I listened to this on audio and i was disappointed. The Silva Method is definitely a great way to expand the perception of the world around us but the narrator did not do a great job of communicating the method. He also had a weird accent that threw me off.

Overall Review

The book hits a certain principle and concepts that foreign to me. It introduces the vibration of the mind and how to manipulate the mind vibe to your fullest advantage. Loved the raw concept of Silva Method and definitely look forward to re-read this to grasp more of it.
