All things are basic. It seems author is repeating same story again and again.

This book only really serves as an introduction to data analytics. I feel like even though it's aimed at beginners there is a lot more room for details.

This is a short book and we can't wait much of a rich content regarding data analysis and big data. I was in fact expecting just some pointers to look for more information. But it is indeed very basic, superficial and almost useless book for those who are looking for some background on Data Analysis. I can tell that most white papers about the subject will provide more useful information ... almost no tool is mentioned, neither techniques, languages nor algorithms. Definitely a waste of time.
