This was a very short, sweet, to-the-point book about loving yourself first. You don't love yourself so much? No worries, this book has some nice antidotal ways in which you can start to love yourself, you can continue to keep the self-love motivation, and/or you can take your self-love to greater heights.
Good short book. Forgive yourself everyday, even your heroes make mistakes. Cut ties with those who are critical of who you are, surround yourself with those who support your well being. Do not fear to express your individual identity which makes you uniquely you.
I really enjoyed this book. It has helped me realize where and why and how I put myself down & gave me insights into how I can turn my life around. Thank you.
Such a quick read. This book has some good points, however, it needed a good proofread and edit! So many spelling errors and shoddily written sentences. Inconsistent page layout was also annoying.
