ถือเป็นหนังสือ self-help ที่ดีมากๆเล่มหนึ่ง. หนังสือแนะนำแนวคิดOKR และ Measurement ให้นำมาปรับใช้กับชีวิตของเราได้เข้าใจง่ายและสนุก อาจารย์เชื่อว่าเกือบทุกอย่างในชีวิตสามารถวัดได้ ถ้าเราใช้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เราจะเห็นความก้าวหน้าและdevelopmentของเราเอง.

อาจารย์ยังมีpodcastเกี่ยวกับ productivity, business, life มีตอนใหม่ทุกๆวัน แนะนำให้ผู้อ่านทุกคนลองฟัง.

This book is so easy to understand . It's about how do you improvement yourself. I think the last jigsaw for success is performance measurement. As Ajarn wrote in cover book that " What get measured get done". To measure many things involves your life. For instance financial , education, time management, work, healthcare, family whatever.
If you looking book for improving life. I highly recommend this book.
