"No lie." "To be honest." "Knocking me out of my thoughts" are 3 phrases that were used AD NAUSEAM the entire book. Not to mention the 1000 gun shots every time there was a shoot out instead of just putting a few and letting the reader assume there were more. Then on top of everything else, just about every female with working ovaries got a bun in the oven. Furthermore, for someone who supposedly loved Cash sooooo much, Brooklyn (Nino) whipped his meat out on other females in a heartbeat after any glitch in his program with Cash. I loved the 1st installment, but this one didn't live up to my expectations at all. I'm hoping the final installment will draw me back in because I was disappointed in this one.
Dang, first this series is so good I absolutely love it. Secondly these characters are so reckless and toxic but that's what make this series so good. I'm definitely on the edge of my seat because I'm cheering for Cash and Brook but damn!!!! Can't wait to read part 3. Great job this series is awesome
Cash and Brooklyn just can’t seem to get it together. Good read from beginning to end but I need my girl Cash to catch a break from this heartbreak. Que was a dog and he knew his day was coming when he started messing with Bree but I never thought she would get caught up on his and Carter mess. Good read Barbie Amor.
Omg I’m just dead this book has had me so emo I didn’t want to finish.the characters were not doing what I wanted lol they’re making crazy choices but it makes for a dope story. Now this ending is another story I don’t know what to think so I’m off to the finale. Happy reading
Part 2 didn't have the momentum that part 1 did but it was good nonetheless. The cliff hanger ending was indeed explosive and have me quickly starting the next installment. I just hope it builds on the excitement where part 2 left off.
Author Barbie did it again with this one! I read part 2 in a few hours! I am about to start part 3! I could not put this book down from start to finish! I am loving me some Brooklyn and Cash! This the kind of books I love!
Ok so I read this in one day. Lawd spool glad it's a series!!!! I fell in love with Cash and Nino. No way they better break up or I'm going to be passed. This is a movie!
When I say that I can't get enough of your novels, that's what I mean! Between working, sleeping and eating, I'm reading your books!😁 I'm on my 4th one now and it's only been 2 weeks.
Man these couples are giving me whiplash with all this back and forth and all this craziness. I’m just wondering who’s going to make it together in love and and as a couple in the end.
This right here had me locked and drawn in throughout the whole entire book! This series ha been just what I was looking for and can’t wait to read part 3!!
Let me say this, Barbie Scott has gained anew reader in me. If you're with all the smoke that makes for a five star banger, one click! Barbie Scott is with the shit.
I can’t believe her wedding was shot up then she went into labor. While Tiffany tried to ruin it with her pregnancy news. Then the death of Niya who was like a sister to Cash. Que and Brook with all their infidelities with babies popping up everywhere. I can’t want to read part 3.
