Couldn't pin-point why, but I wasn't really enthused with this book. There were some interesting points, like how to be persuasive (start with emotion, followed by logic, and finish with why you're a trustworthy source). Overall, it didn't really capture my attention - the ease of reading kept me going.

Reading this book is actually waste of time if you are a pro. A fine book for someone who just started reading books on managing people. Seems more like a blog post than a book.

Quick read. Most of the information seemed like common sense to me, so I may not be the target audience.
