Rate this book
'It was strangely quiet. No people. No traffic. Only the distant, rhythmical clack of steel on steel ...'

Fleur Blaise experiences recurring dreams which take her all the way back to 1890s Paris. There, as Fleur Babineaux, she falls in love, but her dreams become nightmares which constantly jolt her back to the present day. Who or what invades her subconscious?

Hello! I'm an editor and content creator for various Medium publications. As of January 2024, I'm acting Lead Editor for Arts o' Magazine.

My collection of stories is for lovers of supernatural, romantic, and literary fiction. Titles include 'Levana's Wish', the double-category award-nominated 'Fleur (A Parisienne Haunting)' and 'The Secret Ballroom'.

I love music, books, cinema, travel, and tending my garden. I'm cheerily owned by cats, Marley and Tabitha, and get to be dragged out daily for walks in the country with Greek rescue hound, Bloom.

I have read all 3 of Susi Moores shorts, and Fluer is the most complete feeling work yet. Where "The Secret Ballroom" & "Levana's Wish" fall more into the horror genre, Fluer is more a supernatural/romatic piece. Susi Moore has an ethereal writing style and here she weaves the stories of two characters from different time periods together expertly. Highly recommend!
