Spectacular. Engaging. Sexual. Lust filled. Romantic. Humorous. Mind-blowing. Suspenseful.
From beginning to end, the characters had me, signed, sealed and delivered. Lane and Madison (Red) are the perfect blend of two characters. From the first time they meet until the very end of the book. I couldn't get enough of the snarky, cocky conversations the two often had. How they fight their attraction, kept me wanting more. I couldn't get enough of them. I loved Chase and Naomi's appearances in the book. The sex scenes were written so well, I almost thought I was in the scenes.My heart pulsated and my blood was rushing every time.
There is also a mystery that unravels throughout the book. The addition of the mystery also kept me begging for more. I kept thinking, all will be revealed now, and nope, I had to keep going until the end of the book .
Kane Caldwell, twice now, has proven what an incredible writer/author he has become. I love it when a book feels like it is written by a tough, alpha male type.

Blurred Edges is an erotic romance which is chock full of sizzling hot, explicit sex. I mean, really, it should come with a spontaneous combustion warning, it's so hot! I wasn't quite expecting it, but I certainly didn't mind! Mr. Caldwell definitely knows how to write hot sex scenes.
From the moment Lane and Madison share a page, the sexual tension blazes. Page by page the story drew me in. As they fall for each other, I could truly feel their depth of desire and emotions for one another. Lane was a very dominant and vocal lover. He couldn’t get enough of sweet Madison. He was incredibly Alpha but also so... adorable. Kind, mature, sexy... And Madison was such a great mom, so hungry for some man-time ;)
I loved the interaction between the hero and heroine. Not only did they have an extremely passionate relationship, but they genuinely liked each other. Lane was wonderful to Madison and her son, and gave her unconditional support.
This book is completely consuming and addictive, incredibly steamy and vivid. So, if you don't mind erotic romance and you like a good emotional romance, then you should definitely give this book a try! I'm definitely glad I read it!

I went in blind not knowing what to expect from the author or the book and I must say I was very happy with what I read. My first Kane Caldwell book and I truly enjoyed every minute of this erotic and romantic read.
When picking up a new author, I always look for what can an author give me to make my reading experience either enhanced or stand out that would get me talking to other readers. This is an Erotic Romance. A genre combined and in their individuality that is not new to me by any means.
Having always read this genre from a female authors point of view and writing style but reading this from a male's point of view and style, I could easily make out the masculine touch.
There was a certain level of roughness, protectiveness, and edginess in the book which I loved reading.
I completely enjoyed the main characters, Lane and Maddison. Maddison, a single widowed mother of a teen boy, has self- esteem and image issues due to being married to a controlling man.
Lane had a conceited ex who would and did go to extreme lengths to keep control over their relationship but in the process destroyed it.
Lane and Maddison come with baggage and shy away from having a relationship until they cannot deny their attraction towards each other and Lane... *sigh* Lane is as alpha and protective as they come.
Overall, Blurred Edges is a feel good, romantic, erotic read with a dash of suspense thrown in to keep you at the edge. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a quick exciting read.

4 Hot Sexy Stars
Kane Caldwell never disappoints with his hot, sexy romance. His talent for adding fire and passion to his sexy alpha males is really quite exceptional.
This story will leave you a little hot under the collar with Lane as your aggressive, protective and sexy alpha who falls for the girl next door type, Maddison, or as he calls her, Red.
I really enjoy Kane Caldwell’s writing style. It has a level of edginess to it that’s rough around the edges.
This is a witty, sexy, romantic story with a splash of suspense thrown in. It’s totally a great feel good story.

So I loved this story! This is the second in the series but can be read as a standalone. Lane and Madison are one fantastic couple. I absolutely loved the interaction between the two especially because of Madison and how her character is portrayed. She isn’t perfect .. she is a single mom and she is owning her life although it wasn’t the best.
Madison’s husband died six months ago and she is doing the best she can holding her head high for her son. A wonderful kid and coming into his own, Madison is out trying to have some time to herself while Jason is away for the weekend with friends. Pulling out of the parking lot she hits a truck and goes back in to try and find the owner. Little did she know the owner of the truck would be the dashing arrogant man sitting at the bar. Not only is he beautiful but he now also hates her.
Lane is secretly taken with the woman who hit his car but in being the man he is he shows no emotion for her. His life was in ruin just a few months ago and he is trying to put the pieces back together without the smooth taste of his drink of choice. He has no time for games and as infuriating as this woman is he cant seem to shake her from his thoughts. Little did Lane know is that she would come crashing into his life in more than just hitting his truck.
Chase and Namoi appear in this book quite frequently along with some other secondary characters. If you read the first book Dark Edges then you know their back story. Again this isn’t necessary but I would recommend going back and reading the first release if you want to get the full family experience.
I am so anxious to read the next release. I don’t know who it will be or what will happen but you can be sure that with Kane behind the pages its going to be a great read. Click this one up! A great series worth your time and pennies! This is definitely one to wrap up and read beside the fire and lights from the Christmas tree!

