If you’re going to fall off a catwalk and into someone’s arms, you could do a lot worse than choosing handsome Sam Montgomery’s, star of the hottest sci fi show on TV. So when twenty-four year old Grace Mortimer does just that, her life is turned upside down.
Sam is gorgeous, funny, and too sexy for words. But he’s got a girlfriend, America’s newest sweetheart, the very beautiful TV star Vanessa Hudson. Kate O'Keeffe is a USA TODAY bestselling and award-winning author who writes exactly what she loves to read: laugh-out-loud romantic comedies with swoon-worthy heroes and gorgeous feel-good happily ever afters. She lives and loves in beautiful Hawke's Bay, New Zealand with her family and two scruffy but loveable dogs.
When she's not penning her latest story, Kate can be found hiking up hills (slowly), traveling to different countries around the globe (back when we used to be able to do that), and eating chocolate. A lot of it.

In Falling for Grace, the third book in the Wellywood Romantic Comedy Series, author Kate O'Keeffe weaves an entertaining romantic comedy that follows the quirky trials and tribulations of twenty-four year old model Grace Mortimer.
Set in Wellington, New Zealand, Falling for Grace is an entertaining tale that easily draws the reader into Grace's life, and the quirky challenges that she faces when she finds herself falling (literally) for handsome actor Sam Montgomery. Grace tries to resist Sam's charms, especially since he has a beautiful TV actress girlfriend named Vanessa Hudson, but when Sam insists on being her knight in shining armor, what's a girl to do?
Falling for Grace is a delightful story that had a great mixture of humor, romance, drama, and unexpected twists and turns that easily kept me engaged and turning the pages. You can't help but really like Grace, she's quirky and fun, and you can't help but cheer her on as she learns how to embrace and overcome the hilarious challenges, trials and tribulations she faces while learning how to come into her own, plus finding an unexpected romance with handsome Sam Montgomery along the way. This story is so much fun that it will leave you wanting more.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention how much I really enjoyed the rich description of the New Zealand setting. The author easily transports the reader to New Zealand's capital city of Wellington, a picturesque harbor front city that will make you wish you could visit down under.
Falling for Grace is a lighthearted and fun chick lit / romantic comedy tale that will keep you in stitches.

