Re-read 11/12/2018
I read this again because it was a bit unforgettable. I just feel like this could have been 4-5 Stars with more effort. It needed to be full-length. I like this author her stories are off the wall and unique and her writing, while hit or miss, can sometimes be fucking fantastic. I wish she’d put more into her writing and develop more of her plot lines. It’s sad...she could so easily be an auto-buy for me.

This was so short. Almost too short. It really doesn't qualify as a novella, I'd be hard pressed to even call it a short story. There was no character development and no plot progression. It read like an extended plot synopsis. I needed more to understand why the H/h were attracted to each other. And why they get married. And why she's down with him fucking another woman at the end.

I'm not sure how I feel about this book. Obviously it's about letting go your inner desires and even though the ending was pretty good for this story, I was a little shocked. Maybe I felt like Katie before she broke.... But I really liked the idea of doing what you want to do and not to denied it to yourself.

This book reads very close to Katy Evans Manwhore - while the characters aren't exactly the same the story has a lot of similarities with the exception of how the romance plays out at the end.
I enjoyed their backstory more than I enjoyed how their relationship formed. I would've liked a longer story so that we could've experience more character development.

The first book was so short and not poorly written, but executed. There could have been so much more. And because of that I didn't continue on with the other book attached. I don't know I guess that just put me off. But I've read other reviews saying the other book attached was what really gets you, so to that I would just suggest putting that one first so you don't lose readers :)

Breaking all the rules!
I really enjoyed this book. At first I was kind of angry at the big hot shot in the book for the way he made himself out to be above everyone else. But not all thing are as they seem. And by the end I was hooked.