There are few authors that have me hanging on their every word, and fewer that touch my soul, Kane Caldwell has done both in short time. In Blurred Edges, we meet Lane Collins, who finds out all is not as it appears to be, and has him walking the edge. Meet Madison Tanner, who receives life altering news that changes all she has come to know and believe. Put these two together in Blurred Edges, and you get an addictive mix of erotic sexiness and intrigue with a cast of supporting characters, that draw you into their world, and leave you thinking about them long after the last page was turned and the book closed. Kane Caldwell has become my favorite male romance author.

So I have to say that even though I have not read the previous book in this series, it didn’t take away from my enjoyment of Blurred Edges. This is a fast paced, sexy romance with an alpha male who borders on being a caveman (I loved that about Lane, what can I say I love this type of hero in my books) and a heroine, who at times did get on my nerves some but at the same time I couldn’t help but like. This book had a real Kristen Ashley feel too it, and if you know me at all Kristen Ashley is one of my all-time favorite authors. I loved how Lane took care of Madison, she needed that and he even when he could be an ass, was perfect for her. Now it must be said, I think an ass kicking or twenty should have occurred, but that could be that bad temper of mine making an appearance. Overall this was a fast, sexy read that I was able to read in a couple of hours and I can’t wait to read more!

Oh my what can I say but Kane Caldwell you are an amazing talented fu@king author. You absolutely blew me away with this book. Seriously, Lane is one hot a$$ alpha male and Red is just so sweet, loved their story from beginning to end. You captured my mind and held it captive throughout this book and that my friend is hard to do, but by God you did. I read this book in one sitting, I could not put it down. Kane You are by far my favorite author. There are not enough stars to rate this book because I would give it 100 plus infinity!!!!!
For those of you who have reservation on reading this, or thinking is it worth my time, I will tell you to go for it because it will not be a waste of time. You will absolutely fall in love with this story and Lane and Red as well.

Blurred Edges is the second book in the Edge Series and does not disappoint as the follow up book to Dark Edges. While this is a standalone in my opinion it's best if you read Dark Edges first since there is characters from book 1 in Blurred Edges.
This book tells the story of Madison, a mom and widow that is trying to cope with the sudden death of her husband and Lane, a ladies man, alpha male that has been hurt in the recent past by his ex. After a rough meeting that gives each of them a perspective that is wrong of the other which gets cleared up when they meet under better circumstances. This book has everything going for it....romance, HOT sex, wonderful characters (both returning and new) and a great storyline.
I will say if I wasn't familiar with Kane Caldwell's writing and what he gives off as a person in his group I would wonder how in the world a man can write romance from a woman's perspective without it feeling forced. He either has an amazing insight in women or has help getting into a woman's head. I'm going with both myself! I definitely recommend this book and don't hesitate....click now and start your adventure with Lane and Madison!

Kane Caldwell's talented writing skill grabs you from the beginning and keeps you captive until the very end. I'm in a Blurred Edges coma! No hangover, straight to coma where my mind can stay in the story of Lane & Madison. The detailed writing is excellent and brings up fond memories of past romantic situations I'm sure most of us can relate to. My favorites are the hand holding (and tugging) scenes. Lane is so protective without being controlling with Madison. Madison is your everyday woman who has image and self-esteem issues due to being married to a controlling selfish jerk. Lane also has a conceited high-maintenance ex who lied to keep control over the relationship they had. Needless to say, both have baggage and are gun shy about relationships. The book is funny, romantic, sexy, & has some suspense thrown in. This is a feel good story that you will be glad you took the time to read. Block out a morning, afternoon, or evening because once you start reading you can't stop!

I am so happy book 2 in this series is about Lane.
At the start of this book it is very sad to see the way Lane has been treated and lied to. So like any Alpha male he goes back to his old ways, he distances himself from all emotional attatchments, That is until Madison quite literally runs into him (well his truck).
Once the touch paper is lit there is no stopping these two, as with book 1, the sex scences are HOT !!, but this book also shows the softer side to Lane, he engages with her son on an adult level and supports him as well as his Mum.
We also get to see more of Chase and Naomi from book 1, which I loved.
I'm diving straight into Freeing his Dark Edges, which was originally released in the Alphas and Fairytales Anthology, but is now available to buy separtely.
Thank you Kane, loving the Alpha Males and the strong ladies.

