by his mentor John Maxwell. Oh, and he proudly speaks one language fluently– Texan.
