This barely literate book reads like the worst Google translations. I didn't realize this was a self-published ebook when I purchased it. It contains sentences like:

"Angered harder at something or someone: the situation for themselves and the other person. Anger replace fear, you will want to act immediately, and then yoiu will no longer be afraid."

And:

"Following the procedure of psych synthesis to do this to impress me: "I have a body, but I - it's not the body.""

Nearly every sentence reads this way and there is minimal explication throughout. For anyone unfamiliar with CBT, this will confuse and confound. For those familiar, it will anger. This book has no redeemable qualities and takes me one step closer to never buying a self-published e-book again.