Phenomenal! Just as good as the first book in this series. Blurred Edges is the story of Lane, the best friend in the first story (Dark Edges). Lane's been hurt, and he's making his rounds of the ladies in town. And then he meets "Red" (Madison). Instantaneous attraction between the two. Which she fights, because she's a widow still trying to learn how to take care of herself, and how to cope with her panic attacks.
Lane and his friends quickly embrace Madison and she starts to loosen up and just hang out with friends and drink alcohol. It was nice watching her unwind a bit.
Smokin' hot sex. Wonderful people slightly broken learning how to live/love again. Excellent supporting cast (even if I did get all the lady friends mixed up a few times). Very good story. Can't wait for the third one.

This book is a must read! I fell in love with Chase and Naomi in Dark Edges and I was happy to see them make an appearance in this one. I didn't get much of an impression about Lane in the first book other than he was a loyal friend, but all I can say is WOW! I love this story about Lane and Maddie and fell in love with them both. Kane Caldwell breathes life into his characters...and I wish I was part of this friend group. I can't wait for the next story in this series and anything else from this amazing author.

Yes! This story took hold and I couldn't let it go until the last page made me! lol Tough, strong and cocky alpha meets his match in a woman that is anything but weak.. They crash into each other's life like a speeding train about to derail. With secrets, lies and past hurts floating around each of them, can they look to a future together? Read and find out! I do recommend this book.. If you like dirty mouth cocky but oh so sexy alphas that know what a woman wants and how to give it.. Well this book is for you!

Kane Caldwell new author to me his writing abilities are awesome this is five start read if your wanting something steamy hot read for summer I suggest Blurred Edges part 2.Mr Caldwell had my full attention thru hole book had me laughing this I think true love story about two soul mates .if you know any thing about Kane he Pure Country and his writing abilities shows he's country but is writing with erotic romance is so steamy an hot. I think Mr. Cadwell is going to go very far in the future to come..this book rate for mature adult audience only.

Lane and Madison.. When you find love after a tragic event and you just don't how to accept it. Madison a widow with a son. 6 weeks early lost her husband. Lane lost the possibility but a lie nonetheless if the child that never was. These two have some good ups and downs. But love is stronger and triumphant in the end. You will love this book. Thank you Anthony.

OMG! I read Kane Caldwell first book Dark Edges and loved it! This is his second book and he has made me fall in love with his characters again! Our hero Lane is sexy, all alpha, but also has that protective loving side we all wish for. I will definitely re-read this book again, it is that amazing!

Love!
Sooo good! I love Lane and Madison! Steamy, sweet and just enough suspense to keep you guessing. Anthony Dwayne should write a manual for how to be a man and how to treat a woman. Love his dominating male leads and sweet and sassy female leads. The supporting characters are perfect too ❤

So good
God I loved this book better than the the 1st one. It was so refreshing to read a romantic suspense that didn't have some unrealistic criminal drama or outlandish conspiracy attached to it. The drama that played out in this story was believable and solved reasonably with our having someone clobbered over the head and thrown in a trunk. A drama without the dramatics. A+

I loved this second book in the Edge Series. Lane is another tough alpha, who has met his match in Madison, or Red as he calls her. She can be just as fiery and tough, when going toe-to-toe with Lane. The chemistry and charged meetings are hot, and I couldn't get enough. Throw in a little mystery and I was certainly hooked.

Madison is my girl!!
I loved Madison and Lane. She took nothing from Lane and gave as good back. Poor Lane. His ex did a horrific trick on him. That led him to having trust issues with women. I can relate to having trust issues with the opposite sex. Anyway I am glad they got past the differences and made a life for themselves

Just finished reading both books of the Edge series. As much as I loved Chase and No's story, I was more excited to read Lane's story. This is the first books I have read of Kane Caldwell, but it won't be the last.

This book was even better than the first! Lane was too damn good to be true and my heart hurt for Madison! So glad they figured everything
Out and made it through to the other side!!! But now I'm hanging on the edge of my seat waiting to find out what happened to Russell

What a fantastic book, I so enjoyed Lane and Madison, Lane is so alpha and cocky and Madison is sweet and yet tough, love their chemistry together. Love how Kane Caldwell writes, he is up there as one of my favorite male authors and a definite 1 click!
