Voluntarily read for an ARC review

Brock-The Star is about Brock and Marie. Brock is an NFL football player with a knee injury and Marie is his physical therapist. Brock has been attracted to Marie from the time he met her but Marie wants nothing to do with him. Marie has a 7yo daughter from a failed relationship with a former athletic patient of hers. She was really hurt from that breakup and wants nothing to do with athletes and is hesitant to get involved with anyone for fear of getting hurt again. And she has her daughter Sara to think of too. Marie finally agrees to go out with Brock and he is overjoyed.
This book is pretty good but not quite as good as some of Amy Kyle's others. I would recommend Brock-The Star to others as the storyline and characters are rather good but the writing is a little amateurish. However, Amy has other books that are quite terrific that I highly recommend and as I said I would recommend this one it's just not as good as others.