Cute, light romcom - chick lit. I read it in one sitting and love the quirky heroine and her interesting trials and tribulations. Always warm, funny and relatable O'Keeffe is a romcom go-to author for me!
Perfectly good book. I guess I became tired of the TV/movie star falling for a non-celebrity trope, something we've read in other books!
Grace was likeable and funny and Sam was the perfect 'nice-but-trapped-in-my-fame' leading man. Entertaining read. I liked the bit with Savannah more than the main romance since it was unexpected.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy What a wonderful rom com! This book was so much fun, right from the beginning. Grace is a fantastic heroine, down to earth, relatable, and someone I could be friends with. Of course the book is focused mostly on her relationship with Sam and the trials that come with being in the public eye, but there really was more to the story than just romance. With a family plot twist included in there as well and plenty of career scenes in there also, this was a complete, well-rounded read. One I recommend!
This story was SO cute!! Oh the trials of dating a public figure (which I could relate to except mine was a professional athlete). You can feel the connection between Grace and Sam so you naturally pull for them. But is a relationship behind the scenes of a fake public relationship too much to handle? This story had you wrapped into the drama from page one. We have all had roommates similar to the ones Grace has. What a great vacation read for the beach!
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily reading it.
Loved it! Another Kate O'Keeffe book that I couldn't put down. Great story, well-written and very compelling reading. Would highly recommend. Can't wait for Kate's next novel.....
I enjoyed author Kate O’Keefe’s other book series. I had not read any books in the Wellywood Romantic Comedy series until this book, Book 3. The story promised to be funny, sexy chick lit. And it delivered! My problem is that I overlooked “sexy” when I was considering this book.
As usual, I enjoyed Author O’Keefe’s warm and positive humorous writing, her lovely descriptions of New Zealand and Wellington, and the variety of liable characters. Grace is the main character. Her nice, trustworthy roommate is Taylor, a shy young woman who likes country life. Her hot, snarky roommate is Tiffany. We also get to meet Grace’s new boss, and Grace’s friendly and fairly normal family.
Grace falls for handsome actor Sam Montgomery. And since this is chick lit, they both are instantly attracted to each. They are soul mates, destined to be together. Don’t get me wrong, the fairy tale aspect is what I like about Rom Coms.
Can Grace overcome the relationship issues with Sam? Can she deal with an unexpected family issue and embarrassing work experiences? The book wraps it all up in an engaging way.
Getting back to the “sexy” part. The romantic parts were tender and delightful BUT there is just so much of it. Grace and Sam tumbled in to bed after just meeting and then that’s basically all they did together. All day and all night. Which may not bother you at all, but geez.
So, if you’re not an old-fashioned lady, you will love this book. And even old me had fun with it! Thanks to NetGalley for a copy.
Falling for Grace is a very cute and light romantic comedy. This is a pure escapist read. It’s not too long so perfect for just getting day to day worries out of your head for a relaxing day or weekend.
The author had a lovely writing style, very smooth and flowing. The characters were well developed, and you couldn’t help liking Sam and Grace. There were a few funny moments and awkward situations, a touch of angst, but ultimately a HEA.
I’d recommend Falling for Grace to anyone who enjoys a light rom/com to pass away a few hours.
I really loved this book! I especially liked how she met the man she would fall in love with, falling off the catwalk into his lap! Really hilarious! The only thing I would criticize is at the end where she goes back to see him, willing to put up with the paparazzi. After everything she had already been through for him, I felt he should have stepped up & made some sacrifices for her. She broke up with him over the phone. He didn't even go to see her in person & try to come up with a compromise. He just accepted that she left him. I wanted to see a grand gesture from him. Sending her alot of flowers just didn't cut it for me.

This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. The story flowed very well and was very enjoyable. This book will keep you reading long into the night and you will not want to put this book down until you finish. This was such a great read and full of surprises. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader’s copy of this book. The free book held no determination on my personal review.
Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author. (netgalley) I honestly had never heard from this author before and I enjoyed it so I will read more of her books, I was kind of bummed that this is the third in series, but oh well now I have more to read.. This is a cute rom-com, nothing that you will take seriously it is something to make you smile and feel light and we all need that from time to time. Grace will get her HEA in Sam, good for her..
This has been my favourite of the Wellywood books, probably because it involved a TV star as the main male character and he was likeable. Falling for Grave was a typical chic lit ala very much like Notting Hill. Girl falls for TV star, literally and then away we go. Grace, as the protagonist I was very much relatable and made decisions you would expect. I’m a little bit sad I’ve finished this series as they were a nice, pleasant read which is just the ticket for the moment.
FALLING FOR GRACE is a light, fun romantic comedy. The heroine is someone you can't help but root for as she finds herself in one humorous situation after another. Anyone who likes classic chick lit is sure to enjoy this book, and the New Zealand setting is an added bonus.

I enjoyed this book, The writing is light & breezy and you definitely feel Grace's struggle with all the secrecy & media coverage. I do wish that there was more getting to know you before leaping into bed parts but overall this book will make you feel good & happy endings all around. #FallingForGrace #NetGalley
I really wanted to like this book, but I’m stuck at 43% and have been for a while. I like the idea of the story, but don’t like the lying and going behind people’s back. Also keeping the fake relationship just because of an upcoming movie and trying to keep the new lovers on the lowdown...Just not feeling it.
I received a copy of this eBook from the publisher and NetGalley for an honest review.
This was such a fun, and swoon worthy read! I really enjoyed it. I've read Kate's work before but this one is definitely my favorite. Main character Grace was hilarious, and sweet, completely relate-able. I read this book within 3 days, and it probably would have been sooner if life didn't get in the way. It's definitely a great beach read in my opinion. It will have you laughing your butt off, swooning whenever Sam enters the picture and shaking your head at the ridiculous but entertaining drama that surrounds the media and Grace's family.
